      Horrible. I get calls everyday. ********** ********** **. ***** ******* me by stating they never received one of my cable boxes which I did infact send back and they put me into collections. This was over 7 years ago. I refuse to pay for someone elses mistake.

      I have 3 credit monitoring services. I have no outstanding debt. I get 3-5 of these calls a day. No voicemail left. I refuse to answer calls from people or companies I don't know. Please stop calling me, this is harassment.

      Call me all the time, I blocked the number but they fill my voicemail box. I don't have any outstanding debt.       This (supposed) company has been sending me letters about money I owe from National Bank of Canada for $2850.56. The "current principal balance as of 2023.04.21 is $1708.66." Then, another note indicates: "Make a one-time payment of only $768.90 to settle your account and SAVE $939.76." Seriously, folks!! ** **** ***** * ***** **** *** ** ****** I have never dealt with National bank. They can't even get my name correctly (listed as Alban). * **** ***** *** * *** ** *** *** ** **** **** *******. I have never paid them, nor do I ever plan to pay them anything. **** **** *** ***** ** ******* *** *** **** ** ***** *************** * *** *** ****** ** ** **** ** ****** ** ************ (Too bad the one star rating is the lowest we can chose from.)

      Have called about a debt that I don't have and have confirmed with original lender they have sent paper work showing I don't owe anything yet over a year of 5 to 6 calls a day. **** ** ********** *** I have told them over and over to send me proof of this money owing and where it's from so I can chase the original company dell financial. They have supplied nothing dell says I owe/owed them nothing past due. I have got upset a few times where instead of explaining to get me not mad they hang up and call an hour later. My mext step is legal action.

      Just recently you spoke with a Recovery Specialist and requested a letter, a letter was mailed and you should receive it shortly. If after reviewing the letter you determine this is something you'd like to resolve, please contact the number on the letter.       PRA been calling me everyday try to collect dead credit I just simply blocking them now they deal with my answer message
      do pra have a right to check your credit history just want to know because they been checking my credit history

      Debts in Ontario do not extinguish, being passed 6 years only means that a bad debt can no longer be reported to your credit bureau, however, it is still collectable. Inquiries into your credit bureau are done in order to locate updated contact information.       Have a bad debt that was written off 10+ years ago. Returned from living abroad and PRA is suddenly trying to collect the debt. **** confirmed that it was written off so stop ********** ***

      ********** * **** ******** Tried to tell me I owe money for BMO credit card yet my credit check shows 0 accounts in collections and my banks main branch also confirmed all accounts are paid in full and in good standings. One guy who called me you could literally hear him smoking a bong. Definitely a bad company with lack of management when trying to collect on a debt that was paid in full 7 years prior. They want "proof of payment" but BMO said don't send anything ** **** *** ****** ****** ** ***** ******* ******* *** *****. BMO confirmed they would contact me directly by mail for accounts owing and not through an external company.

      I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with one of our Recovery Specialists.
      You would not be seeing this file on your credit report because the file in question is fairly old, bad debts only stay on your credit report for 6 years from the date of delinquency. If the account in question is in fact paid in full, proof would be required in order for us to close the file.
      Upon listening to the call, I can confirm the allegations of the representative smoking a bong were found to be untrue.
