***** ******* Read their return policy carefully! Once you buy, it's your problem. There is NO POST SALES support. We had a recent issue with a ** washer/dryer after delivery. This is a mixed review of the good and the very bad.
I will start with the good. We had a great experience with our sales rep, Melvin. He was knowledgeable and listened to our requirements and presented options to us. He was not pushy in terms of pushing a sale. We were in and out in one afternoon and made the purchase of a washing machine and two dryers. We were satisfied with our purchase and the pricing.
Our bad experience started the next morning just past 7am. The delivery guys demanded us to take out our side door instead going to the back of the house and going through the wider patio doors. After an short argument we agreed. There was damaged that occurred to our existing washing machine and the discussion escalated very quickly which involved one of the delivery guys swearing at my husband and insulting his mental capacity in our house and on our driveway. It was loud and our neighbours heard. One of the delivery drivers tried to mislead me in signing that no property was damaged while in dispute. I did not sign. The delivery company used was ******** *****.
We filed a complaint with CAS customers service and the response which took a few days, was to deny our recollection of the experience and take the word of the drivers which included several inaccuracies including the swearing and insults. Rather than get into an argument of 'they said, we said'. We have can only do what we can as customers and never shop there again and write this review.Canadian Appliance Source

As per our records, we can see that the driver had called us on March 22nd of 2024 and informed the delivery team to relocate an additional appliance upstairs despite the team was not informed before delivery.
The delivery team was the one who pointed out the damage on the existing washer.
An investigation was completed with the concerned department and according to the team, no profanity was used.

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service. We ordered and paid in full for a dishwasher from CAS 3 weeks prior to installation of the machine. We called back that day to confirm an installation 3 weeks later. We needed the delivery on time as we were hosting guests the next day. When the installer went for pick up CAS told him they had no dishwasher for us. our Salesman denied we called to confirm the pickup. We called CAS as well as the installer to confirm the date of pickup on the same day we ordered the machine. He said since CAS had no record of our call we must be mistaken. There was nothing he could or would do except he could offer us another machine but it would be at additional cost. His job was sales and not delivery. His supervisor was just as unmovable, uncompromising and unwilling to take responsibility for CAS' mistake.. After quite an unpleasant discussion we cancelled our order. We cannot recommend CAS to anyone! you can't trust you will be able to get what you purchased when you want it.Canadian Appliance Source

My recent encounter with Canada Appliances' installation team, specifically technician Andrii H. and supervisor Alhan A. left me profoundly dissatisfied. Their lack of transparency and sudden additional charges for basic electrical work tarnished what could have been a straightforward experience.
Upon encountering electrical issues in my laundry room, I reached out to Canada Appliances for assistance. Technician Andrii H. initially assured me over the phone that they could handle the necessary electrical work. However, upon arrival for the installation, Andrii declared that only plumbing work was within his scope, despite prior assurances.
This unexpected revelation led to the requirement of an electrician, with an additional cost of $500, for the installation of a single receptacle outlet. This exorbitant charge for what should have been a routine task was shocking and unacceptable.
Furthermore, when I raised my concerns with supervisor Alhan A. hoping for clarification or resolution, I was met with indifference. Alhan failed to acknowledge the miscommunication and offered no satisfactory explanation for the sudden increase in cost.
The lack of transparency and accountability demonstrated by both Andrii and Alhan highlights serious deficiencies within Canada Appliances' installation services. Customers should not have to endure surprise charges and unprofessional behavior when seeking assistance with basic household installations.
In conclusion, my experience with Canada Appliances' installation team was marred by unexpected costs and poor communication. * ******* ****** ** ********* ******** *********** ******* ****** ******** ***** ********* Based on my encounter, I cannot recommend Canada Appliances' installation team to others.Canadian Appliance Source

The website advertises promotions that don't exist. You can try to add any combinations of products marked with the promotions (buy more save more) - but the promo never applies in your online cart.
Multiple chats, calls and a visit to the store later, I was made fun of for trying to 'get more discount on already low-margin products' and not a single employee was able to honour the online promotion.
Insulting and terrible customer support, telling me that literally ANY product I was trying to add in my cart was not part of the promotion. **** * ****, there is no promotion, they just funnel you to their online chat or in-store to try to get you to pay more than you want. *** **** **** ***** ** advertise prices and promotions that don't exist, *** ********** **********Canadian Appliance Source

I did contact you by phone as well as in-store (Dorval) and received terrible and insulting service. Your description of the promotions, is not what is indicated online, and even when adding products from the same brand, the promotion does not apply in the cart. Maybe at some point someone will acknowledge that either the website is not working as it should, or that the promotion is a ****. I regret having purchased our appliances and extended warranty at CAS.
We had our 18month old ** refrigerator stop working on Dec. 10th, I called CAS on Dec. 11th and they informed me that I had purchased extended warranty. I called the extended warranty company ** ******* **** and was told someone would call me back in 24-48 hours, we did not receive a call back until WE called a week later, when they had admitted ** ** ******* that our claim hadn't even been processed! I was told the earliest someone could come to look at it was January 3rd 2024! Every time I have reached out to CAS I would get the same song & dance that there is nothing they can do? I have asked to speak to management numerous times with absolutely no phone calls back! I was notified Jan. 11th that the compressor is in but, the first available appointment they have is January 31st! I waited over a month & a half in total, which is absolutely insane!
I tried calling the warranty company ** ******* **** on Friday Jan. 12th and I wasn't going to hang up until I spoke to someone in management, the girl came back and said there was no management in and just hung up on me! Their service has been absolutely **********! This is not the customer service experience we were hoping for, I am speechless that nobody is standing behind their products! All we got from CAS was that it's not their problem, however it is their problem because they are the ones selling the extended warranty's! I don't even feel confident that once the part is replaced, that our fridge will last another year! Our fridge is still not working 100%, as it is making a rattling sound which it never did before. We are still waiting to have someone come back to service it Mar.8th for the third time, almost 2 months later! Our hands are tied because anything we do now, our warranty becomes null & void! We recently got delivery of a dual gas / electric oven range. The salesman never made mention of us needing a 220-volt power outlet. I then called the salesman and he said for me to play the "blame game" and for me to send an exchange request on their website which I did. Their customer service team told me that I had to take pictures of the range which I did. Then they said that there would be a 25% restocking fee. Based on the price of the range, this would be about $600. They also said there would be a fee for them to pick it up. I told them this was unacceptable. The appliance was accepted on delivery day and upon investigation it was determined that the requirement of voltage was not mentioned to our Sales Team.
As such, the restocking fee is applied.
We can see that a Resolution Case Manager reached out to you on February 26th of 2024 to discuss your concerns.Following the conversation, the restocking fee was lowered to 15% as a goodwill gesture in addition to discounts on the replacement stove.
