      I purchased an air conditioner and a couple of months later it started to make weird noises that were a little disturbing. Notified Curtis and they notified me with instructions on what I should do. I followed there instructions with the taped sound of the noises the a/c was making. After hearing my a/c noises they agreed that my warranty was good and to therefore follow their instructions on what I should do to the a/c to disable it and to basically send it to the dump. Followed their instructions again and they were satisfied that I followed the instructions and within a month I received my refund. Very happy with the service I received from Curtis!!!

      Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I have a warranty claim on a ********** freezer. Over the last 6 months I've had over 20 emails and 5 phone calls to them. Believe me. they do everything they can to frustrate you in the hopes that you'll give up. After finally getting them to approve my claim a month ago, but I still haven't seen a check from them.

      I purchased a ********** water dispenser. Unit started to lead after two months and unit would shot out and trip my electric breaker. Called Curtis International LTD to get a replacement under the warranty. Sent them all the paper work and pictures and videos. It been over a month and they are still asking for videos. Told them it is a **** hazard and should not be plugged in and still have not got a resolution. This company ** ********* * *** *** ** ********* *** they don't honor the warranty they are paid to do.

      I submitted a claim for a water dispenser in June 2024. I emailed twice in August and called and did not receive any feedback on a timeframe for when the new product was going to be delivered. In fact, when I called and spoke to a representative, he told me that since I emailed (which I did twice... once in June and once in August), I had to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response from them via email! He wouldn't give me an update! What's worse about our experience is we bought the Frigidaire dispenser from **** with the extended warranty and now have a chopped up dispenser (which they told us to do) sitting in our garage, and **** and Frigidaire told me that I needed to contact Curtis first to use the warranty from them since it broke two months after purchase! Piece of junk and terrible customer service!

      Absolutely the worst customer service and warranty *******.. I purchased countertop ice maker I've only used it a couple of times for holidays and get togethers contacted Curtis because I was out of my 30-day warranty with *******.. they are ridiculous to even communicate with a person. I have sent pics, proof of purchase from ******* that I had them print out along with the serial numbers and pics and they keep sending emails saying they need the same stuff . It's not worth the hassle to argue with a computer/ because your not gonna be able to speak to a real person who will even help . **** ***** ** * **** .

      Customer service was horrible and confusing as you never get a direct answer. From what I have read here, I was one of the lucky one's after months jumping threw hoops and persistent communications, finally getting a replacement check. My advise is always do your homework. ***** ** *** ** *** ******* **** ****** **** ******** **** ** ***** ** ********** **** ******* ** ** *** *** ***** **** **** ******** * *** ********** * *** * ******** ******* ******** *** * ***** ******* *** **** ****** *** *****. I can say in my opinion this company needs major work in their approach and follow threw. Hope ya get it right. For now I will buy my products elseware.

      I filed a claim for my mini-fridge while it was still under warranty. *** **** ** **** ****** ****************************************************************  I received an automated response, asking me to go to a portal and upload documentation within a certain time period. I did. I received an automated response saying I would get feedback within a certain number of days. I received an email with instructions saying they would either refund the money or send me a new unit if I documented that I did certain things to the unit that wasn't working. (Remove serial number sticker and show a picture of it removed and cut up, mark the unit with permanent marker with my case number, and take a picture showing the cord removed.) All this had to be done within a certain time period. I provided the documentation; they said that I would receive either a refund or a new unit within a certain time period. Within that time period, they sent an email with a tracking number. I have received a new unit that is working properly. Curtis has a very precise process for honoring their warranty. I followed the process and they honored the warranty.

      I bought a *********** Ice Maker off of ****** on June of 2023. In April of 2024 it quit making ice so I called the toll free number to start a claim. It is now almost July and they still haven’t processed my claim. At first they told me I was going to have to send it back. I paid $98 for it and it was going to cost me $34 to send it back. Finally they had me do a field destruction on it. That was in the middle of May. I have not heard anything from them since even though I have emailed them every week.

      **** ** *** ******* ********** **** *** ******* ********* I received a wedding gift of a counter top ice maker, I was given the Ontario division to get the missing part from (product is useless without ice basket). The product was sealed and packaged, never opened, just missing the basket. Upon waiting for long replies, I was told I could purchase the basket for almost 40.00. Why would I purchase it?? It was missing out of a sealed box! Terrible customer service. I provided them with all the photos and clearly you could see the product has never been used, either. * ***** ****** ******* *** ****** * ********** ** ******** **** **** ******* ** **** apparently have to buy any parts that were not put in the box at their factory.
