      Terrible service, terrible quality, door was installed back in April , black sliding door came with a white foot lock in error and incorrect trim sent. Technicians couldn’t finish the job that day and I was told it would be completed in two weeks we are now at the end of September and issues not resolved. Since April we’ve had 5 service calls which we had to take time off work to accommodate and each one came and where here 20 minutes making excuses why they couldn’t finish/ correct the issues. First the incorrect trim sent second time, door wasn’t installed correctly , incorrect foot lock ordered! 6 months and just getting the run around. Today again another technician came to waste our time, after taking the time off work again. This entire experience is causing lots of stress and anxiety. Very ************** *** unacceptable costumer service. They take your money and don’t care after that. ******!

      ***** ******* Our overall experience with our $67k Nordik window and door order has been a nightmare so far. Install dates delayed by several months, inexperienced/unprepared installers, buckling/bubbling vinyl flashing that was replaced by aluminum flashing and is still buckling! Sliding door ordered backwards with replacement door install ETA of January 25th! Front doors that we've been waiting for since Nov '21 arrived damaged and couldn't be installed - no new date for that yet. Shoddy trim work that is literally falling off. Gaping holes in the window caulking. Water pouring in through the new windows which has damaged the new trim plus drywall and has caused concern about mold damage. When I called customer service about the water damage the earliest date they gave me to have someone come out and fix the caulking was Oct 20th!! So with more rain in the forecast my husband had to climb a 24' ladder to try to fix their ****** caulking job. They sent a service tech out 2 weeks ago to fix a double hung window that WE DON'T EVEN HAVE! Their disorganization is beyond frustrating. When I asked to speak with a manager to try to get some sort of plan in place to fix these issues, customer service says they will try to have someone call me but no one does. The sales rep has said he will have a manager call me and still no one does. Their customer service is horrible and only adds insult to injury. I hate having to write a bad review - this is actually the first company that I have ever done this for - but I cannot in good conscience let any other unsuspecting customer experience the disruption and frustration that we have been living for almost a year now in our dealings with this company. I'm losing sleep and my stress level is through the roof. These windows and doors should be adding value to our home. In their current state they are de-valuing our home! I'm really hoping that they fix everything and make it right but I'm losing hope and my patience is gone.

      Products good, customer service and service technicians are horrible. Two technicians couldn’t install the lock on our door and left our door unlockable. They thought that was ok? They said it was a ****** issue we had order another smart lock. When the lock came in technician came and again couldn’t get it to work. My husband after 3 hours realized the problem from
      Original installer and fixed the issue. Handle was bent on original install June 2022 it’s the end of September and 6 calls later they still haven’t ordered a new handle cause guess what? They HAVE OUR MONEY 7 windows and a door and they don’t care anymore!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

      Local Son (owner) and father(more season(s)ed team. Couldn't ask for more
      likeable, personable and professional guys.
      They replaced all house windows and patio door. Quick and easy-peasy.
      Arrived early and stayed late to ensure house was
      buttoned-up before leaving.
      Job took two, 8+ hour-days.
      We parted with handshakes and smiles.
      Job well-done and thank-you to you both.
      Hopefully see you soon for front door install.

      Hello *****, we're very sorry to hear how dissatisfied you've been with your warranty claim. You had reported a concern with one of your windows, we inspected and confirmed your concerns and ordered the replacement parts with the original manufacturer, which is not Nordik, right away. We scheduled the installation of the replacement parts as soon as they were received. In the mean time you reported an additional concern which we inspected and confirmed and those parts are on order for you. We apologize if your warranty claim has not been fulfilled at the speed you have wished, but we assure you that we are scheduling your inspections and repairs at the earliest available time that our technicians are available and the parts have been provided to us by your window manufacturer.

      Completely regret spending my hard earned money with this company. Installation was done April 2021(the better word to describe the installation is Butchering), and we are now August 2022 and am still waiting for deficiencies to be completed! They have been in and out of my house several times, to fix some of them but have yet to come with a proper trim for 1 window(of which they have measured at least 4 times!) and a screen for another window(which they have also measured at least 4 times!). I understand the world was not normal the last 2 years, but this is now gotten to a point of Incompetency! The sad thing is, they were paid in full! We get automated emails once in a while stating that they have not forgotten about us....What is it going to take to finish this Job? Some of the people who have come to service the deficiencies have been great, but even they don't understand why our job is not getting completed! Their Customer service is something to be desired as there is no explanation as to why this job isn't getting completed. We have over 20 more windows to change in our house, am I going to award the business to them????

      We had 11 windows and sliding doors installed, and waiting for the front door to arrive in a month. The front windows were installed in a day and they turned out beautifully. The team we had was professional, friendly and courteous, they were experienced and cleaned up afterwards. The back windows were installed by a different team, made up of an inexperienced person training a new staff member. The back windows and sliding doors were a mess, bad caulking, dented capping, window not centred, window installed upside down. My husband dealt with the office to arrange the original team to return and fix the shoddy work. A date was made and the original team Scott and Darcy, came and saved the day! Thanks guys you are the best :) I was disappointed the back was done poorly, but very pleased that the problem was resolved quickly.
