      The Frigidaire Ice Maker I purchased from ****** on Nov 25th of last year and it stopped working on July 31st, 2022. I purchased the five-year extended warranty also from ****** thinking that I am covered if it does stop working, but sadly it is still under the manufacturer warranty so I can not use the extended warranty yet. It took me hours on the phone being referred from one company to another until I discovered that I am to file a claim with Curtis International. I emailed them at ******* @ ********.com to file a claim on Aug 1st and they responded on Aug 13th then I provided the model and serial number with pictures. They responded again on Aug 19th with troubleshooting solutions which I replied that the solutions do not work, and I have been troubleshooting it many times with no success. At this point, I believe they are ignoring me and waiting until I can use my extended warranty. Shame on this company to make products just to go to the landfill. I guess they do not believe in the three P's of the triple bottom line, People, Planet, and Profit. They are only about profit in the sacrifice of the people and planet.

      having problems with an rca tv bought and still under warranty.called and emailed the company MANY times and always the same run aroundexcuse.still verifying the claim.everyone who answers the phone is the president,supervisor,receptionist....No one returns calls even though they say youll be getting a call back bla bla bla and well sent an email bla bla bla.weve called everyday and everyday the same speech.there is no customer service there,been told asked for supervisor named only to be told she has no extension number??shell call us back. well still waiting.....were thinking of taking to small claims court or either *** news.we paid 700.00 for the tv and its still under warranty and we know they want to wash their hands of this claim and weve send them all the info and pictures needed . the bill of sale, everything and everytime they say we have to resend. no thats enough goofing around and them thinking were idiots.Im almost guaranteed that everyone at this company is being told to brush off customers who complain because why is it then that no one looks after customers claims.If we file a claim its because theres a problem right so why is there no one from the company that takes charge and we have to fight for our rights.we pay for a product to work and if it doesnt there should be places and people to look after it. they say call serv dept or email curtisint.com and when we do it gets thrown out or never reviewed.terrible terrible non existent customer service and terrible non existent support team.the number is for the president,the supervisor,the reception, the queen the pope,the grandmother the granfather everyone but anyone but no one is ever there to help

      I bought a 58 inch RCA Smart TV purchased November the 19th 2021. It came with a one-year warranty.
      The TV stopped working August 7th 2022. I found my warranty and my receipt and called Curtis International. August the 9th 2022
      Be prepared if you call you will be on hold usually hour. They said it wouldn't be a problem! *** ** ***** *** *** * **** *****. Today is September 10th I still don't have a TV I still don't have my money back. What I do have is 25 emails from Curtis International and because I record all of my phone calls I also have the 11 times I have called them recorded. To make a long story short and believe me this is a long story. On August 15th after a thorough evaluation of my case. I will get a replacement or refund sometime in the next 2 to 6 weeks. Apparently they will decide whether or not I get a replacement or a refund. So I'm waiting the 2 to 6 weeks. Then I get another email from Curtis International August 29th that tells me apparently because I had not emailed them in 10 days my issue has been resolved and they are closing the ticket. So I called again waited and waited and waited as always. I asked if I was getting the money back or another TV. They said the ticket was still open. When I said I had the email from the 15th that said it had already been processed I was told they couldn't comment on it because the ticket was open!
      ** ** *** ******** ** **** ****** ************* **** **** *** **** * ***** ***** Everybody is so helpful on the phone even though they say the same thing every time. It's way better than their emails where they ask 15 times for the same thing. Today is September the 10th I still don't have a TV I still don't have my refund. So you can see why I think Curtis International doesn't care about their clients! ** ** *** ******** ** **** ** ****** * ***** **** **** ***

      ** ****** **** **** ******* **** **** * ***** * ****** Like every other comment here, we returned our icemaker, still under warranty to them in June. After dozens of calls, emails, etc., they finally responded to me 3 months later after I told them I was going to have to involve legal help to get something done. At least they replaced the icemaker. Only took them until September to do it. Frigidaire would be smart to take their warranty coverage elsewhere.

      ** ***** * *** ** **** ** ****** This company is one of the very worst for customer service I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with as far as getting any resolution at all for my complaint. I bought a countertop ice maker which didn't work at all, spent time and effort sending all the paperwork they wanted, and paid $65.00 of my own money to ship the icemaker back to their warehouse in California, and all the response I get is some robobot email. As I told them, my claim is for $166.00 (including my payment to ***) not $1,00,000. I will also be contacting the Attorney General for my state. Frigidaire, I thought, was a reputable company, but not any more. Never will purchase another of their products if this customer service is any indication of how much they value their products or their customers.

      I purchased a coffee machine from this company and after a few weeks the water hoses inside started leaking water all over. I contacted the company and after a long struggle, they finally reimbursed me in full. I guess I was one of the lucky ones!!!

      I bought the RCL brand television from ******** Store in August 2021, after 5 or 6 months, the screen started to deteriorate, it got better every time it was turned on and off, and the screen continued to give more errors as the day went on. It gave its last breath while I was waiting for him to get better. Case # ******. I have been contacting customer service for about 3 months, I send them what they want, but different people contact me every time and while I wait patiently, I see that the file is closed. it opens again, same game and it closes again. To pass a good tactic, Please come to the conclusion and change my TV Stop wasting people's time.

      Purchased ice maker 06/30/2021. First unit's fan motor sounded like a old gas engine. ****** replaced the unit. Second unit lasted until June, 2022, Contacted costumer support, was told to send the unit back which cost me $47.00. After 6 emails and no response, two months later they sent me a message that the unit was out of warranty. Not only did they ***** my ice maker but made me pay for the unit sent back to them. This is a very bad company. *********** ******* ******* ******* **** *** ******** ** *** ******

      My story is like everyone else's on here. We bought an ice maker, it quit working about 6 months after purchase. Per the ********** warranty instructions, I contacted Curtis International. They gave strict instructions of what to do in a timely matter. I followed every detail they gave, even shipping the unit to them that cost me $103 that is not refundable. Only to have to continue to follow up with them and no response until they email back and say, "can you send the shipping receipt?" Seriously??? Now you can't find my unit? I have yet to hear anything back. Being that they have my unit in hand and are not contacting me, in my eyes, this is stealing. I'll be reaching out to ********** to ask why in the world they would you such an awful, sad case of a company for their warranty. Iwill not buy from any company that uses Curtis International again *** * ********* *** ** ** *** *****
