Nordik replaced almost every window in my house. The entire job was done politely and professionally. Sales rep ***** answered all my questions and applied no pressure to buy. And he gave me a free upgrade to triple glazed even after I made a change to one of the windows. Emails from head office kept me informed throughout the process, which only took 5 weeks from sales call to installation. The team that installed the windows over 2 days did a great job, especially the lead who took extra effort with the exterior trim to integrate each into the siding. Sorry I can’t remember his name. And the views and light in my house is amazing now. Each casement seems twice as big as the old wooden single hung windows.

Now that our install has been completed I can wholeheartedly say that the people from sales, service and install were all extremely courteous and professional. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Nordik every step of the way. The automated emails kept me in the loop and Nordik also had a rep reach out throughout the process to ensure I was aware of the current status. The product is fantastic and a much needed upgrade, we have received many compliments from family, friends, and neighbours on our new windows and doors.
A scratch was noted by the installer on one of our new doors which understandably happens when shipping and handling occasionally. This was immediately reported and ordered without us having to say anything which is good honest customer service. Nothing is perfect but I appreciate Nordik making it right in a timely manner.

Decided to go with Nordik on the recommendation of a friend. So far so good. ******* was very helpful and explained everything in detail. He helped us choose what was best for our home and was always ready, willing and able to answer all of our questions. Now we are waiting for the final measurements and then installation of our new windows and doors. Trusting we will experience the same great service at that time.Nordik Windows & Doors

Sales rep ******** ******* was extremely helpful with her suggestions as to where to place our new kitchen window…
She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
We have dealt with Nordik previously and have always had a positive outcome.

Great experience so far. Booked an appointment online, and met with sales consultant ****, who was a big help in ordering my window. Communication by **** and the company has been excellent. Follow up emails received after the appointment was made, and after I ordered the window, were very helpful to keep me informed on next steps. Absolutely fabulous. The window were produced within a few weeks of the measurements. The installers arrived on time; completed the work very quickly and were done within the day. They even took the time to calm my puppy with a few cuddles. Outstanding work ethic.Nordik Windows & Doors
