      Placed an order (#********)) for $2500. Marked delivered April 23, never arrived. Was told to file police report by Walmart, then filed a 2nd and now it’s been 50 days since then and the morons on the phone just say “sorry sir we will process the refunding soon” and never do. *** ********* Can’t wait to do a chargeback

      Ordered online and order says its delivered. Got ahold of customer concern team to get the run around. They admit that the item was delivered to the wrong address but are unwilling to do anything about it. They say we have escalated your concern to people we cannot get ahold of nor can you contact them you need to wait 72 hours with has passed and still no phone calls or emails from them. ** ****** ** ** *** ***** **** **********

      I had a trial of delivery pass, & cancelled it one month prior to renewal. A day before renewal I checked and noticed it was shown as active. contacted costumer service and explained the situation and requested them to cancel it. They informed me it was already cancelled April 11 2025 and I didn’t need to do anything, I said it was showing as active and they said it was a glitch and gave me a reference number just in case. The next day I was charged. Called again and explained and they told me they escalated it but they didn’t. A week later I called back after no update and was told no request was put in and they again said now they escelated & said a supervisor would call in the next few days. They called after a week & said tough **** this is our policy for it to renew automatically. * *** ********* ******* ******* she didn’t have any idea what happened and explained that I did cancel, gave reference number. She said she didn’t know that and then escelated it again and would get an update in a few days. The next month was me calling/contacting after days of no call and then being told they will refer this to a supervisor & call back, only to not get the call & this cycle went on an entire month. 1. I cancelled it 2. I even proactively contacted to ensure no issues 3. I kept being told I would he contacted and never was 4. by this time I have spent over 12 hours either on hold or using the online chat (I checked) and have called over 14 times. 5. I asked if I should dispute it if they won’t refund me and they said no that I would be refunded shortly. *** I sent my renewal email and bank statement as proof. After a month I finally got contacted and they said they are refusing to refund me for their mistake and I should just dispute it. I have been trying to contact someone about this, emailed, called, used the chat, to speak to someone about this abhorrent experience and the amount of times I was **** to and I can’t even get anyone to speak to.

      **** ***** I having an issue with Walmart.ca regarding a product I ordered online ($76.34) but never rec'd. Walmart has acknowledged that the product went to an incorrect address and has repeatedly promised to forward a refund. Despite repeated requests, they have refused/neglected to provide the refund promised.       I ordered groceries on line on 8 th.of May for $74.74 then I realized they've been charged for this order as follows 13 th.of May $74.70-13th.of May $78.35- given me a credit 13 th. Of May $74.74
      Contacted the online store representatives several times and they promised me I'm going to be credited with $74.70 and$78.35 The name of them are ***** and **** ...
      My account is at **** bank overdrawn $153.11
      Since promised to refund the money x2 never got it in to my bank account as of today...
      *** * *** ****** ****** ** **** * **** ** ***** *** *** I'd like to get it back and never ever going to shop there again...

      I am waiting for updates about my order refund or replacement because of manufacture defect for more than one month.
      Third part picked the product at my home to return to walmart aroud March 31 by the company ******, and into today May 8 I don't have any update about my replacement request. ** *** *** **** ***** **** **** ******** The worse customer service I have experienced.

      Absolutely horrible to deal with when trying to cancel an order.
      I ordered an item for in store pick up which was delivered 9 days ago.
      I've called over a dozen times and several emails for a refund as they can't find the product and will not reorder. They will not provide refund because they said its shipped by a third part SAVE ON MANY... who I've also reached out to several times. Despite the tracking information and proof of delivery to walmart signed by a "******" they still will not cancel and provide me a refund. I've spend soo much time and effort trying to find a resolution it's ridiculous. Absolutely horrible customer service. WALMART *** **** ** **** customer service are horrible to deal with and just run you in circles. I will never order something from them again that's not in store. I cant believe they will not make me whole when they see the same tracking information I do!

      Online Order was sent back without my knowledge. A month now and still don’t have my refund. All I get is the run around with no results. Call head office and spoke with *****. He refused to help me because my postal code was not what they had on file. My order was an in store pick up. ( who cares what my home address is. ) it ended up being one number off. I’m glad I recorded the conversation. * ******** ********* *** ****** *** ************* **** ***** They say 48 hrs , then they say 72 hrs for a refund. Yet here we are and still no refund. So extremely ***** *** disappointed in this company. ** *** ***** ******** **** ******* *******

      Pushy, ****, and tricked me
      *** ********** ***** with my experience at Walmart. I was tricked by the teller into signing up for a “reward card” without any mention that it was a **********—one that would pull my credit. To add insult to injury, when I called in for help, the representative ************ pushed a balance protection plan on me. Despite my repeated, clear questions about whether I’d be charged anything, she **** to me five separate times, assured me there were no fees, and kept pestering me with texts demanding a “yes” reply. When I finally spoke with another representative, I discovered that I’m now locked into monthly charges for this ridiculous plan. Walmart’s ********* practices *** ******* ********** are astounding. **** ******** *** ************** ***** ** **** **** *** ** *** ***** ***** ********* ********
