      We only ordered one large custom-made window. The installer was incredibly skilled and professional. There was a measurement error on their end, which created a much bigger job for the installer, but he stayed late on a Friday night to do the job and came back on Sat to finish up. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. The window looks great.

      We hired Nordik to replace a number of windows. There were challenges with some of the screens and a custom order.
      Nordik proactively fixed everything ~ we didn't need to follow up. Even when we thought the installations were "OK", they did not meet Nordik standards so they made final adjustments we didn't even ask for and they were amazing.
      Now THAT is customer service.

      Was appreciative of the professional low-key approach by your sales rep Chris S. and his support during this experience. Installation of our 14 windows was handled quickly and fastidiously by the two man crew - well done! However, the fifteenth and largest window did not go so smoothly. There was a delay in the manufacturing schedule - due to the size. This was not addressed in a timely fashion. More effort should be made in informing customers, sooner rather than at the LAST minute of changes that impact on their lives. For the most part it was done well.

      We were very pleased with the work done. A single worker (Josh) came since his partner was ill. He did all five windows in a very reasonable time (for a single person) and cleaned up completely. Great job!

      I had the misfortune of hitting nordik to do a project for me.
      The salesperson was so eager to sign a deal that she promised me the world but at the time of install I realized I made a big mistake.
      The trim was not the one I agreed to so I got my carpenter to do it then the caulking outside was terrible so I got them to come back and redo it but not any better so I hired my own caulking guy to do it .
      After the install I subtracted the what I paid for carpenter and caulking and paid them the balance. Now I find myself in collections for the whole amount.
      It’s ridiculous that they expect me to pay for a job that they couldn’t do.

      There is not ONE thing that has been done as requested or promised over the last 2 and some years.
      Do you own a measuring tape?
      Do you record any communications?
      Nothing fits, nothing is as promised.
      Nothing is done in an acceptable time frame
      Again and again and again, this so called company that specializes in windows has NOT A CLUE on anything related to Windows

      Extremely disappointed in the product this company has produced my bay window came wrong size original contract had the right size it gets replaced glass is marked waiting on another glass insert. Three or four people measured this bay window and they couldn’t get it right. Weatherstripping on two bedroom windows is completely destroyed and these are brand new windows I get overtime weatherstripping gets destroyed but not brand new window. Every time you call the company they can see in front of them all the notes that are made but really nothing gets done and you’re told the exact same song and dance every single time. I received an email stating that all my products were in the guys showed today for installation and they didn’t have the products with them. My installation guy was supposed to come I called the company to see what was happening to find out that the person called in sick and no one called me I called them. I constantly am calling Nordic to get updates about my products and what’s going to happen with them . * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** ****** ******* ******* ****. And to think it was a small house five windows how could things go so wrong. Even their guys coming here have said they’ve never seen so many problems at one house and lucky me got every one of them every window has issues it seems like it’s a never ending. And with a full balance paid * **** **** *** *** *****

      Barry was the salesperson that came when I asked about getting a quote on replacing 3 windows in need of replacing after 18 years of the original. As we talked about the product, warranty, service, etc I chose to replace all 12 windows on the first and second floors of my home. I was told a delivery estimate, had full help with registering for the available rebate and was pleasantly surprised by an earlier install date, which was perfect for me. Windows came early and a fabulous team comprising Scott and Darcy spent 2 days installing. They were meticulous, clean, respectful, professional, friendly and did an excellent job! I am very happy with my new windows and the service from sales to office to installers that I decided to order 2 doors. * ********* ****** ******* *** ***** ** ****** ******* *** ***** ****** ********** ************** ********* ************* **** ********** ***** ************ *** ******* ** ***** * ********* ********** *******. The people I had the pleasure of serving me were excellent and professional.

      We could not be happier with our decision to work with Nordik Windows & Doors! The experience from beginning to end was excellent. Our sales representative, Chuck, was honest, helpful and very attentive. The installation team, lead by Gino, was always on time (or early) and the quality of their work was terrific. Our project was very large (26 windows, a sliding door and an exterior door) and some challenges are to be expected. What we did not expect was how quickly and thoroughly the issues were handled by the Nordik Customer Service and Installation teams. We are so happy to have trusted Nordik with our home.

      I had 11 windows fail and become all moldy after only 7 years. The company ignores me now and is forcing me to sue them in court. They replaced 2 that failed already a few years back and I thought they would of fixed the 9 that failed this spring, but they **** **** ** ** ** *** ***** *** won't put anything in a email saying they will replace them. The company rep named Jennifer deleted my bill of sale when I sent it to her twice. I had to send it a 3rd time and she didn't even accknowledge that she recieved it. I had this company put in two new doors for me as well and both doors had problems that they blamed on me for picking Vinyl doors that the sales rep recommended. My family spent $50,000 to do our whole house then we sold that house and we got our new house done by them as well for around $30,000 it was a smaller house. This company has no respect for loyal customers and will not honor their warranty. My wife even phoned them a few times *** **** **** ** *** ** **** ** *** ***** saying they are waiting for the manufacturer to make the windows. If that was true they would surely email me and confirm this, it's been 3 months now and they won't respond to me anymore *** * ** ***** ** *** **** *** ****** ****** ***** ***** ***** ***** *****

Your original purchase from 7 years ago was not made with Nordik and we did not supply the windows or doors for your houses. We have acquired the company you purchased from and are doing everything that we can to provide ongoing service and honour the warranty that came with your initial order. As noted we have provided you with good service in the past and replaced a faulty window as well as a patio door lock when you reported those concerns.
