      **** ******* ******* ******* **** * ******* I bought a fridge, $4300. They asked for delivery I said as soon as possible. They asked if I had to add any note for the delivery and I said if it’s before 12:30 give a call ahead we can be home in 10 minutes. Next day delivery guy called me and said that he is outside the house and when I asked if he had read the note he said that there is no any note. I had to deal and to debate to avoid extra charge for rescheduling the delivery. I was waiting up to 5pm to be informed that the delivery will take place the next day. I explained t*** ** ** ** ********* I have an old fridge in the middle of the house and I need desperately the new one. The truck driver came, because there is a bus station in front of the house, he decided after ten minutes in the the truck to leave without informing us. I had to call, I had to debate and still I have to wait for an answer. Last year I bought again a fridge, why there was any delivery problem. The bus station is there the last 50 years as I know. We built house, we got all of our deliveries with no issues. We bought furniture, wash/dryers everything was delivered. We moved in that house and we didn’t have any issue. I spent 2 days at home, * **** ** ****** ** ******** ***** ******* * **** ** ****** ** **** ** ***** **** *** ***** and most like I will have to spend a 3 day at home for new delivery. I don’t understand a thing, the bus station will be there, my parking spot is at the front, my neighbour parking spot is at the front what’s going to be the difference for the next delivery. Outside there there is a product that I payed for it, and I am officially the owner. Do you discriminate me because yesterday you wanted to charge me, and your driver *** **** that there is no a note? Are you taking revenge? ******** ***** ********** *** *** * ***** *** *** **** ** ****** **** **** ** *** ****** **** you got my money and I don’t get my product. I am requesting my product to be delivered

      The most frustrating, dishonest experience ever!!
      I happily purchased a brand new fridge at full price from CAS in April of this year. Long story short the fridge had a crack in the lining on the door (that was concealed with caulking), and they refused to do anything about it. I began my never ending journey of righting this wrong a day after delivery. It took until now, after stringing me along for 6 months, for them to eventually tell me there was nothing that could be done about it. Numerous interactions with customer service people during this time led me to believe the door would be replaced. An obvious attempt to wear me down. I am very disheartened by their lack of integrity. Unbeknownst to me I was sold a damaged product, and now am stuck with it. Shame on you!

      Our records show that our team did a request a door replacement under warranty with the manufacturer.
      Please understand that CAS receives all appliances factory-sealed from the manufacturer and those would only be unboxed after delivery/ pick up.
      As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is damaged or defective.
      This is why, when reported, we will revert back to the manufacturer for the issue to be addressed under warranty.
      We can see that your file was escalated a number of times to Frigidaire and they deemed that the damage did not, unfortunately, qualify for a door replacement.
      In this situation, we would strongly advise that you contact the manufacturer directly at ###-###-####
      to further escalate.
      We can only imagine how frustrating this situation has been and sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused.

      CAS was the 4th store we stopped into when looking for a new clothes washer. Adib assisted us with better information and price, with the newest model that we did not receive at the other 3 stores. The delivery was done in 2 days after purchase, the team was clean and helpful. Since I placed the old washer in the driveway and it was taken by a neighbour, the delivery staff informed my wife to contact our sales person for a refund on the removal charge of $20 as there was nothing to remove. After sending an email to Adib and calling him, we received a revised invoice with the refund within 30 minutes. We have purchased a ***** dish washer and high end ******** BBQ from CAS in the past and have always been more than satisfied with the service.

      There are many negative reviews about CAS. Obviously they have not been helped by Dave T! He is amazing! In person, a few years ago, he took the time to walk through all the products that could possibly fit my needs. Never over selling, making sure i know the pros and cons of each appliance. Now that I know and trust him, I purchase appliances through him over the phone. He sent all the info to me, then took the time to answer my questions by email and phone. He has always made me aware of any factors that may effect my decision, so that i will be happy with the products i purchase. And, he has found any discount that is available to me! I can't say enough positive things about Dave!! Re delivery. I have had no problems. I will agree that the guys rush to have you sign the form, then leave. They do say you have 48hrs if there is a problem with the item.

      We had no issue whatsoever, with Scott at the BurlOak location. ( I would give him 5 stars!) We went shopping at this location, specifically due to the price point and stock availability - we knew what we were looking for. The transaction was completed professionally and quickly -delivery arranged to our schedule. The delivery was another matter. We were advised the delivery would take place between 3-7 pm- after a couple check in calls from us, the delivery was made at 7 pm. The delivery guy was disgruntled and we were reprimanded that the house was 'too tight' for delivery and that the space was 'not ready' - after a swift movement of the fridge and cleaning of the area - the fridge slid quickly into place - the old one was removed as promised. No direction for the fridge - admittedly a no brainer - but a little professionalism and courtesy, would not go amiss - despite a long day on the job.

      Looks like I am another in in LONG list of unhappy customers. I only purchased with them because my washer has been broken and I need one right away. Well that won't happen either. I scheduled delivery for my 1/2 day off and of course they tried to deliver while I was at work. Now I will have to wait and pay an extra delivery fee. Their add says lower prices if you come into the store, absolutely not true. I can't wait to see what the deliver team does.

      However, our records show that the delivery time scheduled was sent to you on September 1st, at around 5:08PM.
      Please understand that this is sent to all customers to ensure that they are ware of the time window and are able to free themselves and, in the event that they are unable to accept delivery, they are able to cancel, prior to the appliances leaving the warehouse.
      Kindly note that our delivery team will only wait for 15 minutes outside a delivery location in order to fulfill other deliveries and not penalize other customers.
      We can see that our delivery team and members of our home delivery department tried to reach you on the day of the first delivery attempt to no avail.
      A second delivery fee was then charged as we had to re book the team to complete your delivery.
      We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you.

      *** *** * ***** **** * ******** **** ******* Everything was fine when making the purchase of a washer and dryer. After that everything went downhill. First one of the pedestals was delayed but the washer and dryer were still supposed to be installed. DIDN'T HAPPEN. The washer, dryer and one pedestal was delivered. A couple of days later the second pedestal was delivered and an attempt was made to do the installation. After about two hours of complaining the INSTALLER gave up and left. Installing a washer and dryer is not rocket science but at my age I thought that it would make things easier. He didn't close the door or the gate when he left. My 70 year old wife had to move the dryer so she could close the side door. I wish that I could down load some photos here of the mess they left. The pedestals were installed but only one was levelled. Some of the plumbing was hooked up but the drain line from the washer was left in the shipping position and not put into the drain. The dryer appeared to have no power as it wasn't completely plugged in and all that was done with the vent hose was they took it out of the package. I ended up installing both units myself. Something in hindsight I wish I had done in the first place. After a couple of visits to the store I was refunded the installation fee. When complaining to CAS customer service we were told that the installers are third party contractors and not their responsibility. Customer service at CAS seems to be non existent.

      ***** ******* ** *** **** **** **** ******** We purchased 3 appliances 10 months ago and are still waiting. It is not that they haven't had stock in that 10 month period, they just won't hold stock for a delivery. So by the time the range is in stock, the fridge is no longer in stock, when the fridge is in stock, the range is not in stock. At one point, when 2 of the 3 appliances were in stock at the same time, we decided to take delivery, but they botched the delivery date and we had to wait again. (I was told the fridge had been damaged in a warehouse flood but believe the product was deployed to another customer due to the delivery date confusion). Finally, deciding to cut our losses on the last appliance, we were advised we would receive a full refund, but when it was processed it was less than half of what they said it would be. When I spoke to "Customer Care" staff about the discrepancy, I was told the value of the refund was automated by the system and non-negotiable despite the fact they had advised me otherwise. When I asked to speak with management, "customer care" staff advised they are not permitted to share that contact information. That in itself speaks volumes about this company's investment in customer satisfaction. ****** ** *** ******* **** ******** *** *** ********* ******** **********

      This place is terrible. I emailed asking if they had a product in stock and he said they had 2. We don't live close so we drove an hour and when we got there they said they didn't have any. No compassion, terrible customer service and they didn't care at all that we wasted 2 hours out of our busy day. ** *** **** *****
