      Purchased an ********** Washer/Dryer. Sales team was kind, friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair at CAS in comparison to other retailers. Delivery was a nightmare. Delivery team was ****, damaged my machines and installed things incorrectly. Had to re-install my pedestals and steam assembly after the team left. Trying to deal with CAS to get this fixed now...

      I have received 3 of the 4 appliances i ordered. The 4th item has been back ordered 3 time. No I am being told it won't be available until Dec. 19. The sales person told me at the start of the negotiation process that if there was one available within their network I would be able to get it. Today I noticed that there is one in stock in BC, I live in ON. I was told by the Salesperson they cannot do a store to store transfer for me, so I have to wait. I tried getting help from customer service and they advised there job is only to forward me to a sales person, they have no access to management nor can they make any decisions (I actually do not know their value as to me they just added to the frustration level). * ******* *** ********* ** *** ***** ******** ****** ** ** ** ***** *** **** *** **** *** * ******** **** ***** ** *** ***** **** *****

      Purchased a washer and dryer. The lady was very helpful and what I thought was knowledgeable. I had specifically asked if the washer/dryer had the option for the new app to alert me when my laundry was done. She assured me it did. Washer dryer arrived. Cannot find how to connect in the manual so I went to the internet to find out. And it shows a button that does not exist on my machine. Therefore I assume it does not connect.
      Now the delivery service is what really made me want to complain. I was told delivery between 1-5 and I would receive a call when they where at the house before ours. So at noon I went to grab a coffee quickly as it was 5 minutes away and I would have loads of time. On my way back I get a call saying they are at my house... no call saying they would be here before the scheduled 4 hour time block. We paid for removal and where informed that they could just move it upstairs for us if we wanted to sell them. So I asked the delivery people to move the washer to the driveway because someone is coming to pick it up and we PAID for removal. Under his breath he said I love doing free labour. Then they tried leaving without hooking it up. So I asked are you guys going to hook it up or does someone else come to do that. And ****** he said yeah for people who pay. Which we paid for installation. He tried to argue me and said only this company does that. And I said yes that's the company we purchased through and showed the receipt. He then installed it but didn't hook up the steam line. So now we have to go purchase another steam line since that was suppose to be included in the installation price.
      Very unhappy overall.

      I will never purchase from this store again!
      I bought a refrigerator for almost $5,000. Received it damaged. I was depending on the
      Salesman, Shridhar K. from the Brampton location to help me navigate this unfortunate experience and while talking to him on the phone found myself talking to myself because he hung up on me while speaking to him.
      He already secured his commission through this large purchase so he did not care to go the extra to assist a customer in turmoil.
      I tried calling him back many times after he hung up on me and found my calls going straight to his voice mails, confirming he hung up and was indeed avoiding having to deal with the issue at hand! My experience with him representing CSA is, he is a poor excuse for a sales representative! HE is all about the $$, not the customer.

      ** * ***** **** **** * ***** * ****** what an awful experience that seems never ending. Sent us and charged us for the wrong stove 3 times and waiting 3 months for a refund of almost 4K, didn’t set up the washer and dryer properly after we paid extra for set up and now we have been waiting for 14 days for someone to apparently come and fix it. Now we finally got our dishwasher today after waiting 6 months and there is a huge dent in the front and they asked us to keep it or wait another 6 months for the next shipment.
      On top of all this terrible service and a disaster of an experience our sales person Rob from the Barrie location has been utterly useless. Not sure if this man ever works because he is always dodging my calls and emails and you can never get a hold of him. He’s either a scam artist or a thief and I will never spend another dime at this store.

      I purchased a washer/dryer set from the online sales rep. Every step of the process I confirmed what was included and what was not. The total cost I was given, did not match up with the invoice total I was sent. Although it was only about $200 higher, the final cost was still a reasonable deal and I proceeded with the purchase.
      The real issue is with the delivery service and their competence. I was told by the sales rep that my requested delivery was confirmed to be the next following day after 3:30 pm. I was called the previous night and told the delivery would be from 7:00-11:00 am. They then called again to say the delivery was confirmed to be between 8:00-12:00. They showed up at 7:30am.
      I had the old set already removed and had new hoses already installed to make it easier. They insisted on supplying the hoses as it would "void their warranty"... so I had to remove my hoses and install theirs. Then they wouldn't stack mount the dryer because I didn't purchase a stacking kit...although I had a compatible one from my old set. In all, I was charged $90+HST for an install that I had to do myself. Not impressed.

      The delivery people did not set up my machine properly ! The water taps were not turned on and when I tried using the machine, the spin and drain wasn’t working , I thought the machine was a defect . The delivery guys said,” it all set up and works “. I had to call the service guy in which means taking time out of my work day to accommodate just for him to turn on the taps … if the delivery guys did they job properly then I wouldn’t have been inconvenienced !

      Having done many renovations and new builds over the years, I made the mistake this time of using CAS for my kitchen appliance package.
      I was given a package price of $3796.99 + tax. One item was backordered and I was randomly issued a new invoice with a different replacement item on it.
      I immediately contacted my sales rep (Kenana R.) about this and said that I wasn't interested in the alternate product.
      When the final backordered item I had originally ordered was available I picked it up and paid what I thought was the remaining balance (Sep 09/22). Once I got home I realized that CAS had increased the total package price to $4381.99 + tax, a difference of over $600.
      I contacted CAS customer service the next day (Sep10/22) to try and sort out what I assumed was a clerical error. I was told my rep would call me back but she didn't.
      I emailed my rep (Sep12/22) and was told:
      "Your order was placed back in July, I believe you had plenty of time to review your order. I'm not sure why you are bringing this up after all the item was picked up". And that I could return the item if I wanted - (I live a ferry ride away and this is not practical otherwise I would).
      So I contacted customer service again and basically was told that it was up to my rep if they wanted to honour the agreement she had made and that she did not.
      I have all the paperwork and my next step is small claims court ** **** ** ******* ******

      My experience with CAS is so disappointing. I was delivered a ********** full fridge and a freezer side by side past Thursday (Sept. 8th 2022). I called within the same day of delivery to inform CAS that the fridge was defective. The Freezer also has a problem (ice maker doesnt work). They referred me directly to the manufacturer for the warranty, no customer service at all, everybody I talked to was not helpful in trying to help me resolve the matter. The repair guy for the warranty will come on October 11th! One month waiting to repair a fridge that was delivered defective. And I called in the same day!
      On top of that, I looked on the website, 3 days after I bought the items, and they are now listed at 1200$ less than what I paid for, and I have been told they wont adjust the price since the items were delivered. What a way to buy trusting relationships with clients! The price changed on the day after they delivered the items. I'm doing major renovations at home, I had 3 more items to buy (washer/dryer and dishwasher), they won't get my business.
