      Had an issue with my main drain, and Superior Plumbing came through again! This is the second time I've used their services. The technician, *****, was prompt and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and used their main drain snaking service to clear everything out. The process was smooth, and I’ve had no issues since. Highly recommend Superior Plumbing for reliable and professional service!

      ****** did an excellent job installing our new toilet. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained the entire process clearly so I understood what was happening. The installation was done quickly and neatly, with no mess left behind. ****** was friendly and approachable, answering all my questions patiently. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend superior plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work.

      Grossly overcharged for repairing small pipe. Tech was there 15 minutes, charged $504 to replace 4 inch of copper pipe. Then technician pointed for us to sign to acknowledge work was done, however, this was for a service agreement which I was charged again next year. Upon calling the manager ****** in his ******** broken English only threatened to take me to legal department. ********* ** *** ****

      Extremely Poor Plumbing Service – Do Not Recommend
      This was by far the worst plumbing experience I’ve ever had. We purchased a water softener and were given an appointment window between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. No one showed up during that time. When we contacted the dispatch team, we were told the plumber would arrive within the hour. By 5:00 PM, still no one had come, so we called again. We were told the plumber would call within 15 minutes—but he didn’t.
      Nearly 40 minutes later, we finally received a call. The plumber arrived around 7:00 PM—seven hours after the start of our scheduled window. After making us wait all day, he took a brief look at the water softener, made a phone call, then told us the installation couldn’t be done. The entire visit lasted no more than two minutes, yet we were charged $170 for absolutely no service rendered.
      This company wasted an entire day of our time, provided no resolution, and charged an unreasonable fee for what amounted to a quick glance and a phone call. I will never use this company again *** ***** ******** ****** ****** ** **** **********

      I had occasion to call these guys in to look at my boiler. After misdiagnosing the problem they claimed that my boiler was obsolete, that supposedly needed parts were no longer available, and I was looking at a boiler replacement for $20,000. You read that right. I suspected something was off because I had already seen parts available online and naturally I wanted a second opinion. Second tech arrived and had my boiler running in 20 minutes. No additional parts. ****** ****** ******* ******* They aren't all what they're cracked up to be. ** ******* ***** *** ******* ***** I paid $160 for a sales pitch not a service call.

      ********* ******** They refused to disclose their price to install a new faucet, during our phone conversation. They instead send out a plumber, to give you a quote, for a fee of $149. This is waived if you authorize the work. The plumber shows up and says their fee to install a faucet is $650, which he confirmed with his manager on the way over. No wonder they refused to disclose that price! ***** ******** *********

      Our well pump motor broke and we had no water. They were the first company to respond. They came and quoted us over $8000 for the repair and 50% upfront, 25% non-refundable. ** ******* *** ******** *** ******* so agreed initially, as we have ***** ******** *** need water.
      We heard back from other companies who quoted us much less. We called to cancel less than 6hrs after the initial consult, and not only did they refuse to refund the 25% (given that it was still the same day…) they threatened to send collections after us if we put a stop payment on our credit card
      **** ******* ***** ********* ** ********* ************* *** **** *** ******* They refused to give me a price per part breakdown or hourly labour rate for emergency services. They lack transparency in their business practices *** *** **************. I am in the process of disputing the charges.

      I recently called a technician from Superior Plumbing because my water heater stopped working after 15 years of reliable service. I expected a thorough inspection to diagnose the issue, but that’s not what happened. The technician spent about 5 minutes turning it off and on—something I had already tried—and when that didn’t work, he immediately claimed that the heat exchanger needed to be replaced. He added that since my unit was old, this part was no longer available and the only solution was to replace the entire water heater.
      I asked him to troubleshoot further, but he refused, saying the unit was so old that "the walls could collapse" if he opened it up. He then proceeded to disparage the brand and pushed hard for me to buy a new heater. I said I’d think about it, and he charged me $149 plus tax for the visit.
      Feeling unsatisfied, I decided to investigate the issue myself. I should mention that my water heater is in excellent condition—no rust, no leaks. I removed the burner, cleaned it (which showed almost no rust), replaced the flammable fumes sensor, and checked the solenoid coil—all thanks to YouTube. After resetting the unit, everything is working perfectly!
      Superior Plumbing agreed to refund the diagnostic fee after I explained the situation. However, two months and four follow-up calls later—each time receiving the same response ('We're processing your refund')—I finally gave up.
      ** ********* *** *** *** ** paying a diagnostic fee for a sales pitch for something you don’t need.

      ** *** called superior plumbing and heating they came yesterday our shower handle not working we’re here 10 minutes charged her 149$ then sent her a quote of 2600$ including taxes for all this work we had a friend who is a plumber come and check and all we needed was a new cartridge. Talk about price gauging will never recommend this company we called the Cobourg office.
