    Won't let me cancel the subscription after over a year and a half of subpar panties...

    I am a true 2X in every other underwear.
    For the different styles and fabric content the size changes. Cotton contents, waistband is too big. Nylon and synthetic - thigh and rise are too small.
    One wash and loose threads were visible (even with the delicate cycle and using a delicates laundry bag). I never use a dryer for my underwear or bras.
    I am glad I did a one time purchase, as the quality proved to be poor and the sizing was totally off.
    When I reached out, there was one response of Due to nature of product no returns were possible. I asked about sizing and materials.

    Quality of the underwear is absolutely atrocious compared to other (cheaper) brands. Workmanship is sketchy. Lots of loose threads. The fit is completely different for pairs that are the same size. Also noticed they most likely delete/remove negative reviews on their ******** page. There's 0 negative reviews there, which is not normal. They do NOT do refunds or exchanges.

    ******* ***** **** ****** Products are cheap, poorly made and sizing is inconsistent. The customer service is downright **** to deal with, even after you cancel they'll still charge you and refuse to refund you even when they're not sending you anything.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. When you email they tell you that you have to log in to cancel but they do not offer a way for Canadian customers to log in to the website. **** ** *********. Underwear are also awful quality.
