      I paid account in full and sent them correspondence attaching the payment information along with a copy of the settlement letter but they never got back to me, followed up again and still nothing. They will call you from 100 different numbers when they want to settle and take your money bur the second you pay it, there's no action in their part to do what they promised.

      These people are calling the wrong number. **** *** **** **** *** **********. They call 10 times a day gaslighting me for telling them they have the wrong number. I block their number and they call me from multiple different numbers I have no idea what to do.

      They are calling me and my employer that i owe **** credit card money.I called ****. they said all clear nothing i have to pay.MJR called my employer and i feel very insulted now.I tried to call their number several times they are not even answering my call.

      I paid a credit card debt on behalf of my daughter at the end of June for the full amount agreed upon in the settlement offer. I requested a full and final release letter three times now and have yet to receive it or a response instead in August I received a statement of account showing the payment a made but also a large balance still owing. No repose from my inquiries. Terrible to deal with!!

      I have paid my debt in full $1734 but when i check my credit they only reported that i paid $26 dollars.
