      The sales team was relentless to complete a sale. Always available and accommodating.
      Since delivery of our fridge there has been ongoing issues as the delivery team did not take the our old fridge, despite us paying for this service.
      Our sales person provided the delivery window and indicated that they would call us one hour in advance so we could remove everything out of the fridge.
      We received a call within 4 minutes of them arriving and they did not take the old fridge.
      It has been frustrating attempting to speak with their after sale team as no one is able to assist us.
      We have had the older fridge sitting in our kitchen since July 17th.
      They have failed to support us and continue refuse to escalate our matter.
      I would not recommend doing business with CAS.
      They are available for the sale and then unresponsive.
      I have tried to return the fridge and told it’s after 7 days. ** *** ** ******** **** **** ********

      I purchased a brand new (NOT floor model) dishwasher from the Canadian Appliance Store in Scarborough on Friday evening. ** ******* picked it up immediately ** * **** *********** **** ** ****** ** ****** **** ******* ** ******** *** **** ** ** * *********** installed it as soon as ** got home, only to discover a hole in the hose, which leaked water all over my kitchen floor and damaged my island cupboards.
      I called the store immediately (within THREE hours of picking it up) and informed them of the issue, expecting that they would swap it out immediately.
      I was first accused of damaging it myself and was then told that it was a manufacturer warrenty issue and they would get back to me in two business days. Now I've been told the they will get back to me in 7 business days - with no resolution in site. I informed the store that I **** ************* ** need a replacement unit soonest. This clearly fell on deaf ears. I called the manufacture and they informed me that the store should swap it out immediately, but the store is now not answering my calls.
      ** **** ****** **** ** ******** ***** ** they have taken my money, but I do not have what I paid for!

Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. We do not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective.


      This is why all our products come equipped with a minimum of one year’s manufacturer’s warranty, to ensure that they are able to stand in and address. 


      As per our records we can see that our After-Sales Team have been in contact with you since the matter was reported to us.


      A service call with a certified ***** technician is scheduled on Tuesday, August 06th of 2024.

      I ordered a vent from CAS. 3 weeks and still waiting on an ETA. You speak to their Customer Care or the Representative who sold it to you and neither will do anything other than looking at their screen and saying no ETA for the product. I called ******** and they said no request was made from the CAS purchasing department. So at the end, time of waiting has no value. Plus they cannot reach their own internal purchasing department or do any escalations. How is this possible that a customer is not given a product they bought and no assistance is even provided. ****** ********* ***** ****** **** ***** ** * ***** ***** **** **** ***** * ******

      Sales person was lovely. Installation a nightmare! We just spent $2500 with Canadian ApplianceSource and I would’ve have expected better.  First these installers never rang the doorbell *** ** ******** *** *** ******* **** **** sending a message that if no one responded in 15 minutes they were gone while they sat in the driveway.  When *** called their number back *** got voicemail.
      They installed the washing machine, but refused to deal with the dryer because they wouldn’t connect to the old existing dryer vent.  This guy tells ** ******** to go to the store and get a new elbow to connect to the chute and it should be fine and then he said If you need for us to come back and install it they would come back!  ******** They left a hose in the dryer that we don’t know its purpose. They left paper garbage in our driveway when they left. ** ** ******** **** ** *** ***** **** ******** *** ***** ****** ** ********* ***** *** ******* *** *** **** **** *** *** *********** ****** ** **** ***** *** ***** ***** ** ******* ** *** *** **** *** *** ****** *** *** **** ******** ** ******* *** ****** **** ***** ** ***** ** ** ******* **** *** *** * ******** ************

      We are sorry to learn that your ** dryer installation was incomplete.


      As per our records we can see that the installation required an extension hose so that it could be connected to the drain hose.


      Our team were not informed of this before delivery. We can see that on July 16th we our customer care team member reached out to you to book a service call to complete the installation.


      We also offered to reimburse the dryer installation fee. You opted for the refund.


      A credit was added to your order and the refund has been processed on July 17th of 2024.

      The sales transactions are not transparent. We were told we would be getting a good deal, $900.00 off, however the invoice we received did not have the cost of each appliance and it was had to determine how much we paid for each appliance. The next day I checked their website and noticed that the appliance we had order the prices had dropped. We went back that next day and said we should get a further discount because the prices had dropped. They said no because the sales person knew the prices were going to drop and gave us that price - no transparency on the invoice. In the end we did not get any kind of deal. We cancelled our order and it took them 10 days to process the refund...due to the high cost of the appliances that it held our credit cards *******, and now it will take another 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on our credit card. **** ** *** ******* **** * *****

      Upon review we can see that your multiple discounts were applied at the time of purchase which were significantly lower to our online prices. 


      Please note that our prices can change on a daily basis depending on what rebates are offered from our manufacturers.


      Pricing can change when a manufacturer's rebate either starts or is ended.


      Our records show that we also offered you free delivery of $115.95 + tax on top of the discounts offered.


      Eventually you opted to cancel your order on June 28th of 2024.


      Your refund has been processed on July 08th of 2024. It usually takes 5-7 business days for a refund to reflect back to an Account.

      I bought home appliances worth $8000 and the fridge had a dent and scratch and the ventilation hood doesn't fit. I had asked the sales rep if the fridge would not the space and he sent a photo confirming it would but unfortunately it pops out a lot.
      I contacted their team explaining this the same day but was advised my sales rep Aman S. was not available and they have left a message so he should be in touch
      later that or next day, I tried again the next day but was informed he was still
      not on his desk but had received my
      message sominshould wait. I informed the lady that my installer had left waiting for further advice and charged my $250 for his time but she just stated 'we have to follow the procedure'.
      I still haven't heard anything and don't know what to do with the fridge and the ventilation hood.
      It is surprising that prior to ordering, the sales rep would reply almost immediately

      Beyond disappointed!!! Purchased a new ***** hood fan and silly me I wasn't able to have it installed within 48 hours to notice that it is severely damaged internally and doesn't sit properly in the cabinet that was built to hold it. There is no way I could have seen this damage from looking in the box, it was only apparent once it was 3/4 of the way through the installation.
      Guess what? It's now a warranty issue. You would think CAS would take back the fan and take up the issue of receiving damage goods from their supplier with their supplier. Nope. It's my problem now and I'm stuck with an expensive metal box that will never look as it should even if the repair company can get the mechanism working.
      I wanted to support Canadian Appliance Source by giving them my business ******* ** ******** ** * *** *****. What a mistake! My decision to shop at Canadian Appliance Source has given me a folder of emails to their customer service, the warranty company, a ***** claim to my credit card company, the extra expense to have the installation person return to my house .. and no working fan.

      As our vendors have different policies for any damage found after delivery, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours as per our return/exchange policy to report any damage. However, we can certainly understand that there was a delay in reporting the damage to us.


      We can see that the range hood was picked up on April 16th of 2024 and the damage was reported to us on June 06th.


      Furthermore the appliance has been installed partially. As sush the issues are being addressed by the manufacturer.

      The motor group and the stainless front trim have been ordered.

      Yes, the fan was picked up on April 16th, and the damage was reported on June 6th. In the midst of our kitchen renovation I needed an HVAC person to install a new vent, an electrician, a cabinet maker and a general contractor to get to the point where the unit could be lifted into place and the damage seen. This takes weeks to coordinate.
      Yes, the fan is partially installed. It's only by installing it that the damage shows. It's not a microwave that I could put on the counter and plug in to see if it works properly.
      It's now June 18th and the parts are being ordered for the front piece and the broken casing on the motor. What about the 1/4" difference in height from left to right? What about the on/off switch that is crooked from this difference? The ordered parts won't fix this.
      Furthermore, anyone considering buying from this company, the 48 hour rule for reporting damage was not mentioned by the salesperson, the warehouse foreman, and it's not on the invoice that was emailed to me. To find this information you have to go on the CAS website and read the fine print in the terms and conditions of sale. It's also on the invoice only if you download it from your online account. How's that for transparency?

      * **** * ***** **** **** * ****** ** * ****** ****** ** * ** * ***** ****** I came to CAS Guelph to purchase a new stove, fridge and dishwasher. I ordered all my appliances through Happy P sales rep.
      Everything went smooth and my appliances were delivered.
      17 days in my brand new 2,000$ Whirlpool Fridge stopped working - lost 250$ of frozen food, this was the fridge Happy told me he personally has in his own house and loves it zero issues, so I immediately contacted Happy and he told me to contact whirlpool to fix it and nothing he can do about the fridge or my food I’ve lost. BUT if I would’ve bought the extended warranty from him that would’ve covered my groceries…. The problem is they were so fast in there to take my payment I was never offered an extended warranty on anything.
      I emailed happy about it and his response was “I’ve been working too long in the industry to not offer an extended warranty” and refused to give me his supervisor who he reports to email. **** ************** *** **** *** ******* ** * **** **** **** ********* - no remorse over my fridge breaking or me losing 250$ worth of groceries.
      I’d not recommend this store at all.

      Canadian Appliance West Island ** *** ***** . My salesperson ignored some emails and never returned calls to change date of delivery. The installers couldn’t install it as I needed an electrician. * ********** **** *** ***** he talked me into as very hard to load . Now I find out months later I’m missing pieces to properly install it and have to pay $33 to get them and pay courier. ***** ***** * Will not be buying from them again !
