      Ordered a tv and shipped me a bike. It has been over two weeks and I cannot get a credit on my card. They just say they are working on it.

      I have received the wrong order from the delivery service before. However it was corrected quickly by the delivery driver.
      Today I have received an order that belongs to someone else. I have been on the phone and chat and I cannot get any satisfaction.
      People I can hardly understand nor hear properly and I have to keep asking them to repeat and slow down.

      Walmart is refusing to assist on a previously purchased item that broke during its first use. Terrible Customer Service. When trying to leave a review from their email, the TaC exclude them from any responsibility.

      ** * ***** **** ** ***** ** *** * *****. I never thought In a million years Walmart would ever cancel my account due to someone else’s mistake with my grocery order. The person who delivered my groceries that day or who ever packed my groceries left out 50$ worth and when I called and they put in a dispute they emailed me to tell me that my account has been canceled due to terms and cus my account was canceled they couldn’t refund my money. Completely terrible absolute disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. ** *** ****** ******* **** ******* ** *** *******. I was punished for something I was not at fault for and they kept money from me when I never received my items.

      I ordered a patio set online but it never has been delivered. I have been asking to get my money returned but the customer care chat and phoning do absolutely nothing except say they have escalated it each time and I will be contacted within 24 hours or 48 to 72 hours, 1 business day, 3 business days… Absolutely awful experience. Still try to get my money back after 1 and a half months.

      Absolute poor service on the online order front. Granted I don't expect five start service but cancelled orders, late deliveries do not help. Orders that were placed and noted available were cancelled and dropped below the $75 cancelling our discount voucher.
      Phone service was not efficient and spent over 2 hours on the phone where the manager and rep couldn't honour the voucher, making us jump through hoops in screenshots and stating there is nothing they can do on substituting items of a higher value or adding more into the order.
      We end up getting a voucher for $15 for our next order and our existing order neglected.
      What really bothers me is not the dollar amount but how it is a huge effort to resolve such a simple matter.
      1) if you do not have the inventory, so not list it as available on your site
      2) if you are substiting and you see a custom has a voucher, do not substitute it for an item less or call us. Talk to us. No effort was given and it appears the order was simply processed and life moves on.
      3) show compassion and good judgement skills. In everyday life people order from Walmart for the prices and the accessibility. When issues come up, it should be a customer centric approach to resolve not to create more barriers to resolution. I fail to believe a representative and their manager cannot honour a $15 voucher. If that is the case, a change in authority must be had.
      Lastly, I write this today not in expectation of anything but of principle. I wish to warn others of my experience. ** ** ****** ** **** ***** ******* ******** *********** ** **** ** *** *** ******* ******* ** ******* *********  
      If Walmart chooses to conduct a satisfactory resolution, I will provide an update.

      I ordered an item, had issued in the past but wanted to give it another chance. I got an email that it was shipped, no updates since. It was supposed to be delivered today. I called customer service and all they say is oh yes it will be delivered don't worry. Then after pressing and asking more questions they can't even see tracking from Wal Mart logisitics, yes you read that right. Wal Mart can't see tracking for their own company!!! And who knows where my item is. The worst company ever for ordering things. The scripted customer service responses are pathetic. For being one of the biggest companies you would think they would have better insight on situations like this. How can a company not know where their products are that are being shipped or assist their customers. Never again! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

      From ********, on Walmart.ca, I was shipped only one of two mini ice cube trays, indicated on the site. That is, I received one tray of 37 molds, rather than the specified 74. I contacted the seller (third party) two separate times and gave them a week to reply. Nothing. I contacted Walmart two times. No luck there. Walmart also couldn't contact the seller. First, it was indicated by the agent, if the seller, couldn't be contacted, I could keep the one tray, and I would be refunded what I paid. This seemed reasonable, considering it was due to negligence on behalf of the seller. Then, a day later, I got another customer service agent who stated that the first agent was wrong, and I had to bring the item to a Walmart store. Even though the seller was at fault, I was the one being inconvenienced. The whole purpose of my ordering online was so that I didn't have to go to a store. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold twice. No supervisor was available. Then the agent indicated that the supervisor would call me within one business day. Well, guess what? I gave the agent two phone numbers, and no call from a supervisor. Not only was it inconceivable that Walmart could not contact a seller on its site -- after two separate tries -- but I was the one who bore the blunt of the inconvenience. Not only was it a third party offering, it was third rate service all around. I had to spend extra gas and time on the phone and travelling to get a refund. PS. I did follow-up by contacting Walmart Customer Service again. I indicated the above. I was informed that it would be forwarded as a high priority concern to the higher ups. It seemed a week later that it got lost in the higher ups
      -- the clouds. No response. I tried to review the seller on the Walmart site, but my review was rejected two times because I criticized the seller and the total lack of the seller’s response. That’s a no, no, in Walmart’s books. Note: The seller is still on the site. No accountability.

      I ordered 2 boxes of ***** litter and they were to be received in Aug.8th. That date came and went and I called Customer Service. I was told that I would get a call back within 72 hrs. but never did. Also advised they could not cancel my order. Nobody called and the date for delivery remained as Aug.8th and never changed. I called again and was told that I would receive a call again within 48 hrs and nothing. Upon checking my bank account I noticed I received a credit for the litter. I then went out and bought the litter and heard nothing more. All of a sudden I received 2 boxes of litter delivered from Walmart. One was what I ordered the other was not. I thought they were giving me free litter for all the problems I had. Checked my bank account and they took out the cost of the litter again. I had cancelled the order as my cats needed the litter and you advertise same day service on TV. I calked again and was told by a Supervisor in India customer service that they just send messages to Mississauga office and cannot do that much. I called the Mississauga office and asked to speak to someone to solve this problem. They put me through to the secretary of the President and I left a message. Never received a call back to date. This is not the service Walmart used to provide and is not acceptable!!! I think that a credit should be put through my account for the litter.

      This is regarding an online grocery pick up order. I placed an order for a pick up on August 5th through the Walmart app, once placing the order, the app crashed but the money was taken from my account so I assumed this meant my order went through. Within 2 hours of my pick up time, I phone the store to inquire about my order as I had yet to receive an order number. They informed me there was no order and advised me to place another one. I did so and paid for express pick up, only to have the same thing happen where my order was non existent but my money was gone. At this point, I was now out of just over $260 and no groceries. After over an hour on the phone with customer service, I still was out my money with no food and told I'd be contacted in 3 business days by finance. Finance nor anyone from head office ever phoned me back, or even emailed and I waited until August 15/22 before my money was refunded. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer care and support that was received. I am in no way considered a wealthy person and I have a family with a child to feed. I was put out of 2 weeks worth of grocery money for 10 days causing issues with being able to properly care for things in my household with little to no remorse from the company. Not to mention ZERO compensation for Walmart holding onto my $260 for 10 days. It is sickening that we were made to wait this long for that amount of money from a computer glitch and then to be ignored and not contacted back. I know it does not matter that we are one family Walmart is losing business from, but I really hope this situation never happens to anyone else who shops there as it could mean the difference of families being fed or not for some people. This was an absolutely horrendous situation, I should not have been penalized for a technical error on Walmarts end, yet I was the one who had to suffer.
