tried on SEVERAL Occasion via phone emails to contact Lastman's to cancel my order as it was not as advertised as per website. Customer service said all sales are final, but its not advertised anywhere until you pay for product.

This issue is still outstanding. As per our records the
price is advertised as $138 per chair and that there are two chairs per box
(meaning that we cannot sale just one chair as the product comes in pairs). The
customer ordered 2 boxes (meaning 4 chairs) so the actual amount for the entire

On February 10th, 2023, I purchased a sofa set online. The item was listed as in stock. A few days later I received a call stating it was out of stock and would be another 2 weeks for delivery. It has now been approximately 7 weeks and the customer service rep I spoke to on March 21st, has told me another 2 weeks. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. No apology for the delay, no option to change the item for a quicker delivery, and of course no refunds. Buyers beware!Business Response

I read the recent response from Badboys and I disagree that the issue has been resolved.Someone from their company called on April 14th saying the item was available to be shipped and I would get a call within the next day or two to schedule the delivery. My online order for a fridge was cancelled and never approved by bad boy staff. I never produced my drivers license in order to complete the online order. My credit card was billed $943 CDN, but the order was cancelled July 22, 2022.
I called Bad Boy on March 15, 2023 and spoke with Karen. She claims my fridge was delivered on August 29, 2022. This is impossible because:
1) No deliveries were ever made to me
2) I never produced my ID to complete the order, therefore the order was cancelled.
Some kind of error has occurred within Bad Boy admin, and I ask for this matter to be resolved with a refund cheque provided to me for $943 CDN.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: As per section 26 of the Ontario consumer protection act, you are hereby required to provide me a full refund of my order charged to my credit card in July 2022 because no delivery date was ever scheduled and the law states if no delivery date is scheduled after 30 days of making payment a consumer may cancel and receive a full refund of $943 CDN. Please arrange for the refund today. If you fail to provide a refund I will ask my Visa card for statutory chargeback under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act and I will file a complaint with Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service.

I purchased a $2000 couch and also the gold warranty (5 years). The couch is now unusable in one whole side. I contacted the service dept.on Dec 21st 2022 via phone because my television purchased in March 2021 and at time I also purchased the "Solid Gold Warranty" with it stopped working. On Dec 30th 2022 they sent a TV tech to look at it in which he concluded the backlight inside the tv had stopped working. he informed me he will contact the service dept. and advise them of the repair needed and they will decide whether to repair or replace the TV and contact me within a few days. It is now January 27th 2023 and still no answer.
I have tried on numerous occasions' to contact them by phone and email and to date have received no call back or emails. Every time I call I'm told someone will contact me with days end. December 7, 2022 I placed an online order for a gas dryer. My credit card was charged immediately, but there has been no update to the order since then. I’ve reached out to their customer service via email, online form and phone multiple times to cancel the order as I’ve been without a dryer for 5 weeks and want to take my business elsewhere. They have never once responded to the form entries requesting updates and cancellation or the order. They have also never responded to customer service emails requesting a cancellation. 4 phone calls have been placed where I spoke to someone who said they would get back to me. I ordered a washing machine (******* model top loader) in August 28th for a price of $799 plus the $150 warranty and was told it would be delivered in 6-10 weeks. Ordered a TV from Bad Boy on November 28, 2022 at 10:35 am online. Order showed on website as product available and in stock. Credit card was charged for the purchase and then next day, was advised by telephone message that the product was not available for at least 2 - 3 weeks. I immediately responded by email and asked that the order be cancelled because I needed the product immediately. I called the next day and spoke to a service representative and was told I could not cancel the order even though they could not deliver it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be called back. I called again later that day as I had not received a call from anyone and was told that I could not expect a call the same day.
I did not hear anything for 4 - 5 days. I noticed a telephone call from Bad Boy but no message was left and no contact information was left. I have called several times in the interim and have been put on hold for lenghthly periods of time, never getting to speak to anyone. I have sent emails outlining my issue on December 1, 2, 6, 10 and 15 and have not
received a reply or telephone call back, I am only receiving an auto response saying they have received my request and it is being reviewed by their support staff. We have had to purchase another product from a different supplier in the interim, but have not received a refund or response from Lastmans Bad Boy. I note and have been checking their website numerous times and it is still showing that the product is in stock and available even though it clearly is not. They do not make it at all clear on the website that all sales are final. In fact they sent a confirmation of the order with no reference to Non cancellation. The first mention of it was on the invoice AFTER they had charged the credit card. In any event they clearly told me that they could not fulfill the order as promised but are unwilling to respond to me our refund our money.Business Response
