      I ordered a fridge and dishwasher on line. It was delivered 5 days ago. There was damage to my wall and the fridge was badly dented. I understand these things happen. When no one called me I called them and am now stuck in a back and forth about what forms I need to fill out, a wait of another 48 hours to have someone call me. A dented fridge in my small living room and no one on their end is concerned. First time and last time I will use them. The issue is the lack of support and service.

      Please understand that CAS delivers approximately 1600 appliances daily to our customers, either through delivery or by customer pickup. When a customer picks up an appliance, it is provided to them in its original, unopened packaging. When an order is delivered, the appliances are unpackaged when the delivery team reaches their destination.



       In a very small percentage of orders, there can be concealed damage that is not noticed until the product is unpackaged.



      However, we can see that your request to have the unit returned was approved and the payment was refunded back to you

      Purchased 6 appliances from CAS, spent $18,000 and change. The sale person was excellent. Was forced to take delivery of my appliances because they were low on stock and if delayed I wouldn't get my appliances. I was doing some painting on the house and wasn't liveable yet but still took delivery. I was not told in store that I had only 48hours to report any damages during delivery. Some appliances came in boxes and others didn't. On delivery I noticed some scratches and asked delivery men and they assured me it was only on the plastic wrapping. I covered my family hub refrigerator with a blanket to make sure it doesn't get damaged. Plastic wrapping was removed after a week and I realized my worst nightmare had come true. The refrigerator was damaged ( has about 5 dents and scratches) on the door. Went to the store and also called my salesman. He directed me to the after sales people. My claim was denied with CAS referring me to their policy that I knew nothing about. After back and forth emails, CAS said they will ship me a replacement door, and I have to find someone to install the refrigerator door myself. I have asked for someone to call me numerous times but with no luck. They have stopped replying to my emails. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW I AM BEING TREATED BY THIS COMPANY AFTER SPENDING ALMOST $20,000 of my hard earn money. The refrigerator I recieved looks like an open box, display and used. No company should treat a customer in this way. I am soo upset, mad, angry, it's seem like this company does not care about their customers after they get their payment. I wish I had a way to bring this back to the store, I will rather not have a refrigerator then to have this old looking fridge. I am being treated unfairly by CAS. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before spending all this money at CAS. CAS have really crushed my 4 year dream and hard work.       Please understand that CAS receives all appliances factory-sealed from the manufacturer and unboxed only after delivery/ pick up.


      Ads such, it is impossible to know if an appliance is damaged, which is why we urge customers to report everything within 48 hours so that we can have it addressed under warranty.


      Moreover, ******* does not offer door replacements as part of their cosmetic warranty.


      However, our records show that we purchased the door at our own expense and offered monetary compensation as well, to be used towards installation.

      After months of back and forth with CAS, they sent me a replacement door and $150 towards the cost of replacing the door. Thank you, however, pls improve on your after care services, customers shouldn't have to fight to get some type of compensation.

      These guys are very dishonest. I bought a floor model ** microwave from them. I did not know the model was no longer produced by **. The next day I tried to return it and the salesperson who seemed nice a day before started talking very ****** to me. His coworker joined him too. I was not told the floor model is final sale.

      First time that I purchased an appliance from CAS. My old fridge died on a Friday and I did some research and connected with CAS online on Saturday. I decided to purchase a replacement fridge and decided to take the financing deal of 12 months with no interest. I told the sales person that I needed this Fridge as soon as possible and he scheduled it for the Monday. On Sunday, I received a time window from the delivery company for Monday afternoon and a tracking link. On Monday morning the link was working and it said it was ready for delivery. Late that morning I received an email saying the delivery was cancelled. The delivery company said it was CAS that cancelled. I called CAS and the first person that answered was condescending and rude. He told me because I decide to finance it was going to take longer to process. I was never told this when I bought or I would have made different choices. As I asked for more information he ends up hanging up on me. I called back and I get the same answer that I have to wait till the approval comes through even though I already been approved. I emailed the sales person and no response. Very frustrated that I still don't have a fridge.

      I was asked to leave a deposit to secure the fridge. A 25% deposit was placed right away so the fridge could be secured in the warehouse for delivery. In the end I ended up cancelling and requesting the refund because they changed my delivery date to 5 weeks because they didn’t have the fridge any longer. Even though the sales person checked inventory and the deposit was to secure it. I was lucky enough to find the same fridge with another seller and they delivered it on time and as promised a couple of days later. And it was also financed but no issues.

      The worst customer service imaginable. I ordered a refrigerator with a confirmed delivery date of November 11, 2022. The day before I received two emails as well as a phone call, one email of which I confirmed, for delivery on November 11, 2022 between 9am and 1pm. I also received and email at 7:30 am on November 11, 2022 stating again that the refrigerator had shipped and that it would be delivered between 9am and 1pm At 1:10pm I called to find out where the refrigerator was as there was no longer tracking information available and I had not received it. The so called customer service agent advised me that the refrigerator had not been loaded on the truck and would not be delivered.
      At the time of order they were also offering a "promotion" for a free 4 year extended warranty. When I received the warranty information the unit price listed on the warranty was $500 under the unit price on my invoice and the actual maximum value of the warranty did not cover the cost of the refrigerator, which I was unable to make them understand due to a serious language barrier.
      **** ** *** **** *********** ******* **** * **** ***** **** ** * **** **** **** *** I have now cancelled my order completely and now have to wait for a refund for the item because "it needs to be scanned back into inventory" even though it was never shipped in the first place.

As such, our suppliers are not able to provide their appliances to CAS as quickly as they would like and, at times, may have no idea when they will be able to provide certain models. This all can lead to delays in the fulfillment of our customer orders. While some delays have shifted from days to weeks, certain makes and models of appliances could be even longer.



      We can see that you have requested to have your order cancelled, as requested your order was cancelled the refund has been processed.

      I ordered a dryer and agreed to get it picked up in a local store of them. First of all the did not inform about any time when the pickup is going to happen and second, later they informed me I can pick it up in a different than agreed store. When asked them to compensate their mistake and to cover the delivery fee to home they refused - said refund or delivery to another local store. This is not acceptable customer service and they merit zero clients.

      I have received the following message. Please check how they are trying to manipulate. When placing the order I have specifically mentioned that I want to have the dryer delivered to Longueuil store and the agent confirmed that. I even have a screen capture saying the order was to be fulfilled and delivered to Longueuil store. When it was the store pickup time I have phoned them to make sure that the item is delivered there and then they started to back pedal and spit at me with the info they are not delivering anymore to that store since a couple of days before mu order pickup date and that I can have the order delivered to Laval store or to my house for a fee. I denied the delivery to the store (because too far) and requested either to deliver it to Longueuil store or to cover the delivery fees for a delivery to my house. The refused both. ****** **** ******** ** **** *** * ****** ********** *** ******** *** ********* ** ****** ** **** ****. I do not tolerate such behavior.

      This is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with in my entire life... i built a brand new home and spent over $20,000 dollars with them on brand new ********** appliances. I ordered in April of 2021 and still have not received all of my appliances. The fridge i ordered was a built in fridge and my cabinets in my new kitchen were built with the fridge dimensions so it would be built in.. the fridge now says discontinued and not one person at CAS has helped me or come up with a reasonable solution. There are no managers to talk to or make any kind of decisions. I have talked to roughly 15 different people and not one has been any help. The most recent ladies solution was to buy a $16,000 dollar built in fridge in replace of the $8000 one i originally ordered. They also sent me the wrong dishwasher.
      I told the lady just to cancel my order for my fridge as i was just so frustrated and fed up with this company after being strung along for coming up almost 2 years now.... The lady said no problem we can process a refund of your money for the fridge but you wont get it for 79 business days which is absolutely absurd... she kept saying something about their bank and thats how long it takes to refund the money... i finally had lost it and said there is no way it takes 79 days to refund my money.. and all she kept saying was sorry.
      This company is honestly the worst company ever and i will be getting a lawyer and taking this to small claims court to get my money back... I have to now go buy a new fridge and wait probably a long time and i dont even have the $8000 to spend on the new fridge because this ****** company wont refund it for 3 **** months!

      Our records show that a resolution case manager was in touch with you and offered a significant discount on the replacement unit, which was delivered in January 2023.


      Moreover, it is unclear why you were advised that the process time for refunds is 79 business days - please be advised that the process time from your card provider is no more than 5 to 7 business days.

      Bought a washer, also bought extended warranty. Salesman said he would ask a manager to discount $50 on my warranty but could only take it off the price of the machine which was fine, as he's getting the debit/credit machine ready I ask him to scan my airmiles because my purchase has miles with it, he tells me because he gave me a $50 discount no airmiles can be given. That is the worst excuse to give a customer.
      The machine he sold me isn't as good as he explained. I don't like the machine, I should of stuck with my first choice but he pushed for this one

They would not put me in touch with delivery person AHEAD of time to make arrangements. I then cancelled the order in advance, and they still have not returned my payment after several attempts and phone calls and guarantees by them to refund my **** almost $4000.00. ** *** ** ******** **** **** ******** ******** **** *** ******.

      * **** ** *** ***** **** *** **** **** ** *** **** ** **** * ******** **********. First of all, you cannot get ahold of the Saskatoon store without physically going there. Emails are responded to once a week at best. Any attempt to call them, just goes directly to the call center - try it for yourself. Once you place an order, be prepared for the run around in terms of delivery dates. We finally received our >$10,000 full kitchen package plus freezer in August. Long story short, the freezer was damaged, and immediately made known to them. It is now 31-Oct, and after months and months, they offered $100 compensation, lol. No replacement, no reasonable remedy, nothing. I will go back to dealing with ***** - at least there I am dealing with a human who I can get ahold of and who will remedy issues. By the look of things CAS will either soon be out of business, or will change their name so they don't have to deal with all the negative reviews.
