      Made a purchase through this company for my truck. Parts arrived from supplier and were very poor quality with terrible welds amd gaps. They were poor enough that my trusted mechanic wouldn’t use them as he knew the $1000 in labour would be for nothing as they are going to be problematic. When requesting to return these unused uninstalled parts, the company reached out to the supplier who said there is nothing wrong with them. I did not deal with the supplier. I purchased it from this company here. In order to return this poor product, I’m required to pay the shipping that it cost to come to my house and the shipping back to their facility in the GTA area. I am a returning customer and I’m very frustrated by this. * ***** **** ** **** ********. They should stand behind their products and they should support their customers. Once I determine what this cost is going to be to me, * ** ***** ** **** *** quite a bit of money for absolutely nothing. **** ******* **** ****** * ***** ******* ****** *** ******** **** **** ******** * **** ******** ** ***** *** ******** *** I will continue to speak to people at this agency to rectify this.

      Ordered several parts from them, then never got any shipping updates, had to call in several times. After finally speaking with someone, they mentioned half of the parts I ordered are not available so I cancelled half the order.
      Finally got an update to the remaining parts I ordered and received one of them, upon opening the box, the radiator sent was for a whole different model, not the one for my specific vehicle.
      Now my car is at the shop with no radiator, and I cannot speak to someone that is not in the Philippines where they outsource their call center to.
      I have been waiting for a solid response on what is going to happen, I need the part or the refund. All I get in return is that they are chatting with the supplier... ***** ** ******** *** * **** ** *** ********** ****** Whatever you need to resolve with the supplier is not my problem.
      What you do is send a waybill to get the wrong part back, and send the right part to me. THEN You deal with your supplier on your end, you do not leave the customer in limbo.

      Ordered headlights. Cancelled them before they shipped. Merchant confirmed they were cancelled and I would receive a refund in 5-15 days (as expected). I noticed they did not refund my order way past the days they said I would receive a refund and now I get an email from them this morning saying “ Unfortunately, the refund was voided and we suggest filling a chargeback with your bank for the refund to be processed immediately on their end.” * *** * ******** *** **** ** ********** *********** * ***** ***** ***** **** *** ** **** ** I do not recommend ordering from this company.

      Was very happy with them until I got sold incompatible parts after confirming, even with the VIN that the parts where going to fit. Now fighting with them to return the brake kit that does not fit.
      Provided all the pictures, info needed but it never seems to be enough. Not sure what else I'm supposed to do. They're now blaming the supplier for the parts not fitting right and passing the buck, instead of just dealing with me and helping with the return. I will never buy from them again. Do not be fooled by the their advertised "hassle free return/exchange policy".
      * ****** ******* ** ** ** * *** ** **** ******  Only reason I haven't shipped the parts back is because I don't want to pay for shipping, since I didn't do anything wrong. Will be expensive to ship 50-75lbs. (4x rotors, and pads)
      Hopefully I didn't get ******* out of $600 dollars. Will be filling a *** ********* *** dispute with the CC if they deny my return. **** *** ***** not sure if something changed or if they were always this bad for returns. I'm my case, they sold me parts that they confirmed would fit on my vehicle but clearly does not!! And now blaming the supplier instead of taking responsibility as a business/middle-man. Big waste of time and money, at this point. All to save a few $$ by DIY. * ***** ********** *** *** **** ** **** **** ******** ****. Can't wait for the nightmare to be over, *** ** **** ** *********** *****.
      Just lucky I had the extra funds to buy extra brakes somewhere else that actually fit and be able to drive safely and move on with my life.

      ******** ******** I placed an order for a new suspension for my ***** over 2 months ago. I called and was told they are sorry and that the lady will personally find out what was taking so long with my order and she would call me back within 24-48 hrs. A week later I called back as there was no return call. Completely ridiculous and horrible customer service.
      * ****** James from the company fixed up my order. I had to compromise on parts that were in stock. They honored a discount for the substituted parts. Hopefully I will have my parts shortly. (Week 9)

      Parts arrived today. Missing half of them. I contacted the company again. James had made an error in pricing my new compromised parts. Now they want me to pay additional (their cost) for the other missing parts. This will cost me more then my original purchase that they couldn't honor. This is now 2.5 months of trying to buy suspension parts. **** **** **** **** ******** *******. I have been asking to speak to someone in charge and they keep giving me the run around.

      ***** *** **** **** ******** Description on item bought was misleading, started a return and found out I have to send item back to the manufacturer in the US which cost me $200. Item was accepted back and return accepted, told them I paid with a gift **** card that I didn’t have anymore and they still refunded that card. Been emailing them for months trying to get my money back just to be told I had to deal with **** and that they are not responsible for their mistake. ******* * ********* **** ******** ******* ****** *** ****

      Received a damage muffler. I emailed and called to find get a response on how to return. You get a voice message saying leave a message and we will call back. I left multiple voice messages and never received a return call. I emailed numerous times to their help/support department and provided pictures. I received an auto generated response saying they would forward it to the appropriate department and never received a response after that.
