    I had a subscription for years and ordered items from their black Friday sale. The items I received were all wrong, contacted the company and they mailed replacements, that order was also wrong, they reshipped and I never received it. Contacted them again, said they would file a claim with the courier. There is no courier, it's non trackable ****** ****. And they resent it again
    Here we are 76 days from my order and I have not received the right items or the replacement items.
    Their customer service is atrocious
    I have since cancelled all my services with them and will tell anyone how awful they are, this is after being a customer for years!
    It's pretty obvious they don't care as they don't respond to any negative reviews.

    I recieved an order confirmation on Dec 11th, and recieved a shipping notice and tracking number on the 13th (within their 3 buisness day timeframe) -- since then, the tracking hasn't updated; I've even used a 3rd party tracking website and it just states that just the label has been created.
    I reached out to the company on "business day 7" of their 4-8 business day shipping, and recieved what felt like a canned response saying that it will ship soon on Dec 26th. Since then, they've been silent, I have emailed them multiple times through the same email chain and no reply.
    I have now emailed them directly again asking for a refund since they don't seem capable of shipping my order (or running a business).
    If I don't hear from them, I'll have to contact my credit card company and get a charge back done.

    ******* sizing is inconsistent. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription or to sign in to your account. The underwear are hideous and have frills and straps and bows all over them and they're ugly colors. i say you might get one decent pair out of every 15. ***** ** *** *****

    Made cheaply and of the 3 piece set I got, each piece fit totally differently. Made for 3 different bodies. No returns no exchanges. Never again.

    Ordered 3 sets and an underwear pack. I wear an XXL. Two of the sets sent were XS/S. Apparently I messed up when ordering. I reached out as soon as I received the package and did not open the XS/S packages. Was told by their customer service that I could not exchange the wrong size sets for the correct one due to the nature of the product. They did however offer me a 20% off discount on future purchases. So essentially I’m out about $100, I have unopened packages of lingerie that need to be donated because they don’t do exchanges and just a little side bar, the correct size set was very loose on me and if it were any other company, I would have asked to exchange that also. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering anything from them again. Save your money.

    They just unload their inventory on you without your preferences in mind. Gave them another chance after talking to customer service. Made no difference and they didn’t try to rectify the situation at all. Huge waste of money. Don’t recommend.

    Cute boxers but..I ordered 3x from the first bundle and they were fantastic but they sold out before I could get more.I was so happy to see new prints so I ordered 2 more from the new bundles.I was so mad! The 3x from this order is 5 inches smaller than the original boxers.that's a huge discrepancy.they offered a credit to buy the right size,**** no.give me my money back.

    They claim to sell high quality underwear but it is horrendous quality. And poorly made. They state no refunds based on the nature of the product. Then give me my money and I'll donate them because this is not what I expected when they say high quality.
    False advertising!!!
