      I ordered 2 love seats and a matching chair on July 29 2022 from the website online. No delivery date was given. I called the customer service to get an estimated delivery date and was informed that my furniture was on back order and wouldnt be available until the end of August. I didnt hear from Bad Boy so I called again Sept 1st and again they told me that now my furniture wasnt available until the end of Sept. I requested to cancel the order and was informed that they cannot cancel because online orders are final sale. On October 6th I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and still had not heard from Bad Boy. ***** ******* * **** ******* ****** * ******** **** **** ******* ** ****** *** ***** **** *** *** *** *** ***** **** ******* ****** *** ** ******* ** ** **** ** ******. I waited over 3 months without furniture in my new house. Worst company ever. * **** ** *** ***** ***** ** ****** **** *** ******** ******* ** *** *****

      We bought a sofa set and a dining table from them with extended warranty for both products.
      We raised a warranty for dining table as we see wear and tear damage and it was denied quoting accumulation of damages. We, Husband and I, never really used the dining table until recently, when both our families came over for the first time ever since we bought the furniture. We noticed the first sign of wear and tear roughly mid October and raised a complaint on Nov 1st. We are now being told they will not stand by their promise as they don’t believe this happened in October as we mentioned. And talk about the terrible customer service! Boy oh boy, never have I seen such terrible customer service.

      *** ***** ***** ***** ****** ** *** *** ******** **** **** *****. They have not given me my wall oven/microwave or my fridge. For over 1 1/2 year I have been waiting . When asked to take one that’s in their store. I was told I had to pay $1990 more. When I asked for a refund I was told I can get it back if I put in on a credit card, even though I use my debit card. When I insisted that it goes back to the original payment method they said I have to wait a couple of day for head office to send me a cheque. It’s been 2 weeks and no update or cheque. Still waiting on my refund for my refrigerator and for my wall oven. When I call the store they always
      tell me they will call me back but never does. They do not give any update on what’s going on. I call theirs head office and they told me they can’t help because there’s no note on my account about a refund. They promised to send out emails. I had to contact my lawyer for my next step. I shouldn’t have to do this but they left me no choice.

      It’s truly a bad company.
      All their sells are finial and it’s never told.
      Customer is not made aware of it.
      Until you try to return a purchase even after 2 hours.
      I had the worst experience of my life dealing with a refund after 2 hours of perches.

      If you absolutely must buy from Bad Boy, definitely use a credit card and pay in full. When you undoubtedly get no furniture from them, file a chargeback with your credit card company. It's the only way to get your money back, because this company would rather take complaints for "delayed" orders that never arrive than provide a refund. ** **** **** ******** ********* ******* ******** *** ***** **** *** ** ********* ** *** ***** *** *********

      I cannot believe how poor the customer service is at this company. I feel like they are ******** ******** ***** **d delaying delivery beyond credit card dispute times so people have no easy way to get a refund. Similar to many complaints here, I ordered a fridge in December 2021. I called about delivery more than 5 times and kept hearing different things. I could not wait for months to get a fridge for my kitchen so had to order a replacement. When I requested a refund, I was told they don’t do refunds. They also refuse to let me speak to a manager. 3 separate times I’ve tried to use my so called store credit. Nothing is ever in stock so the same issue repeats itself again and again and again. **** ******* ** * ******** ****

      I ordered a laundry set the start of Oct and I still haven't received my order.
      When I called the help line, they keep telling me that my order has been pushed back. I spoke to both the customer service team and the Supervisor and still haven't gotten a resolution. I have a new born; this is completely unacceptable.

      We bought a fridge and stove almost 4 months ago. We received the fridge within 3 weeks but still waiting for my stove witch they told us that they had in stock.
      Yeah right still waiting for my stove. They ate are truly BAD BOY'S.
      If mel was still around he'd call the military. Very upset with them

      Worst service zero not even a one not one person that works that give * ****.. 10 months with a broken ottamen just asking for a exchange and that seems to be to hard for them to figure out.. so over it...

      I purchased a freezer through the website. It said it was in stock. They called a week later to tell me it would take a month. I asked for a refund. They refused and hung up. I waited a month with no contact from them. I called and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. The customer service rep said she would escalate it and have someone contact me. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no contact. I emailed them asking for a refund, they answer with the generic "the freezer is not in stock, we'll call when it is". How can a company take your money and hold you hostage like this for over two months? I can't get any real answers! This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
