    ********** * **** *** *** ** *** **** ********* Shipment was not trackable, late shipping, product received was not product ordered. Claim to be leather...NOT...claim to be wool...NOT...claim to have arch support...NOT. Response to my initial complaint was addressed in a timely manner but same excuse...not returnable as items on sale...but these are not the items I ordered!!! Now I am not receiving any response.

    I have ordered 2 pairs of boots Jan 21/24 and have not received them. The 2 amounts have been taken off my credit card. I have contacted customer service for over a week with no satisfaction as to where my order is. ****** ** *** ***** **** **** *******

    Ordered 2 pairs of boots when received they are cheap, sizing is not true. They will not refund because they were on sale. Very poor customer service. They offered to send me another pair if I paid S&H, why would I want more of the same.

They have taken pictures from a good quality store in Canada and posted false advertising. The boots are. Nothing like their advertising .They are made as cheap as can be! You cannot return any items like they say. They say 100 percent guarantee if you’re not happy, then say because they are on sale, no returns! Everything they have is on sale , so nothing is returnable.
    Please be aware , you are wasting your money if you buy from this company.

    I ordered winter boots from this 'company' and have still not received them. My credit card was charged and every time I email them, I get the same reply that they are 'investigating'. Their return policy is very sneaky because they advertise accepting returns or exchanges for non sale items yet everything on their site is on sale!     Ordered a size 9 boot.
    They shipped me a size 43
    which is a size 10.
    They will not send me a
    Return Goods Approval
    Or
    A credit back to my ***** They will replace if I pay for shipping &
    Handling.

    I had ordered some boots from Best Footwear on January 5th and I received an email a few days later with a tracking number for the order. However, I cannot track the order and everytime I emailed the company, I keep getting a response that it is being investigated, but I have not heard anything about what is going on. This is such poor customer service.
