      It is quality issue, they should respnse change new one to me then they deal with manufacture,

      Gas range came broken and not of use. We had to connect it to find out it’s broken inside. There was even a written note with a crayon inside the stove saying that bottom does not work which you would not see until putting it all together and taking out all the packaging. They say they won’t do anything about it since we connected it. **** **** ** ***** ** ***** What is the 5 year warranty that I purchased than. It came damaged. ******** *** ***** Now we have to wait for the actual manufacturer to respond and help out. We had 48h to file a complaint with Canadian appliance which we did and the response was it’s not their problem. *******. I have *** **** *** no stove for two months now. Not even knowing when I will have a new one. They don’t want to return my money.

      Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. We do not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is damaged.

      I mistakenly purchase the wrong dishwasher. I was told to fill out the return/exchange information as I intended to exchange the new item for another, more expensive dishwasher.
      I have no problem with another delivery fee, however, they wanted a $250 restocking fee, despite my not returning, but exchanging and for a more expensive item.
      Completely unreasonable. I can appreciate if it was a simple return, but it's an exchange for a more expensive item.
      I simply asked them to waive the $250 restocking fee on good will, and I was simply told, no, we can't help you and we apologize for any inconvenience.
      ****** ******** Now I'm stuck with the wrong dishwasher.

      Once an order has been confirmed, an invoice is sent through an automated email to the customer with the order details.


      All the specifications of the products that we sell are available on our website. As the appliance has been unpackaged, we are no longer able to sell this as a brand new item. As such, the restocking fee is applied.

      This shop sold us a range that was recalled on August 8, 2024. We purchased it on August 17, 2024. ****** ************ ** we didn't find out until after the 7 day return period, *** **** **** ****** NOT the appliance shop. They claim they didn't know about the recall until August 28th.
      The only option now is to have ******* send ******* safety knob covers. ** ****** ******** ********* ******* **** ** ********* **** ****

      Absolutely horrible experience trying to buy from this store. The customer service (or total lack thereof) ** *********! I placed an order for an upright freezer over a MONTH ago, and placed the order with the Surrey BC location, through a representative named Brijesh. ****** *** * ***** **** ******* ********* **** * ******* *** *********** *** if you have any issues with your order, ONLY the specific representative who you spoke with to place the order is allowed to manage your order. Well, the representative I worked with has been ********** *******, not following up on the status of my order (which apparently was a discontinued product and nobody bothered to check?!?), and every time I have tried to call and get resolution, he says he will call back within a set time period and never calls at all. Then, when I try to call the next day, nobody else will assist again and the rep is out of the offer for a few more days so my issue will not get handled. The other reps refuse to put me through to a manager or allow me to speak to anyone else to get assistance, and they will not even allow me to cancel my UNFULFILLED order without waiting again, longer for that one representative to come back to work and actually do his job. I have expressed by extreme displeasure that nobody will assist, and they keep transferring my call and giving me the runaround, refusing to allow me to escalate it to a person in charge or anyone who is currently in the office/store and capable of assisting. I would NEVER work with this company again, they have a business model that clearly is **************** **** *** ***** *** NOT focused on customer care at all! I will continue calling to get my refund, and I will be taking my business elsewhere for this purchase and all future purchases, at this point. ****** **** **** **** **** *** *** ********* *** **** * ****** ******** **** * ********** ************* **** ******* *** **** ******** ***** **** ********** ******** ******** ***********

      Issue with them changing delivery date for months. We still haven't gotten what we paid for and now our fridge and vent won't arrive for a month after our renovation is done. They refuse to help us come up with a solution and won't allow us to speak with any managers or supervisors

      CAS sales associates are a pleasure to deal with however their 3rd party delivery service they use is absolutely terrible. I will not shop here anymore because of the delivery service. After multiple times asking them to please be careful with the walls, our walls are now damaged. Very discouraging and upsetting as the walls had just been painted and contractors were almost done at our home. *** ******** ****** **** ********* **** *** * **** ************** ***** **** **** **** **** ****** **** **** ** ******** *** * ********* **** Delivery people just didn't care.

      We had a terrible experience with CAS, they delivered the incorrect refrigerator we called them within 5 minutes to get a hold of the driver before they were too far off. However we were notified that we had to fill out online the exchange form before picking up the fridge they delivered in error and exchanging it for the one we did order. In addition it would be 48 hours before we would receive a response and so, since we had no working fridge, we cancelled the order and ordered the fridge elsewhere for same day delivery. Now, several days later I have not received our credit on our **** but have received a credit note where they had still charged us the delivery, plus they charged and additional fee to pick up the fridge they delivered in error. In the end I am not getting a full refund * ******** ******** ********......... ***** ******** ********* *** ** ** ********* ****** ********

      As per our records a Resolution Case Manager reached out to you as soon as the matter was reported to us on August 27th of 2024. The appliance was delivered on August 26th.


      Since a refund was requested, we were required to pickup the refrigerator in order to issue a refund.


      We can see that your refund has been processed on September 04th of 2024. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect back to your Account.

      I called to find out a dishwasher that I wanted to get and a salesman *** **** ************** *** ***** I just wanted to find out the model that I was looking for in stock in nearest store to pick up and if they offer price match since CAS webpage says they do. He was like why don't I go there to buy it. Well, I needed my dishwasher today that's why I called to check and that's the answer I got from him. **** **** ** ***** ***** ******** ****** I won't buy anything CAS because of his ************** response.

      Horrible experience with Canadian Appliance Source and sales rep Abhi. We bought a cooktop and a ventilation (range hood) from them, but when it came to installation, the ventilation would not fit as the dimensions were wrong (according to their own installation guy).
      We asked Abhi  at least three times before buying the ventilation if he was 100% sure that it was going to fit, and he kept assuring us that it would fit for sure. We showed him the dimensions and everything that our homeowner manual said. We originally wanted the same ventilation that we have now, but we were told that it was not being sold or distributed on the West Coast. We were very hesitant about buying a different brand for the very reason that I was afraid it might not fit. However, being assured more than three times by someone we unfortunately trusted made us buy the ventilation from them.
      When we tried to return the unused and unusable ventilation, we drove to the store to talk to the sales rep who sold it to us, and he just kept coming up with excuses that ventilations are final sale (which he didn’t tell us until we paid for it). He gave me a phone number to call, so I called the number, and they gave me the usual runaround, connecting me back to the sales rep. After wasting my whole morning and afternoon, I finally got an email for their after-sales department, who said there’s nothing they can do.
      My problem is that your sales rep ******** ** ** claiming that it was going to fit in order to convince us to buy it because we were hesitant.
