I bought three appliances late March 2022, they were delivered the middle of April and the gas range that I bought quit working the middle of May. CAS absolutely refused to help me with this said that this was not their department. I used their repair serviceman who covers our area, he was out 3 times, replaced the solenoid then the third time out, he damaged the oven ignitor. I contacted the sales person we dealt with in the Barrie store and he refused to help. I finally sent my husband to talk with him, he gave us a number of someone at CAS who told us that we would have to deal with ********* direct. It has been over 4 months, and finally I had to call our own technician to come and he replaced the ignitor that was damaged by their technician along with a sensor. I can't believe CAS would not help us, * ** ******* ******** *** ** **** **** **** ** **** ** *** ***** ****** *** ******** **** ****. They are quick to sell you the product and have you purchase the extended warranty but that is where their customer service ends. Please understand that all product defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which is why the appliance needs to be inspected by a factory-licensed technician.
CAS does not have "repair servicemen" nor do we work with service providers to repair customer's appliances.
CAS will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure that a certified technician, licensed by the manufacturer, is sent out.
If deemed unrepairable, the manufacturer will approve an exchange.

I am so tired of hearing how the store will not take responsibility. We did go to the manufacturer and it was their technician that broke the ignitor. My problem with CAS is the fact that we could not get any help from CAS, our phone calls were ignored. It seems like as soon as you get the money, your responsibility as a retailer ends. I will NEVER deal with this company again and I am making sure that I let all of my contacts know about the problem we have had. It is disgusting that we bought in good faith, paid right away, even paid for the extended warranty and you just walked away without helping us one bit. We were from May until September before our range was repaired and we had to get our own technician as well as pay for parts. Finally ********* agreed to pay for our tech and the parts and assured us our warranty would not be affected.Review fromFrederic L

Only one of the two appliances has been delivered with no explainations why. Altough the salesperson who sold us the appliance was polite and gave us good service, the person I talked to at the customer service was of no help and did not listen to what I was saying, keep repeating general and evasive sentences that did not answer my questions.
Delivery guys and person at the customer service did not know where our fridge was, altough it was said to be delivered together with the oven. It was such a hassle to solve (and to have to fridge for several days!!!). This is no acceptable way of doing business.

Although I haven’t picked up the order yet, the overall process was seamless!

This was an extremely disappointing experience. First, your web-site clearly states: "shop in store for prices below advertised on line". This I found not to be true. I was offered exactly the same prices. Second, your web-site gives the impression that your "bundle offer" will result in 25% discount. On a purchase of over $4000 (fridge, range and dish washer) I received a total of approximately $150, which is less than 5%. I checked ****** and found out that their were lower than yours, offer significant bundle discount and have free delivery. Unfortunately because I needed early delivery had to purchase from you, but will never shop at CAS again.Canadian Appliance Source

**** * ***** **** ** ****** I purchased 6 appliances and spent over $6000. On the delivery day my fridge was nowhere to be found. In the hustle of getting all the appliances in and arranging for an new delivery for the fridge - and new 4 hour delivery window I would have to book off - I didn't notice the scratches and dents on the side of my dryer. I decided it was only cosmetic but then found the levelling legs were broken as well. I emailed and called repeatedly to get a replacement - this was the same day it was delivered - and no one returned my call or replied to my emails for days. When I finally got through I was directed to an online form which I was not told was only to start a repair ticket. When I spoke to the technician at *** they said it wasn't mechanical so it was not their issue. After another ten days, I was able to arrange a replacement dryer- but it wouldn't be delivered for another week. I booked off a THIRD four hour delivery window and inspected the dryer after it was installed by the delivery person. A couple of days later, when I went to use it for the first time, there was an awful grinding sound. I shut it off after 5 seconds and haven't used it since. That has been nearly four weeks ago - and 7 to 8 weeks since buying the appliances - and I am still trying to get a technician to fix it as they have tried to give me 4 appointment times that I specifically said I could not be avaialble for.

Please understand that CAS receives all products factory-sealed and those would only be unboxed after delivery/ pick up.
As such, it is impossible for us to know when a unit is damaged.
This is why, when reported, it will need to be addressed under the manufacturer's warranty- a technician would first need to come out to assess the appliance in order for us/ the manufacturer to determine next steps.
Our records show that, upon review, your request to exchange the appliance was approved and a replacement was delivered on August 24th.

The experience was fine. BUT, there was no display model of the microwave we wanted to purchase. So the salesperson showed us a comparable model. The floor model was $100 more, we were told the $100 was for a larger fan, BUT everything else was same. The floor model had a Broiler which both of us expressed was what we wanted. The sales person NEVER told us that the model we were asking about DID NOT have a broiler, just the fan capacity was different. Since I do not often use a fan I opted for the less expensive model. Had I known that the difference was also a broiler, I would have DEFINALTEY purchased the floor model.
I paid for the microwave and picked it up 2 days later. The microwave stayed in the packaging until the installer arrived. He unpacked the microwave and installed it. After it was installed I opened up the microwave and saw that there was NO Broiler. SO DISAPPOINTING!
2 days later my brother came over, he was shopping with me, he checked out the microwave and said "Where is the BROILER!" We were never told, and since there wasn't a floor model of the microwave that I bought of course I wouldn't have seen that.
I'm quite upset about the whole experience because I would have purchased the more expensive model. I trusted that the sales person would have more product knowledge.Canadian Appliance Source

I purchased off Minkal L., he was very fast and professional when making the sale however once he received our payment he was quick to no reply our emails and messages and was no help in the washer and dryer that was not installed properly
After paying the install and delivery we have had to have another company come finish the job we had already paid for.Canadian Appliance Source

5 starsThe customer service I received from Rob Adams was extremely good. He thoroughly explained my options when it came to a new stacked washer dryer and answered my questions explaining how the new generation machines work.
The delivery was on time and the installation service was outstanding.

Told me fridge would be delivered next week, just found out the fridge is not in stock, no delivery date as to when. I don’t have the time for this!
Also the sales person said he would add an extra year warranty, nothing about this showed on the invoice!
Back to fridge shopping. Thanks for nothing, wasted my time and now have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund! Will Not reorder another fridge from them! Not happy!Canadian Appliance Source
