      Purchased package deal of two appliances from Sukhjeet Matharu and she prepared the package pricing which was very attractive and expedited delivery in 4 days. She provided links to manuals and other specs sheets on each appliance which was useful. Nice doing business with this company.

      I dealt with Presley Showers to buy a dishwasher. He wasn't that friendly and it was hard to hear him on the phone at times, but I got what I needed. Delivery was good.

      Ordered an oven. Were told it would arrive with a propane conversion kit. It did not... began process of calling for it. Salesman sounded irritated when he told me that they emailed me and said it would be 5-6 business days for it to arrive. Well, I never received such an email. I still haven't received the conversion kit. I've asked for a refund and to return oven. They are ignoring my request and keep emailing responses about how my conversion kit should be coming but can't tell me when. I've got an oven in my hallway between kitchen and living room. It's completely ridiculous. Called what we thought was head office. Spoke with a someone named Ben who was completely obnoxious and fake!. Basically ignored our complaint and spoke in a robotic tone. He transferred the call to resolutions and we had to leave a message.
      ******* **** * **** **** ***** ***** ** **** **** ****. From the salesperson all the way to their head office, just lies and fake speeches. ** *** ****** ** ****** **** **** ** ***** ******** ***** **** **** *** ** *** ** ********* ***********

      Our records show that the missing part had been ordered from the manufacturer, as soon as the issue was reported.
      Kindly understand that your appliance is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and CAS is only able to approve an exchange if approved by the manufacturer.
      The manufacturer will only approve an exchange if the appliance is deemed unrepairable.
      Parts will take time to arrive, depending on availability and the postal service.

      This company is a nightmare they take your money and they deliver the appliances just drop them in your basement don’t hook them up double charge you do not use them they still haven’t straighten this mess out that they create it I have no washing machine or dryer working and it’s been four days and they have 5000 of my money for a $2000 appliance

      Moreover, should the delivery team have been instructed to do so, the existing appliances were still connected, per our reports. Our delivery team is not responsible for disconnection.


      In addition, we have no records of you being charged twice for this order- you were charged once, for the full amount, on October 27th.

      I bought a fridge, wall oven, warming drawer, and cook top. Ended up canceling the fridge because mine broke and even though they had some in stock in the province beside me they had no idea if or when they would be able to deliver.
      I ended up getting the wall oven and warming drawer 6 months later with no notice. They could not deliver in the next 4 days and I was on vacation for 5 days the following week. they said if I did not pick it up myself before I left they would give it to the next customer. I picked it up in my truck and then managed to get the 250lb oven out of the back. I then found out they billed me for the cooktop I did not receive. They said they had to based on how their system worked and could not issue a refund unless I cancelled the order which would put me at the back of the line and then I would have to pay more because the price had gone up. Additionally, the delivery date was moved out 8 months making it 14 months total. F*** **** ****** ********** **** * ***** *** ******** *** **** they billed me without telling me, ignored my emails, and voicemails until I managed to get ahold of my sales rep 2 weeks later.
      TLDR; if you deliver any single item on your order they will bill you for the whole order without telling you and then refuse to give your money back unless you cancel and loose your place in line.
      Worst customer service ever!

      I agreed to put 25% down and wait forever for my appliances. I did not agree to pay 100% and wait forever. Two weeks of ignoring my calls and emails; I even went into the store once. They said I needed to speak to my rep and sent me on my way. I had to threaten to sort it through my credit card company to get a manager on the phone who explained that “maybe he could get me some” of my money back”. ***** **** *** ***** **** ******* *** **** ***** 
      In the end, I got a floor model in one week, for half price, from another company so it worked out well, *** ***** ******* **** ******** ** *** *** ***********

      the saler has promised free delivery and they are charging 89 $ . not good Mike T. still waiting my second delivery because the washer was broken and no one contacted me yet .

      Please be advised that CAS does not offer free delivery except for online purchases for some brands/models.
      Kindly understand that CAS receives all appliances factory-sealed from the manufacturer and those would only be unboxed after delivery/ pick up.
      As such, it impossible for us to know if an appliance is damaged.
      This is why, if reported on time, we will address under warranty.

      Kim Harriott in Saskatoon was excellent. I dealt with her on the chat feature on the website, then called her directly.
      However, when I picked up the $800 range hood in the Victoria store I was disappointed to find out the return policy wasn’t 2 weeks or a month, but rather 2 days!
      I’m not installing the hood for 2 weeks so if it doesn’t work it will have to be treated as a warranty claim. Very disappointing. It’s only a range hood that I could throw in my car and return it myself if there was a problem, it’s not a fridge that requires a delivery vehicle.
      Many of the complaints I see here are of similar concerns—it seems the after sale support is poor with this company.

      Please understand that our 48 hour policy applies to cosmetic damages only as this is the time frame for the manufacturer's cosmetic warranty.
      Any physical damages reported after 48 hours would no longer be eligible for a claim under the manufacturer's warranty.

      I needed washer and dryer ASAP, and the Canadian Appliance Source was the only company which guaranteed delivery within 36 hours. The salesperson, Andrew Forbes (whom I contacted over the phone) was very helpful and thorough in his explanation of the different options available to me (extra warranties etc.) without being pushy. He gave me some discounts here and there as well, which was nice.
      The delivery (which actually came LESS than 36 hrs after the purchase, which is a minor miracle in the post-Covid world with shaken supply chain) and the installation had been handled by Francis, who had been very helpful too.

      Recently purchased a new fridge. Of course, the item that I wanted was not available. So, I had to upgrade and purchase a higher priced unit. All was good until delivery day arrived, we had expressed that I would be available until 5 pm for delivery. The salesman said that he added a note to my file. Of course, the delivery was not completed by 5pm, so I had to get my nephew to come over so I could make my evening plans possible. The delivery did not go well, fridge would not fit through either front or back door. Therefore, they had to leave fridge on back deck. Once my husband arrived back in town from his work, he managed to get fridge into house. The delivery company had left the doors, parts and instructions for installation all over the house. My husband started the installation and assembly of all the parts, the screws for the upper French doors were missing. He had to eventually go out to his garage and try to find some screws that would work to get doors on the unit. This was not easy as they are difficult screws to replace (odd sizes), in the meantime we contacted CAS to try and find the screws with the delivery drivers or maybe their supplies. We have contacted them several times, still have not received the screws from CAS or a call from ** to replace the missing screws. I guess service is not really a thing with this company. I will be going elsewhere next time.
