      so many issues with walmart from orders being cancelled, orders never received service agents dont listen when you explain the issue. Today the delivery driver never came to my building but stated he delivered my order i called walmart still waiting to get this issue resolved. I am fed up with the lack of service received! The worst company ever!!!!!

      I bought a ********* large black storage bin from Walmart. Product # ***** **********. I noticed a tag warning Cancer and Reproductive Harm attached to it. I called the customer service. I was told that means do not use it for food storage. I asked if I can return it, NO! Because I don't have the invoice!!! Why Walmart is handling such product so poorly, open to anyone to touch it. Why the tag is printed so small. I was not able to read it without a magnifying glasse. How many people read all the small prints. I use a rollator. I put it on my rollator as a basket and went to walmart for food shopping.

      ******************************************************. I can enter $500 worth of groceries and before I arrive from a neighboring island, one day later, 48 items are unavailable. Those items range from rainbow carrots to butter and eggs. Ironically, it's become the value savings items that they run out of, every single week. Clearly they don't order more as they want you to purchase the butter and items that are $2 or $4 dollars more. And if you can't stock flour, rice, corn starch, chipits, dates, and any pantry, baking items, I may as well remove the baking powder too. And further to this I suspect the produce items trucked across country from Ontario has become half baked before arriving to Vancouver Island, everyone I know complains about the shoddy produce, soft, rotting onions, shriveling bell peppers, nothing last a week before perishing. I bought a huge, square tub of margarine in MAY 2022 and the expiry date was MAY 2022. I think these big box stores block busted all the smaller retailers and now they force us to purchase over priced crap and what they want to pawn off. Why drive 45 minutes and waste the gas to view empty shelves and how about no litter or pet food? They hijack your night as you chose your items and the next day, you learn they are sold out of 1/3 of the order. They are unreliable and I will take my business to ************************, at least I can rely on them without them advising me, I need to remove 50 items from my list, all the staples and great value products. I'll take my money and give it to a business that supports my needs.

      I would like to explain my situation with my online purchase in Walmart ...Newmarket. I made an online purchase on June 27 to pick up at 5:00 pm but after 2 hours I called Walmart and canceled the order.
      After 2 days, I logged into my Walmart ********** rewards account and noticed that this amount is pending and I thought that they probably accidentally charged the amount. After more than 2 days I logged in again and I was surprised when I saw that the amount was approved.
      I called customer service to explain the situation and they told me to wait 5-7 business days and you will get a refund. It's been 15 days since I contacted again and got the same answer.
      Yesterday, called again and today I received an answer by e-mail :

      " It's regarding your recent escalation, we would like to inform that the order is canceled by store as it was not in stock. Without shipping the item out for delivery walmart will not charge the customer. Walmart has no option in this as we have not charged you."

      After this email I contacted twice and didn't get any positive response.. very poor customer support service.
      So on my account of Walmart it shows that the order was canceled but at the same time, on my Walmart rewards ********** account, it shows ....the payment approved.
      I just want to get my funds back and never order online from walmart again.

      Purchases a poker table online 3 weeks ago, it was delivered to our residence as it is very big and heavy, Arrived damaged, requested an exchange, which was denied, in order to get refunded It has to be returned, Walmart agreed to come pick it up, in which they have not, Over 3 weeks ago they have told us 3 times that a company was coming to pick it up, Only for them to not show up, They refuse to help us, they keep telling us 48 hours and that our case is high priority, After 48 hours they keep telling us another 48 hours, it's been like this for 2 weeks, It is beyond frusterating and seems like they do not care as they already have our money and we have a damaged poker table!!

      Extremely disappointed. Ordered (06/09) my sons birthday gift almost one month before his birthday. The items were suppose to arrive a couple days later (06/14), order processed by shipper and never updated after that. All items were SOLD AND SHIPPED BY WALMART CANADA. I contacted Walmart online chat (06/21) to escalate my order and was told that my items would not ship because they were out of stock and from a third party (incorrect), they suggested I cancel and reorder with a different third party through Walmart.ca. HOWEVER, them items were over double the price (I paid 19.97 sold and shipped by Walmart, they suggest $64.97 by thrid party). Personally I found this completely unacceptable. Phoned customer care (06/22) and was told my claim was never escalated and that everything I was told by their online representative was incorrect, that my items would be shipping soon, they are looking into the delay. Phoned back for updated and was given the "I'm so sorry" but nothing they can do. My order gets automatically canceled (07/05), AFTER MY SONS birthday. I phone in, finally speak to a supervisor who stated it was canceled due to a technical error and suggest reordering (items were in stock for a increased price, *conveniently*) However, the supervisor told me to place order again and he price matched it immediately back to what I originally paid. Now (07/08) almost ONE MONTH since trying to get my sons birthday gifts the second order is canceled again, and I'm told via online chat it's due to items being out of stock. ONE MONTH later and the items cannot be purchased elsewhere now, and still no gifts. Empty promises and meaningless apologies, that's about all I received from Walmart Canada.
