      So far we have always had excellent service from Enercare.

      Enercare is extremely frustrating to deal with. Spent half an hour on hold to get through to someone in the their call center only to get **** person talking down to you or over you.
      Their billing issues are never-ending.
      So I left them, had their water heater uninstalled on March 1st, 2025, they came and collected it, but they continue to bill me with threats that they will submit my case for collections if not paid.

      ** * ***** ***** * **** * ****** **** *********** ******* ****** **** ***** Yesterday they sent a person who actually should be retired already. We had little or none since yesterday. This has been going on for weeks. He comes in and turns the knows back and forth a few times and says it just a loose wire and it should work. Before that he's trying to blame ** ****** for cleaning *** kitchen counter with ***** five minutes before he came for it not working since the morning. He came at night. So we booked another call this afternoon and were told they were coming between 6 and 10 p.m. I was told I'd get a call fifteen minutes to half hour before coming and it's 9:56 right now and haven't heard a thing yet. The guy from yesterday knew because he was watched counting the flashes that there's a problem but did absolutely nothing. ** **** ** ***** ** *** **** *** **** ****** * ******* ***** *** *** **** ******* ** ***** ********** ******** **** *** *** ** ******* ** * ***** **** **** **** *****

      * ***** ***** * ******** * ****** *** ****** ** ***** ** *** **** **** **** ********* **** *** *** **** ******* ******* ******* ****- they dictate what to do, do not do what they say, *** **** ******** *** **** ** *********, do not do what is said in the water heater rental agreement, make up their own rules as they go. .....what an absolute nightmare dealing with this company.
      Cannot get ahold of anyone in authority- they hide the phone numbers.....absolutely terrible ******* *** customer experience.

      Unfinished Job and Poor Service from Enercare
      I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Enercare. They sent a plumber to install or repair my sump pump, but he left without completing the job. There was no clear explanation, no follow-up, and now I’m stuck with a sump pump that still isn’t working properly.
      This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s something that protects my home from flooding, and it should have been treated with urgency and professionalism. Instead, I got half the job done and radio silence ever since.
      I expected better from a company like Enercare. Based on this experience, I won’t be using their plumbing services again or recommending them to anyone.

      Recent prolonged power outage in Orillia left many of my rental units without power to sump pumps resulting in red tagged water heaters. ******** ******* **** ******** **** *** ** ******. Enercare required me to buy out 2 red tagged heaters for $3000 (had been renting for 9 years) and then because we own them, they won't take them away. ** *** ***** ** *** **** **** *****

      They refused to provide an offer they made me over the phone in writing. They wanted me to trust that they have the offer in the system and that they record the phone calls. ***** ***** ***** **** **** **** ******** They must have no respect for their customers if they think anyone would fall for this.

      Hot water rental nightmare. Enercare was billed under ********. The rental agreement and account was under me until last year when it was transferred to the tenant as ******** split ways with Enercare. Tenant vacated but as an owner of the property I couldn't get it transferred back to my name, couldn't get to the call center supervisor or get access to an office location. Terrible service. I will never recommend Enercare.

      ** I spoke to one of your reps. sometime between the 14th Feb and Mar 2025 and asked them to remove ******* ******* (Since he passed away) and add my name to the account, both requests were not adhered to.
      ** Why can I not speak to a rep directly, your system does not allow anyone to speak to a rep it ******** the customer by asking silly question
      This needs to be rectified, also your system asked for payments, different amount of payments each month. why are you trying to confuse your customers This need to be rectified immediately.

      ******** ** **** *********** ******* * **** **** **** ***** ***** Being trying to solve a billing issue for more than 24 months. Their own technician verified the unit that was in the house and still are billing me for a product I do not have. They keep asking for funds for no service given, to me this theft and fraud.
