    We purchased furniture from ***** in *** **** and bought extended Warranty through Zucora , we hade an issue with our sofa anf after months they said they were goint to send a technician , but weeks went by with email after email and no technician , now there saying its a supply chain issue.

    I bought a reclining sofa and love seat. The stitching on the love seat was repaired twice through Zucora. The third time the stitching needed to be repaired, the stitching was just out of warranty. Having been repaired twice, they should have filed a request to replace the love seat, but never did. The sofa recliner was also repaired under warranty. Now that the sofa recliner needs to be repaired again, Zucora has not contacted me since November 2022 to resolve the issue, despite numerous emails. I finally went to the store that I purchased the furniture from to see if they can get Zucora to respond. The recliner mechanism is still under warranty. I am appalled by their change in customer service.

    They have been terrible to deal with. NO one answers the phone, or their online chat. I keep calling back to the store we bought the insurance and furniture from and they keep saying to contact Zucora. Well its impossible. I have now been waiting since Feb 1 to even get a response to my service request on my two warranty issues.

    This review is for the problem with a stain. I had Zucora stain protection. I spilled a drink on my sofa December 2020. No treatment would remove it. I spent 15 months trying to resolve the issue with Zucora. They were ok to deal with until they found out the fabric was discontinued and they would have to replace the sofa instead of two cushions.
    It took over 70 emails and several phone calls from myself and the furniture store where I bought it to get them to finally pay up this morning. Stay.away.from.Zucora. Read all their One Star Reviews on Google.Read all the complaints from dissatisfied customers on this site.
    Get a bottle of *********** and do it yourself!

    VERY POOR SERVICE, STILL WAITING.....
    We have been waiting for a part for a sofa we bought from ****** in Alberta since May 2022. No follow up except for the same old excuse "we are currently waiting on the manufacturer to get back to us regarding the parts needed for repair of your items" from zucrahome.com
    Seriously??? One small part and you have none in stock for almost a year. What good does it do to buy a warranty? You should be returning peoples warranty cost or extending the warranty the length of time it took for parts.

    Terrible service! Plan is very sketchy and doesn’t cover what we thought it would. We purchased our furniture from Mobilia and took the Zucora protection coverage to the tune of approx $600. Seems to me like this coverage covers nothing. After two months I did a follow up call to my service request and found out that our service request some how didn’t make it to the technician. Poor quality sofa and after 2 months just about every color of clothes is transferring to the leather. It’s white and was very expensive! So far very dissatisfied with the furniture and the insurance coverage. Guess I will have to resolve in small claims court.

    Thank you for reaching out. Service technician has been booked and a resolution is in the works by Mobilia for the sofa quality. Looking forward to a temporary resolution for the stains from Zucora until a new sofa is received.
