Terrible experience, with constantly broken machines, zero customer support, and dishonest practices wherein they will give you a ticket even if you've paid. I sent them an email to dispute the ticket, and also called them, and they never replied or picked up.

I was issued a parking violation for $150.00 even though it was their equipment that malfunctioned and didn’t input my entire license plate number (several people were struggling with the machine that day trying to get it to work). I sent them a copy of my receipt proving I paid for parking that date and time. They then said they’d reduce the fee but I was still responsible for administrative costs. I refused to pay and they then increased the violation amount to $175.00 and threatened to send it to collections. I ended up paying because I was unable to get it resolved and did not want my credit rating impacted.

I parked at an edmonton hospital in emergancy for my son, when I tried to buy a ticket the machine didn't accept my various credit cards, after 3 tries the attendant told me to go ahead and he'd take care of it. Then I got a ticket, which I ignored, now a few months later I get a letter telling me I owe $119.75...I was in the hospital for 1 hour and 20 minutes (2 hours costs $4.50). This is pure extortion.

      Unclear charging process, ********* **** ****** *** disrespectful customer service support. * ***** **** ** ***** ** **** ****** ** * *****.
Last Saturday, because de charging system wasn't clear, I was led to pay the parking fees THREE times. After pressing the help button at the gate, the staff representative was **** *** disrespectful to me in front of my entire family. He clearly wasn't ready to do his job whatsoever.
In order to get away from that horrible situation, I decided to pay the parking fees for the Third time at the gate and left. I hope I never get to use this Precise Parklink service ever again.

The dispute department only has one answer…no. Do not park in these lots.

A terribly run organization ******** ** ********** **********. They install defective machines that do not allow customers to buy a parking ticket. When contacted, their customer service line is almost impossible to get a hold of, unwilling to listen to known issues and completely ********* in their resolution process. These are ****** that are trying to take advantage of hard-working Canadians throughout the nation. *** *** ***** ** **** ** *** ****** ***** ********** ******. I have hard evidence exposing the fact that their machines are malfunctioning in order for them to generate additional profit on the backs of the average citizen. **** ** *** ********** ** ********** ** *** *****

I parked at a medical/dental office in Coquitlam BC in May which is controlled by this company. I paid for my parking. I returned from my dental appt only to find a violation/fine stuck to my car. It said that I parked in a loading zone. I had to pull out to look under the car and did find the faint outline of the words 'loading zone' but from the drivers view within the car it is barely even noticeable. There is no signage warning of loading zones or the outcome for parking in one. I emailed to complain only to be told in response, that the violation was valid and I needed to pay up. Now they are sending letters saying I now have to pay more and are threatening to forward to debt collectors and add more fees. My understanding in BC is that they cannot enforce/extort such payments (especially considering I have proof of payment) so I have no intention of paying then a cent. but it is annoying. **** *** ********* *******

      * ** **** *** *** ** *** **** ** ******** ********** *** ******* *** ** ********** ** **** *** *** **** **** ***** ******* ** ******* * ****** My experience echoes others here: - I looked for an did not see notices or payments about how to pay as I left the parking garage. So I assumed that, like some garages, I could pay on exit. - When I returned about an hour later I did see facilities to pay, so I paid the required amount - When I got to my car I found a ticket, for $39 (if I paid within a week). I thought, "well OK ... 39 minus the amount I'd paid ... sounds fair enough for Yorkville) - I phoned customer service to see whether they were OK with me paying the fine minus what I'd paid. The so-called customer relations person said NO! ONE IS A FINE FOR NOT DISPLAYING and WE CANNOT REFUND ANYTHING. - Then, ******* ******, she said THERE IS A $3 'CONVENIENCE CHARGE TO PAY AS WELL Not at all interested in talking about anything. Simply asserted that I must pay and for this 'convenience' I will pay more. I asked whether there was a different method for paying that avoids the 'convenience' fee and she curtly said NO! PRECISE PARKLINK will never see me again and I hope others here get friends to avoid these money gougers too.
