  Hard time trying to solve a stock issue... A few days after my transaction was complete (product+shipping+tax paid), I received an email saying they were out of stocks. They asked me to wait while they tried to find supply from another warehouse (took about a week). Then, they told me they would have to charge me an extra shipping cost because of my "remote location" (I live next to Montreal, come on!)... Finally asked for a refund because we both lost too much time and I can't risk paying extra money for such a poor service. (****** ** ****** ******)
  FOLLOW UP: Owner replied quicky to my ****** review, and gave me his email... Within the same day, I sent him the complete transcript of all my messages with the customer service. It's been a week and I haven't heard from him since. I really wish we could have solve this problem but as a customer it seems I'm the one wasting time and money on a business that doesn't care.

  TDOT Sells merchandise they do not stock, and subsuquently can not fulfill the orders. I have tried to order parts twice in the last 12 months and both time have had issues. The first order I was told there was a 12 week wait time for an item advertised for sale and the second time they had no stock again for an item advertised on their web site , no wonder Canadians have to order from US suppliers ,at least they tell you up front on their web sites if no stock is available

  Did not have a single item in stock which they said. They? Hand tried? Try to give me give me a cheaper option that would not work with my vehicle which wasn't even close after they took my money

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered two parts from them and can state communication was nonexistent. It took numerous emails before I was graced with a response. Eventually, I received a refund on one of the items - which was supposed to be in stock - so much for that suggestion by another reviewer. Clearly, it wasn't and I received an apology and a refund. Regarding the second part, I received a number of "promises" and have been strung along by them. I reach out to them to no avail. Most emails go unanswered. Their mantra is we have to wait for the supplier to confirm they cannot provide the part before we can refund you. Seriously? This after their self imposed deadline for shipment has long expired. I dealt with them in the past and I was generally quite satisfied but this company has gone downhill big time. Unless I absolutely have to order from them, I will never deal with them again, ever!

  I placed an order for coil overs for my car. Six months later I still did not have my parts. I was given many excuses for the delays. They had charged $2600.00 to my credit card though. * ***** *** ********* ****** ******** **** **** ********.
