      I continually have my packages delivered to the wrong address. I have added special instructions that clearly state where I am located. Still left at neighbours. My packages have been sent back because my address does not come up on GPS. I have lived here 21 years. If I had a choice I would be using other shipping methods but I dont. Service used to be great. Now it's gone down the toilet.

      Really awful service. Driver did not even attempt a delivery as I was home all day waiting for my shipment. Was recorded preparing "missed delivery" notice before even ringing or knocking.

      Paid for Express Post to deliver a cheque for merchandise to a company do business with. Company is only 2 1/2 hours away. Was to be delivered next day by 5pm. Two days later still haven’t even attempted delivery. When called Purolator spoke to ‘Emily’ who gave so so many excuses. Then when I asked for her to make a note to ensure delivered Monday she said that if she did that it would cause a further delay. Say ‘what’. Purolator makes the claim Not a Package. A Promise. False advertising doesn’t look good Purolator. And threatening your customer with a further delay when asking for the service you paid extra for, not good business. This is the third time Purolator has done this to packages paid extra service fees for.

      Purolator has my package at the Purolator Sort Facility (30 minutes from my delivery location) for one week and it's just sitting there. Purolator is not able to deliver my package in a timely manner.
      Even after many phone calls to Putolator no one is capable of helping. * ***** **** ********* **** ***** ** * ***** ********** ***** failing with the main company slogan
      "IT'S NOT A PACKAGE. IT'S A PROMISE"

      Worst buisness ever they told me they don’t deliver to my area so they dropped it of 45km away at drop off point so I go there to get it guy told me that it was picked up already so someone else got my package they 4 days later had another package delivered to my address apparently even though they don’t deliver to my area and then told me I signed for it. All I can say is if your drivers are going to l** *** forge a signature have them spell the name right like it is on shipping tag and still haven’t seen either parcel and I got 2 day shipping what a joke how can the be allowed to operate like this …..?

      Purolator (****** **** is their parent company) is a company that claims to be a leader in shipping and logistics yet they can’t hold themselves accountable for the loss or misdirection of parcels. They are clearly mismanaged but as they are owned by a crown corporation nothing gets done. They don’t care about customers nor do they care about the well being of your parcels. Whether it’s Vancouver or Edmonton or Halifax or anywhere in between the story remains unchanged. People across the board have been mistreated. Pushed aside and something needs to be done to regulate and better the monopoly that ****** **** and all affiliated companies have in Canada. We need to end the ability for a crown corporation to corner the market on our parcel services. Enough is enough Canada
      They have caused my lots of stress. Lots of frustration

      Took 4 days off work to receive a package. Every day they say it will arrive the next day, but everyday it fails to arrive. Spent hours on the phone to no avail and they refused to refund me! Dreadful.

      We sent a document via Purolator from Brampton, Ontario to Brampton, Ontario, paid almost $80 for delivery for the next day & after pickup the documents have disappeared. A trace has been open for almost a week now with the same response everyday, there is no update & we are looking into it. No one from Purolator ever calls you back, after you have been waiting for over 30 mins to speak to someone, the CS agent doesn't have any information, the manager doesn't have any information & if by chance they transfer you to the trace dept - you cannot speak to anyone as everyone is so busy looking into all the documents that Purolator has lost. You leave a voicemail and you think with Customer Service being so important these days, the agent would call you back??? Think again. Purolator has no sense of urgency, no customer service. It is the worst.

      Dreadful company. Used a drop box to put a return at busy Toronto Union station on Sept 28th. After two weeks I realized it was strange to have no retailer update. The tracking showed only "label created" so clearly there was an issue. I opened a ticket to which they closed after a week saying sorry for the inconvenience but there isn't anything we can do as we have no proof I they received it. After escalating there isn't a thing, they can do for me and I'm out $80. Being told I didn't drop it off. ***** ** *** ***** ***** *** **** *****. I asked the manager who called me if I should video drop offs in future, she had no reply so clearly one should. ***** * ******** ******* **** * ******* *** *** ** ***** ** ** *** *********

      Unfortunately the company that used Purolator should have known better. Our package was expected to arrive a day later than when they tried to deliver it. Because our gate was closed at the time that they came, they did not try to call us, put the package under the gate or put it in the outside mail box. They said that they would try again. The next day, the gate was open early but they said that they attempted to deliver and were not able to. **** ** ** *** *** *** **** When contacted, the person who could barely speak English, said that will try again or we may have to go and pick it up, which is an inconvenience. Why this company is still in business is a mystery.
