    * ** ******* * **** **** ******* I ordered from Best Footwear Canada and received my order. I do not like their product and want to return it. They post a money back guarantee but do not honour it. Their customer service is non-existent. Their lack of communication is frustrating. I guess this just became a $54 learning experience. ******* ** *** ***** ******* ***** I'm not the only one.

    No contact if order is incorrect. Tried to exchange and they charged my card again. Ended up paying over $160 for basically garbage boots that are too small! Do not give them any financial information!!

    ** *** **** **** **** ******** They owe me $100 and I don't think I will ever see my shoes which I returned to them, after paying for them. Don 't expect $100. return but at least my shoes that were returned to them at my cost of $20.00!!

    I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the boots that I ordered from this company. They were nothing like the picture that they showed on their website. They’re completely unwearable and they were on sale so therefore no refunds or returns. The support email that they advertise on the website is blocked. I will never order from them again

No phone # either. Shoes came from overseas as my tracking updates should that they cleared customs. The ladies wedge shoes I ordered are NOT ORTHOPEDIC as I asked * ************* They are cheap. This company is ********** and pathetic. ******** *** ******* *** ****** ********* I am out $137.00 and stuck with 3 cheap useless shoes. **** ******* **** ** **** ******

    I ordered a pair of sandals, Jun 29th/24. I have not received my order. I tried emailing, and it bounces back with a phoney message that says my email has a virus. I contacted via ******** messenger, the response was I'll receive my order in 6 days. That was 15 days ago.

    I bought 2 pairs 2 months ago and both pairs fell apart. I sent pics to customer service and was sent 1 email back saying they were looking into it. I have since sent 2 emails and they have been returned to me. I will post this now, and if I don't hear from them I will post the pictures of how they fell apart in 1.5 mths wearing them only 20 hours a week. ***** ******** ***********
