I received a 100$ parking ticket parking underground of the building my sisters lived. At the time ** **** *** * ****** *** I accidentally had my parking pass flipped. I provided proof that I had a parking pass and it was an accident. I parked at one of the Precise ParkLink parking lot with a monthly pass ** *** ******* ** * ****** **** ******** and was ticketed for $50 due to no visible signs; however, I took a picture of the sign on the windshield less then 30 minutes of when the ticket was issued and emailed the dispute for the ticket along with the pictures and just said the sign was right there if only their agent would look more carefully. With no reply from the company, they just sent a collection letter for $124 for failure to pay 1 month later when the company refuse to respond to the dispute. **** ****** ** ********** ** * ********** ****** *** ****** ** ************ *** ***** ****** ** **** ***** ** ** ************ ******* ******** ********* *** ************ ***** **** ** *** ********* ********* ****** ** ****** ** ****** ***** ***********

I parked in a precise parklink lot on May 7th in London, ON. I paid the full amount of $30.50 to attend a concert. I prominently displayed my parking receipt in my windshield. Almost three months later, at the end of July, we received a letter in the mail stating that we did not pay for parking and we owed them $175 and had 15 days to pay, or it would go up to $250. I emailed a copy of my receipt, as I was fortunate to still have it. I received an auto response that made a number of wild claims, including that following up on my own email would void and re start my appeal, and that if the person receiving the email deemed it to be rude I would be fined the full amount plus the late penalty. Today, 36 days later, I receive a response. Not apologizing or acknowledging their mistake and *** ************* ** **** **** opening a letter erroneously stating we had 15 days to give them $175 or go to collections. This response asked me to confirm the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card I paid with 4 months ago, along with my credit card statement showing that I actually paid the charge. I have 7 days to do so, or once again owe them $250. How is this okay? *** ** **** *** * ******** ** ******* ** ******* ** ****** ** *****  How much is Precise Parklink allowed to ******** me despite already fulfilling all of my obligations as a customer, including paying full price and clearly displaying the slip in my windshield? How much of my personal information are they entitled to ask for? *** ** **** *** * ******** ********* Why would I EVER support my downtown and park in a parking lot after this? I’d like some answers. *** **** ********

Pay parking signs not clearly visible. No signs when you enter the lot (confirmed by a representative at Precise Parklink - only posted poles - which are not visible from all areas of the lot). Parking meters also not visible - I never did see where they were in this lot. I was parked in a ********* medical center lot (no sky train, no bus station - nothing that would make me even question this being a paid parking lot). I would have happily paid for parking had they put visible signs up or even made the parking meter visible wherever that was hiding. Called to inquire and the woman *** ******** **** *** refused to help - not sure why she even answered the phone. * ****** company that doesn’t clearly display signs and the people working for it are no better.

I parked at Precise parking in Toronto, at Broadway and Yonge for years. This is the first time I've been charged for an egregious parking ticket, that I never personally received!! In June I received a letter from Preicse Parklink that I had an outstanding parking violation (from April) and that I was being charged $175. First off, I never knew I had a ticket. I DID NOT HAVE A VIOLATION TICKET ON MY CAR on the date they claimed. And I paid my parking in full for that date. Stunned, I called the number provided to state my case. The representative said that I left just mere minutes after my ticket was due and that a $100 charge was issued, with no evidence to provide me. Then went on to say that a late fee of $75 was added. I never knew about this ticket, until I got the letter. I said that I need this addressed and told to email the collections department. I emailed numerous times within 2 weeks and no response. When I called again, I couldn't get an agent and a machine said that no one was available and to leave a voicemail - Which conveniently disconnected before I can leave a message. This happened 3 more times. **** ** ********. I'm still waiting for a response to rectify this. ** *********** ******** * ***** **** **** *** ********** **** ******* ********** ******** *** ******* ******* ** ****** *** ******* **** ****** ** ***** ****** ****** **** ** *** ******** ***** **** ** ********** *** ***** **** **** *** ********* ******* ****** ** *********** *** ********* ***** *** ***** ** *** ******** ********, Precise needs to be held accountable.

******* ******** ****** ** ******* ** *** ***** **** ** ** ********* ******* ********* **** ** * **** ********** I booked for 4 days via the app and it charged me for 5 days. I inquired and twice was given wrong information. I called and they wouldn't give me a refund for the one day. There you go, that's how they make money they just take it from you and there is NOTHING you can do about it as there is no where to get refunded for being overcharged. I will call **** and see what they can do to help. **** **** **** **** **** *******

Precise ParkLink is using their semi-monopoly status for parking services in Downtown Vancouver to gouge paying customers with exorbitant penalties - that are not commiserate to other parking services elsewhere in the GVRD nor mirror the gravity of the infraction. This company has no scruples to overcharge a paying customer for minor infractions - just because they have a license to permit and I propose their license be withdrawn until they adjust their policies and penalties to mirror "reasonableness". My experience: - I paid the full parking charge of the Precise ParkLink parking location 1467 - beside Hotel Vancouver - On 5/28/2024, I paid a 3 hour charge from 3:25 pm to 6:25 pm for a Vancouver Board of Trade event at Hotel Vancouver - I was 18 mins late coming back because of **** interactions - getting to my car at 6:40 pm when a ParkLink employee already issuing a ticket - When I saw the penalty of $100, I asked for a reduced penalty given that I was only 18 mins late at worst after already paying 3 hours - not justifying that significant a penalty - The Precise ParkLink employee refused and said I should call the office the next day when it was open. - The next day when I called the office, a Precise ParkLink employee refused to adjust the $100 ticket - indicating even 1 second delay past paid timing is subject to the FULL penalty - When I tried to clarify that every other business does not charge a full penalty - but a penalty commiserate with the infraction, the Precise Parklink employee reiterated that 1 second over was a $100 fine. She would not budge and became *********** to my ongoing pleas to adjust to an acceptable penalty - but to no avail. - IF Precise ParkLink enforces these absurd levels of penalties - which don't match the severity of the infraction, with a ZERO tolerance level. * ***** *** **** *** *** ****** ***** ******* ******** *** *** *** *** *********** *** ****** **** * ** * ******* *** **** *** **** ***** ** ***********

We parked at a downtown Calgary for to a cafe (1st half hour is free) and paid to park $2 (Note it is $3 to park all day Sat) in a few months after we were at the Bistro we received a notice that we were in violation and did not pay to park ----- we sent them proof of payment and they replied and offered us to pay $32 for a $2 parking fee ---we replied we would pay to get them off our back --- they sent us another notice saying we were denied by the appeal board --- we responded well within their deadline ( 1 week to spare) but then the send another notice the ticket was now $121 and then again another notice the ticket is now $ 140+-$150 from a collection dept ----- called them and they said you need to dispute the ticket as they were only the payment dept. Precise ParklInk Inc keep sending out collection notices although we provided proof of payment and they did not reverse there accounting mistake----- just non stop collection notices ------ they need to correct and reverse this amount in dispute.

I am a regular customer in the downtown area. Despite paying for parking they would regularly ticket my car. I would then have to spend my time correcting their mistakes. Even after proof of payment and several emails they sent it to collections rather than correct the issue.
