    I purchased a shoe on April 25th, 2024. Not at all the shoes that this company shows online to what you really get. I am very disappointed with the cheap quality of their sneakers and asked for my money back ($51) I emailed the company and advised as above. Their response on May 4th was "I'm sorry if they don't fit you. We can offer you another pair for free and you would only have to pay for the shipping and handling fee. Would that work for you? Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Although I was not happy to have to pay fees/shipping, I asked how much that would cost me. Again, today June 17th I got this: Dear Sir/Madam, your request is currently under review. We will provide you with an update in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience. I cannot find them anywhere on the internet (address) or a /person to talk to.

    I have sent emails to this company with no response. I had questions re sandals, Secondly another to cancel an order (within the 12 hour cancellation policy. Emails were returned saying that a virus was detected. I wonder now if I receive my order if I will be able to return them within a 14 day period per policy. *** ** **** ******* ** ***********

    I ordered a pair of boots on April 20th 2024 from bestfootwearcanada. The 53 dollars was taken off from my credit card. Since no email, no notification of any kind I am wondering what is happening. How do I contact them?

    The boots we received were cheaply made and they didn't fit. Several emails were sent to the company about our concerns. They replied that they were "committed" to customer service satisfaction and we were repeatedly told that they would get back to us. They never did. We're stuck with an inferior pair of ill-fitting boots and a total waste of money. * **** ***** ********* ** ***** ***** ******** **** ***** *******

    I also ordered a pair of their boots because it was marketing as a Canadian product. It took over a month for them to arrive and one look at them told me they were definitely not Canadian made. Ordered size 6-1/2 and couldn't even get my foot in them.     After receiving my boots, one of the four zippers broke the first time I wore them. I am requesting a refund. Will wait to see what happens. Not holding much hope of receiving a refund.
    These boots are not Canadian-made but made in China.
