JULY 15, 2022 I PLACED AN ONLINE GROCERY DELIVERY ORDER
#XXXXXXXXXXXXX WITH WALMART CANADA.
THE DELIVERY TIME SLOT AND DATE WAS FOR 9AM TO 10AM AND THE DATE IS JULY 16, 2022.
9:42AM ON JULY 16, 2022 AN EMAIL WAS SENT BY WALMART CANADA STATING THE
Order #XXXXXXXXXXXXX WAS DELIVERED.
HOWEVER THAT DRIVER FALSIFIED THE REPORT TO WALMART GROCERY, NO GROCERIES WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS.
I AM REQUESTING A REFUND OF $138.22 BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY METHOD OF PAYMENT.Business Response

I put in an order and they sent me the wrong shoes. They say the return is free but that if I want to reorder the shoes I have to pay for shipping. It was their mistake. They should pay for the shipping. **** ** * ***** For all, I know they purposely do this in order to force people to put in more orders to get the item they wanted.Business Response

If they mean I talked to an agent online then yup, and they just kept telling me that Id have to pay for shipping if I ordered just the item I didn't get as it's under $50. Then they sent me an email today asking if the agent solved my problem which obviously he didn't.Customer Answer

I have an Autistic child who is really set on those sneakers and I don't understand why walmart thinks it's funny to mess around like this?!!!???

I tried to call the number the walmart person left for me and when I asked for customer retention I was told that they didn't understand the language I was speaking and transfered me to osmeone who never got to addressing my complaint because she became fixated on my postal code. My postal code changed over a year ago my address did not. I updated it with my card issuer and walmart and this agent was fixated ont he idea that my billing address still had the old postal code..I said that was impossible as I"ve done many credit card transactions since then with no problem which would not happen if my credit cared company did not have an updated billing address for me. I have since confirmed that my billing address is updated with my card issuer but I could not tell that agent as she hung up on me. * **** ** * **** *** ***** ******* *** **** **** ***** ***** *** ******* ***** ********** ** *** **** ** *** ***** *****. I still need to return the second order but as they keep hanging up on me how am I supossed to do that? Well after promises that my order would be "system checked" and that I"d get the right shoes again I tried to order them for the third time and for the third time they sent me the wrong shoes. Obviously there is a discrepancy between the online listing and the shipping listing or some internal glitch that walmartneeds to sort out, but apparently they have zero interest in doing so.Even though the shoes they are sending retail at $5 more a pair than the ones ordered and walmart is loosing money if the consumers ordering choose to keep the shoes. So I actually looked at the tag on the shoe I was sent and it matches the product Identifiers for the rain shoe, but it is not at all the rain shoe pictured online. The shoes I was sent match the image in the listing for ****** girls force runners.Customer Answer

Well they have a manager who manages to keep calling only when I'm not available in the morning and he aways leaves me a voice mail saying call customer experience. Customer experience cant do anything. All they can do is say "I understand your frustration, the issue has been escalated". So Walmart has basically stuck me in a circle of non-answers and non-fixes. Even though its costing Walmart customer dissatisfaction and lost revenue as they keep sending out a more expensive item instead of the right one, and they are having to pay for multiple returns, they have yet to indicate to me, any intent to fix the issue. Walmart online order ************* After 6 attempts to get my refund on an extended warranty there is no resolve.
Ashwini was the last agent I spoke to, he was one of 3 agents who promised to escalate the refund yet nothing has been done.
There is nothing to return as it's an online only policy for an extended warranty on a television which was canceled.
Ashwini was unprofessional and lacked the skill to research this matter prior to his comments.
There needs to be accountability from Walmart as to why this has taken 4 trips to the store and over 10 calls/chats and still no refund.Business Response

Ordered a jacket on line from WalMart website 29 March 2022 $33.25
Order # ************* recieved 11 April 2022
Jacket was poor quality & not as described. Jacket returned to WalMart store 27 April 2022. Recieved an email that same day stating refund would be credited to orginal payment method.
Refund never arrived so I contacted Walmart customer service. They insisted refund was issued. Got my bank to check into it and they sent me a letter confirming no refund was issued.
26 June 2022 sent copy of my bank statement & the letter from my bank to WalMart finance department. They reissued the refund 27 June 2022 and said to allow 5-7 business days for the refund.
As of 11 July 2022 refund has still not arrived. Contacted Walmart customer service again and they are totally not helping me at all. They just told me to contact my bank again.
My bank is not the problem. As they explained it to me, the merchant (WalMart in this case) is probably processing the refund as a credit card, not a debit card/access card as it is supposed to. The letter I got from my bank explaining this was given to WalMart finance department 26 June 2022.
This is totally unacceptable. The jacket was returned and I just want my money back. All this fuss over $33.25 and months of waiting and contacting them and providing all the information necessary to get absolutely no where. I am beyond frustrated with this situation. I have contacted my bank at least 3 times regarding this refund. They confirm that the refund was never sent to my account.
I have provided the letter they gave me & bank statement as requested by WalMart.
I do not know where they are sending my refund but it is not to my account.Business Response

**** ******** a letter from my bank regarding a charge back request which is not possible now because this issue has dragged out far too long. The bank clearly states that there is nothing about Walmart on my account since April 2022.
This is totally unacceptable.
