      Enercare Home Services has given me the worst customer service experience ever. Missed appointments, broken promises, refusing to review past call records—then sending me to collections over insane fees just because I moved. ******** ******* ********

      Enercare add a home protection plan to my home address with me signing anything!
      Sending me text and letters indicated have overdue bill!
      This is absolutely not acceptable behaviour!

      ******** ********* ******* ****** **** ******** *** *** ***** ***** ****** ****** *********** **** ****** ** ******** How can a $1300 water heater end up costing me over $4000 if I pay the rental for 10 years (longer if the heater last longer, which they typically do). And if I want to buy it out it cost $1800 FOR A $1300 HEATER THAT IS ALREADY 4YEARS OLD!!!.

      Absolutely frustrating and worst customer service ever. **** **** **** ** *** ***** Had to call almost 18 times and send emails to because they couldn't complete the move to a tenant and kept charging me for the bill. Every time I would call provide the same information and no one seems take notes and had to repeat again. utterly frustrating and worst customer service I have seen in my life.

      Having very bad experience with enercare , they send me three buyout qoutes and all three was different prices ! another issue i was paying my bill on time and no outstanding balance but sudden they put $2000 on my bill as outstanding balance ! I'm fighting with them but they not listening to me and saying we will send your file to collection agency !

      I have one hot water tank in my home, but they are charging me for two with two separate account numbers and I tried to resolve the issue with Enercare but the result is the same.

      Made a call to ask about a buyout of my tankless hot water tank, only to find out that they wanted just over $4000 with no warranty for a 2 year old machine that I can pay around $2500 for a new one with a 12 yr warranty. I then informed them that I will buy from someone else and they informed me that I would still have to pay the buyout price. They also informed me that these contracts are for the life of the machine and the buyout price is the same no matter how old the machine is. This is absolutely ridiculous *** * ***** ****** ****** ** **** ********** **** **** *****

      Bin dealing with problems over 1 year and still on going, at this point **** *********** no one cares and if they did a higher up person would deal with these major billing problems, have spoke to many people and managers still getting threats from them, I’ve consulted a lawyer at this point, I have invested many many countless hours telling them how billing works and they still charge me interest for there mistakes, very sad people like this work at a company dealing with these responsibilities.

      ** **** ** *** ******** ** **** ** ******* ************* *** ** ******* ****** ** * I purchased my home in August 2012 through ********* Homes. At the time of purchase, ********* informed me that the water heater was under a 10-year contract with Enercare. I was told that after the 10-year period, I would have the option to cancel the contract and I can purchase a new water heater if I chose.
      However, upon contacting Enercare to cancel the contract after the 10-year period, they informed me that the contract could not be canceled as I had been led to believe. Instead, they stated that I am obligated to buy from them at their determined price. I requested a copy of the contract from Enercare, but they refused to provide it.

      On the phone for an hour .... no one of the six people we were transferred to can tell me the price per month of a heat pump rental. Asked for a manager 3 times, we're just being transferred to other agents. Literally no one can tell.us how much we are going to pay and they want us to wait a week to get a call back. So no hot water for a week? Absolutely unacceptable. This has been one of the worst experiences setting up an account in my life. If I wasn't forced to use Enercare, I wouldn't have contacted them in the first place. ** *** **** * ******* ** *** ****** ********* **** * ****
