      Insurance coverage that’s not insurance coverage. Don’t delve into the insurance coverage with any one in so called customer service or aka customer disservice! When you enter a shipment value don’t assume that means you are insured for the value you enter—it couldn’t be further from the truth! I waited 90 mins on hold only to be given the runaround and told to go to another company! Lol. **** *** ***** ** ****** **** **** * *** *****

      ***** ******** ******* ***** *** ***** *** ****. They always manage to find excuse to not deliver packages. There most common excuses are: buzzer code not available in address ( they are too lazy to use the customer name from entry buzzers??)
      Second excuse, no one answered the door so they couldn't deliver( someone needs to ring the door first for the customer to answer)..
      And this happens 99.9% of times during Puralator deliveries. We are sick and tired of them.

      Worse service, I contacted purolator about boarding with them and adding them as one of our couriers, for days the rep has been saying by tomorrow morning, Then they wanted proof of incorporation (Which is widely available on any Federal Government site with our corp number and tax numbers) then she said the person making the account has tech difficulties, Then no more answering our calls or emails. Yesterday after speaking to another rep which she did a wide spread email to everyone I get an email saying they ran into another problem something called a stop service at our mailing address which is weird especially there is over 100 companies at this site. I was promised again today it will be set up and yes purolator wants my business kept apologizing etc and said today it will be done. Now both reps I been speaking to both do not answer calls or emails. I guess PURO LATOR really means later. The service received made *** look Golden and *** has the WORSE service in the WORLD!!!

      They have a terrible customer service and the drivers don't care at all about the customers. This is very disappointed of the company as I buy an expensive $1000 CAD worth of electric drum kit that requires a signature from ****** third-party reseller from which I wish they could have just use ****** Delivery service such as ******** that are much better at handling the package with care withy better customer service. While I understand that the couriers don't have or are not required to call the customers. Why then do we leave our phone numbers on the package? It is probably for a reason...

      I had a package "safe dropped" by a purolator driver while I was at work. This was witnessed by my neighbor who , after the driver left, collected the package to keep safe until I got home. Purolator claim to require a signature. I at first thought my package was missing and filed a complaint. When they got back to me they claimed I signed for it. Impossible as I was working in a different city. My neighbor witnessed the drop. This means the driver fraudulently signed for me. The company emailed me backing up this fraudulent action. ** **** ** *** ********* ** **** ******* * ***** ********* *** ***** **** ********

      Awful experience. Did not receive package and upon calling the customer service, **** **** **** *** 2 customer service representatives essentially yelled at me. They punched my address into the computer and yelled "it has been delivered". Even after I continually said "I know it was not delivered, I was home at the time of the delivery time".
      After a third attempt, the representative finally sent my case to investigations.
      A week later, purolator is on my doorstep with my package as they had delivered it to the wrong house. What I had been telling them all alone.
      No apology either. Will never order with this company again.

      Purolator is beyond brutal with customer service, their staff goes through the motions via phone calls on updates saying as little as possible with super van time lines. I am a business that order's 1000's of dollars of inventory in a week and constantly packages are lost and or miss sorted going to completely wrong area(latest package started in Ayr On then to brantford sorting facility after that on the day it was to arrive to us on location its miss routed and in barrie??? we are a niagara region company BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Also if your company does make a mistake(Purolator) maybe own it and be respectable on the customer service call.       In my case, they always gave me misleading information. They lied about my request to refuse the delivery (after ten days with no package delivery at all). They said they tried to deliver my package, but there was no note of them on my door (another lie?). ***** ******** ******* ***** *** ****** *******. They didn't do what I asked. They ended the chat out of nowhere when I mentioned I was trying to solve the issue before taking legal action. They didn't give me any email or phone number of a superior. Horrible experience with this company.

      **** **** * **** ** ********* they will not deliver to rural areas, they hand off to ****** ****. ****** **** will not deliver large packages requiring us to drive to the post office 20km away to pick up the packages. Might as well shop at ******** since I need to be in town anyway. Tracking is useless.
