      Purchased Window Deflectors for my vehicle on January 6 2023 for $105 and arrived 1 week later completely smashed In multiple pieces. I contacted T Dot Performance right away by email and sent multiple photos of damaged box and broken item. Past 4 weeks they've been giving me the run around stating thete waiting to hear back from supplier. Then it's we're waiting to here from courier etc etc. They only communicate with very generic messages and never awnser phone. Have sent multiple emails.gave tried using there online customer support portal however to no avail. Robot on other end. This company is the worst online company I've ever dealt with. I've requested a refund to my original payment method on multiple occasions to no avail.

      Hello,

      We apologize for the inconvenience and experience with this order. Our staff follow a specific procedure when it comes to damaged items and courier claims, unfortunately in this case we failed to issue a refund on the order while the claim was still active with the courier (normally in this cases we would have sent out a replacement as soon as the damaged was reported).

      This order was refunded back to the original method of payment on Feb 9th, we have also readjusted our process to prevent this from happening in the future.

However there comments at the end of the letter are ridiculous. I've seen so many nasty complaints about order issues and so on from this company. If they would have simply picked up the phone and communicate with me versus sending generic emails containing little no information, stalling and hoping I'd simply forget about the issue at hand. I'll never buy again and will not recommend to anyone I know. ***** ** *** *****

      I placed an order with TDOT on September 6, 2022 with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks. In early November 2022 I received and email from TDOT to review the parts I had ordered however I had not received any parts from them yet. I contacted TDOT and was advised that the parts were due to ship from the manufacture on November 21, 2022 with an apology for the delay.
      As of today February 6, 2023 I have not received any part of my order nor any updated communication from TDOT regarding the delay in fulfilment. I contacted TDOT again and was advised that they are having supplier issues and they would need to speak with their supplier regarding the delay. This is unacceptable, I purchased from and provided full payment to TDOT on September 6, 2022, issues with their suppliers are between those two parties and should not be used as an excuse for TDOT Performance poor customer service and business model.
      I expected there would be a delay in getting the parts (6-8 weeks maybe even 3 months) but 5 months is unacceptable especially when the only updates are when I contact TDOT for information, they have no idea what is going on which is evident from them asking for reviews of parts yet to be delivered to the customer.
      The parts I ordered were brakes which I've now had to source elsewhere as they needed full replacement, not an esthetic part that can wait for delivery delays beyond reasonable expectations.

      We apologize for the delay and inconvenience, the parts ordered were back ordered at the moment this was purchased (we do not offer live inventory on our site). The estimated ETA, we provided to the client was provided to us by the manufacturer, unfortunately due to supply chain constraints this ETA kept getting pushed. I understand these are brake components and need to be be replaced sooner than later. We were provided a new ETA from the manufacturer that we relayed over to the client, if they are not able to wait, we will fully refund the order.

      I paid over $3000 for rims and within a month they are garbage I messaged them and they told me because it's winter there is no warranty on them

      warranty, we are only able to fulfill the manufacturers standard warranty (This
      is stated on our policy page under our warranty/liability policy, https://******************************.
      We deal with the Primary Distributor for *** in North America which is a
      company called *********. All warranties are sent to them directly to validate
      and process. We are simply able to forward the information provided to us in
      the case while letting them validate the claim.

      While I do understand
      the immense frustration you must be feeling in this case as you have spent a
      very large sum of money for these wheels, warranty cannot be applied to the
      following: 

      Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.
      Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance.
      Fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.

      This is typically why
      during the winter months; it is always recommended to utilize durable alloy or
      steel set as the corrosive nature of road salt eats at the Chrome finish which
      is naturally brittle by nature due to its makeup. We are 100% at the mercy of
      ********* and *** at this point and there is unfortunately, nothing we are able
      to do to have those returned or warrantied.

      I paid close to $700 for a new part for my car on October 1st, 2022, the funds were immediately taken out. They told me the item would be shipped within 50-70 business days, it has been 90 with no updates. I've emailed multiple times with no help at all, I have asked multiple times for a managers contact information and have been ignored by all of the employees. I called as was told they would provide updates the day of, got the employee to clearly state that he would call me back the day of and he never did. I will be providing screenshots of all the emails combined into one PDF document below. Over the phone I was told they record all of the conversations, I implore you to ask for that and listen to it as this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. How is such an unethical and deceiving business still allowed to be in practice.

      Hello,

      We apologize for the inconvenience and your experience with this order. The part ordered was backordered and had to be special ordered directly from the manufacturer, we were quoted an ETA of early January (which we provided the client a time frame of 65-70 business days). If an item is out of stock we never proceed with an order without the customers confirmation of the expected ETA. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues the manufacturer informed us that the ETA was pushed when we had inquired about the order during the week of the 9th in January. We have been in constant contact with the client while we were trying to get an update ETA from the manufacturer. We were provided an updated time time, however the client wanted a refund at that point and the order was subsequently refunded on the 24th.

      I order an exhaust system for my car on the 26 March 2022, and was immediately charged $3000,04 but later that week was told it would be a couple of weeks. Weeks turned into months and after many emails and phone calls which were not answered according to them due to Covid, I Called the actual manufacture of the exhaust *** to find out if in fact it had been ordered. It had but a part was on back order. I told Tdot this and finally they got back to me saying yes did I still want to wait or would I like another system I said what do you suggest that would fit my car but once again no reply.
      Going back to *** i was told the as it’s taking a long time and sorry for the wait they would send me a free t-shirt, which I did receive. Eventually beginning of November *** game me a tracking number of the exhaust being shipped to a company called ******** who would then ship it to me for Tdot. This never happened so I finally asked Tdot for a refund. Now they are telling me they have to wait and here back from there supplier to cancel the order before they can give me my refund. It’s December 17 and still no word from Tdot about my refund, just they are waiting.
      They very rarely answer the phone and if they do ever reply to an email it always seems to basically say the same thing, waiting to here back from their supplier.
      I have all copies of the emails between us if needed.

      Hello,

      We apologize for the delay and inconvenience; the part was
      originally special ordered from one our suppliers with a fairly lengthy ETA
      (which the client agreed to), unfortunately the ETA kept getting pushed due to
      supply chain issues with the manufacturer. We do charge at the point of
      purchase, if an item is not in stock, we always advise the customer that a part
      need to be special ordered with a given ETA (which we never proceed without the
      customers’ confirmation). We have a 1-2 business day response time for all inquiries,
      we have been in constant communication with the client since the onset of his
      order.

      We were not aware of the fact
      that the manufacturer sent the customer a free T-shirt, the confusion stems
      from this as the manufacturer sent the t-shirt through our supplier directly to
      the customer. When the t-shirt was shipped out, the weight was the package was
      incorrectly stated at 75lbs (which is the weight of the actual product). We had
      to start an investigation with our supplier/ the courier to confirm to what was
      actually received (unfortunately we did not have an images of the shipping
      label showing just a T-shirt).

      We apologize for the time it
      took for this to be resolved, once we are able to get to the bottom of this, we
      promptly refunded the order.

      On July 25 I placed a telephone order with Tdotperformance, order number **********, for a set of *** racing coil over shocks, Part number **********, for a total of $2955.91. I was told that the order would take 25 days to arrive. I waited 25 days but the order did not ship. I enquired about the order on aug 18 and was told that there was no shipping eta, so I waited until sept 4th and I enquired again. I was told again that there was still no eta which I did not accept for an answer. I asked tdot to call *** and get an eta for me. They responded with an eta of sept 30. I waited until Oct 3 and still my order did not ship, so I contacted them again and said that if they could not ship out my order and provide me with tracking info that I wanted to cancel the order. Tdot contacted the manufacturer again and told me that my order would ship by Oct 14 and if it did not they would refund my money. Oct 14 passed and my order still did not ship, so I contacted them again and requested my refund. They told me that they had to cancel the order with the manufacturer before they could process my refund, so I waited a week and contacted them again and was told they were still waiting for the manufacturer to confirm that the order was cancelled. I asked them when my money would be refunded and they could not give a answer. I do not believe that they are waiting for the manufacturer to respond to them. They could simply call the manufacturer and cancel the order or call to confirm that it has been cancelled. There is no good reason for me to believe that they have to sit and wait for the manufacturer to respond before issuing my refund.
      They agreed they would refund my money if the order did not ship on the 14th of Oct and I have emails to confirm this. It is now the 21 and I expect my refund as was agreed upon with no further delay.

      Ordered product on Sept 10/2022. Company emailed a day later wanting an additional$ 124.00 dollars for shipping on a $1376.00 dollar order. They do have a price match guarantee and i have found numerous Canadian dealers 300 dollars cheaper with shipping included. I have sent 6 emails over 5 days and multiple phone calls to get some resolution with this , now.i sit waiting longer for a product that isn't ordered on their end and they have my money. I'm willing to work with them but this lack of response in 5 business days is ridiculous. I find it odd that you can reply quickly for more money but won't finish the transaction when I ask about price match or even removing the additional cost of shipping.

      was an oversized item, oversized items are subject to additional freight fees
      (This is stated in our shipping policy). We try our best to cover these
      additional charges when items are special ordered, however we were unable to do
      so in this case. We were not able to price match as the other competitor(s)
      charged for freight on top of the listed price, this made the price match
      ineligible as per our price match policy.

      As we were not able to work
      something out, this order was promptly cancelled and refunded.
