      **** ******* ** ***** ********* ** ***** ******** ******* ********* They are selling auto parts that are not actually compatible with vehicles. I have been disputing a set of brake pads for 7 month. They issued a refund for one set and are now telling me they didn't receive the other set, which was packed in the same box. * *** **** *** **** ** ****** **** ****** ******* ********** ** *** *** **** *******

      I ordered a hood deflector for my 2017 ***** ** using the item number that the automated help gave me for my vehicle. What was shipped to me was a hood deflector that was only a little more than half the size of the the one needed. Contacted the company and explained that l was sent the wrong part with a photo of the existing damaged part along with the shiped incorrect part but was told that I ordered the wrong part number. The package box clearly stated that the part was for a 2017 ******* ***** **. This company is giving false part numbers for orders *** ******** ******.

      ********** ******** ******** ** **** ***** ****** ******* *** *** * **** ******* *** ***** *** **** ***** I purchase a hitch for car, sadly the part didn’t fit my car even though the website said it would. (Not to mention the 25 day delay in delivering it to me even though it said it was “in stock”)
      Then I tried to return it………I have been emailing back and forth for over a month to try and sort this out. In the end, they didn’t take my return because I tried installing the hitch on my car and got a tiny scratch on the mounting point.
      This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had **** *** ******* ****

      Customer service is terrible. Asked for a refund on my purchase right away because my parts were 170 to 175 business days out. No refund and no reply. Can’t get anyone on the phone. ***** **** *** ********** **** **** *** **** ******** ** ** *******

      Tdot performance has horrendous customer service. They specify the wrong parts for your car using their online part selector. I let them know the parts were incorrect but they refuse to accept any blame and scapegoat the part manufacturer. I was basically forced to pay for return shipping to *** inLas Vegas. Once I got confirmation that the parts were received at ***. I was sent a confirmation refund email on Jan 25th 2024. it is now Feb 21st and I have yet to receive any refund. This was confirmed multiple times with my bank. Tdot will not return any of my calls either.

      Ordered the set of tires, they issued the tracing numbers with ****** the same day, but sent me a message about possible delay due to supplier stock. 10 days later things were not moving at all. I opened a ticket - no any effect. Phoned the company - useless. Phoned ****** a few times, the finally shiped the set, it came to Calgary, then one-by-one were shipped to Edmonton. after my ****** complaint the finally started to deliver 2 tires first, day later one more, 5 days later the last one. It all took 25 days, never had such a negative experience.

      I ordered a set of rotors front and rear. Took about a week for the first package to show up. Was only given one shipping number. When inquiring about my other package it was sent later and then lost. I’m now 3 weeks removed from placing my rotor order and still waiting 5 more business days for my rotors to arrive.
      Initially they wanted to send me the same part I already received. I’m assuming it’s because the rear rotors are cheaper and it saves them money.
      None the less it was my first experience *** * **** ****** ***** *** ****** **** ***** ********** **** **** ************** 
      Items were also listed as in stock but they ship from vendor’s warehouse. So it’s not really stocked as listed on website.

      I ordered some parts from this company because it said it was Canadian and it said free delivery. They listed the parts as in stock, then after I ordered they said it was special order and would be delayed, it started to take to long So I canceled this order before they had the product or printed the label to ship. The morning after my cancellation they made sure to print the shipping label and say that it could not be canceled do to shipping label being Printed. Then days later when they actually get the parts and ship it regardless of me canceling it. Then they said I have to wait for the product and do a return, so I wait and go through all the steps and delays of there return process and they said they wanted their shipping fees even though it was their fault for shipping it after cancellation and final they tacked on a supposed supplier restocking fee. **** * ***** ***** **** *** **** ******** I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

      Web store will show items in stock but then after you order and pay they’ll contact you and say it’ll be at least 30 days before they have the item to ship. Dishonest and misrepresenting themselves as having stock when they don’t.

      I called prior to placing my order because I had horrible experience with them like everyone else last time . (Bought parts only to find out I had to wait months to get them cuz they were "not available " )
      So when I spoke to the rep he confirmed the manifold I need is in stock... okay great then I proceeded with the order.. he tells me 20 to 25 days so I figure good enough..
      Well, I start emailing them because I still don't have tracking info...
      Whoops they say, the part has to be built and the have NO ETA!
      I called the supplier myself on my own time to find out they won't build my part for 5 to 8 weeks, then it has to ship...
      I am so frustrated- I AM not waiting for weeks for my refund , I will go through hell at this point to make my case ******* ***** ******* ****** WHY AM I BEING TOLD DIFFERENT STORIES ? WHY are you taking peoples money then advising them of the items not available.. mark it in your damn website. The emails I got back were all excuses and I'm so angry at this point
      This is what I get for trying to support canadian. ** *** **** **** **** ****** ******* ** ***** ****
