    Will never order from them again. Ordered package in December 13. Had to email quite a number of times. Was told it gift lost in shipping. I wanted to cancel and asked for refund, they said no. I got the package on January 15. Still waiting on another package, they said they would investigate it. **********

    Boots looked nothing like what i received ..When i asked to return they said that they don't take returns because they were "on sale" ...All of there boots are "on sale " on their on line ads . They say free returns in their ad ...Very poor quality ... No taxes shown on receipt

    I'm very disappointed. I bought a pair of ******** Women's Winter Pain Relief Ergonomic Footwear. These shoes are not at all what I expected. Their advertisement says they are waterproof. They are not. Not even a bit. And they are not warm either as advertised.
    I have contacted them and they tell me that they can do nothing for me since they were on sale. Their return policy is ridiculous.
