      Had an espresso machine shipped from Vancouver to our home and it was very obviously dropped along the way. The tray beneath the machine is bent on about a 22 degree angle on one corner, the pump no longer works and it has a real nice wobble.
      The cost to ship this item was over $300 and we even paid for the additional insurance. However even though you can purchase the additional insurance you are not eligible to make a claim because it's a "Shippers Risk" on a personal item. This is stated on page 31/46 in the terms and conditions pages if any one ever bothers to read them.
      Hard lesson to learn and hopefully the company that did the maintenance can help us out but Purolator has been the biggest waste of time and most unsupportive company I've ever dealt with.

In my case, my gripe is that Purolator's online tracking page did not: *** Tell me when ***, its US partner, got my package; *** Tell me what the new, *** tracking number was (so that I could take advantage of ***' superior tracking information); or *** Give the option of receiving EMAILS to update me on the parcel's status (including "out for delivery" and "delivered"). ****, ***, *** **** *** ******** ***** *** *** ***** ***** *********

      There website shows that same item arrives at sort 3 times in 1 day . Won't deliver due to road closure won't take detour. 3 excuses for why wasn't delivered . Took back to city 3 days later . **** * ******** ******** *******

      Nothing but issues. Had notice for attempted delivery but there was not one. **** was home all day and my door bell camera did not show then at any point at my house. They would also not reschedule the delivery for the same day so my wife took the day off for nothing. I also have to use my lunch break to pick it up. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A DELIVERY SERVICE IF I HAVE TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE. Support was not helpful at all and just told me to file a complaint about the issue.

      Purolator *** ****** * ***** a company I can no longer trust to properly deliver my packages. They no longer come to the door, they leave packages wherever is easiest for them. This is a delivery company, a company that no longer cares about their job.

      Everytime i get a parcel from Purolator they are so friendly, they don't knock and run. They ask how are you doing today? Purolator drivers seem to know how to treat customers.

      I paid for 24 hour delivery and was accepted from shipper. They have had in their possession for 84 hours to date and still no expected delivery date. I have lost a valuable customer because of this. Customer ‘service’ had every excuse under the sun. ** *** **** *** **** **** *********

      Purolator picked up a package that weighed 10 LBS in ********** Alberta and delivered it to ********** BC. It was an odd shaped package but was very light and maneuverable. They cubed the weight to 442 LBS and charged $2213.66 for a ground shipment. *** **** ***** *** ***** ***** **** **** ************* ******** *** *** **** ******* *** **** **** *****  I will not pay the amount requested but will pay a reasonable amount.
