      Oct 11/22 purchase a ******* fridge and have not received it. Customer service makes excuses but are not able to escalate problem. I prepaid in good faith.

      **** **** *** * ***** Under consumers protection act after 30 days of purchase and you still dont have the product or you still dont have a definitive date of delivery, we are entitled for a refund. It doesnt matter wether its a final sale or not. So dont believe them when they tell you that you cannot get a refund. 2 months after we paid in full and still no date for delivery and they keep saying no cancellation/refund.

      Ordered furniture beginning of November 7700$ bill
      Sofa bed didn’t show up and bedroom set damaged
      ********* **** delivery drives
      Was given date for Dec 23rd for everything
      Wasn’t meet
      Messed up all holiday plans
      Tried calling they hung up on me and refused to deal with me
      Went right in and manager greeted me with everything just arrived as I did
      What are the odds
      Told them didn’t want sofa bed or damaged bedroom set and wanted a refund on Dec 28th and was refused
      Told they can’t without head office approval which can’t happen until Jan 6th as it is closed
      Called head office next day and they were magically open
      Everyone refused to deal with my situation
      Will never use or recommend Bad Boy again
      Was also talked down to by a manager
      Just walked out and still nothing
      Furniture or refund

      They will take your money *** *** *** **f…not deliver the product…they they will not take your calls,…if you finally get a hold of someone in e-commerce, which I did four times, promised each time my credit card would be adjusted, I would receive an email and a phone call, no of it happened…so here I am, no oven and out over $1500. The place definitely treats you like a NOOOOBODY!!

      This company is despicable, I ordered a couch first week of October and purchased it because they said it was in stock and that it would be delivered next week by an associate named Brian he gave me his card. I called every two weeks for the next 10 weeks and every time they said it would be a couple weeks.
      I went into the store today and spoke to Brian who didn't remember me, he **** **** *** gas let me saying that he would never say something was in stock when it wasn't, then he told me that it would be in stock in January, then he told me that the product was discontinued, that the couch was undeliverable and that the order was never placed to begin with, and then he asked what they could do and I asked for a refund and they refused said they weren't set up to give anyone refunds I didn't receive my product I will never receive my product and now my $958.00 is gone.

      Long wait times with customer service up to forty minutes . Waited 8 months for delivery yet they charged my credit card from day one not when items ship. Exchanged an appliance for a cheaper model and they refused to refund me the difference in price. Customer service reps have no authority to issue refunds and refer it to managers who never call you back. ***** **** ******** *

      FRUSTRATED with this company. We purchased a dinning table set online which supposed to delivered in 2-3 weeks. But not appears in time also no update at all. Called to the customer care & that person told me that he make a note so that it'll deliver in 2 weeks. Called to there customer care again after 2 weeks & they mentioned that no note added for my order. They are so frustrating & most disgusted customer care I ever seen. No update, no help ... Just said we can't de anything ma'am. Also can't cancel my order as its final sale which is not mentioned on website. ***** ****** ** * ******** **** *** **** * * * ***** **

      ** ***** *** * *** ** **** * ***** * ****** This company is absolutely horrendous at customer service and delivery. I ordered a freezer which was in stock and available on their website in September 2022. It said approximate delivery 3 weeks, as I purchased to have my old one removed as well. I called at the 3 week mark as I had not heard from the company to set up a date and time and was greeted with someone on the phone who *** ********** ****, told me he thinks it will be on the next delivery in a few weeks but he said he will call me back that night to see if there was anything he could do. He did not call back. I called back the next day spoke to the same man-*** *** **** ***** *** told me it will come by October 31st and they will call to set up an appointment. October 31st, nothing- called again, this time the lady on the other end just hung up on me when I asked where the item is? Called back, different lady, who said next week. To make a long story short...called every week and every week was told the same thing, they even went so far as to email me that it is coming at some point in mid november. I asked for my money back several times and several times was told-no. I received an email after purchasing the item that said no refunds...this was not disclosed anywhere prior to purchasing the item. I said that is illegal and as I have not received the item, I want my money back...they hung up on me many times after that and said no. I reached out on social media, tried to email customer service, chat with someone who could help...all they did was say no refunds and attempt to string me along. ** *** **** ******** ******** **** *****  I wish I had looked them up on BBB prior to purchasing- I would not have gone with them.

      Extremely poor service. I ordered 2 end tables online in January 2022, they took full payment. I haven’t received them yet.
      I’ve continual called, each time they say 2-3 wks they’ll be in. I went to the Burlington store Sept 23, hoping to get my money back. The **** **** behind the desk said ‘you take your chances when ordering online’.
      I called the online ordering, again, Dec 15 to say, I’m obviously not getting the tables so I want my money back, he said I could have a store credit, NO!!! Why would I take a store credit and pick out any **** ******* I don’t want.
      It’s amazing how they are allowed to ****** so many customers. It seems they can get away with it and no one helps.
      ……and they keep making more money, disgusting.

      We ordered a freezer that was advertised on their website as "available" with "express delivery." We received a call the next day from someone saying that the freezer was not actually available and it would be 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by with no updates. Almost impossible to talk to anyone. Emailed their ordersupport email multiple times with no response. Phone support refused to cancel the order as "all sales are final" apparently, but they also wouldn't tell me where our freezer was. ******* **** ** * ******** ************ ** **** ****** ********* ******** ****** ** * ***** *****.
      Luckily, we were able to dispute the charge with ********** and get our money back. ******* **** ******** ******* ******* ** ******* *** ***** **** **** *** ****
