      My washing Machine broke down in March 2023 under warranty. The service person determined it could not be fixed so I started to call Bad Boy customer service to have it replace but no one answers to phone, you get put on hold and then they say they will call you back, no one calls you back. I went into the store on May 11 they tried to call and couldn't get through to customer service either so they told me to go home and keep calling, I refused to leave. I ordered my new washing machine, the sales person asked if they were going to waive the delivery fee but the district manager said not for these people. It was supposed to be delivered June 11 I just called today July 4th and they told me maybe 2 more weeks. *** **** **** * ** *********** ** **** *** ** *** **** **** ** **** **** ***** *** ******* *** ***** ** ********* *** **** *** ** ** *** ** ** **** *** **** ******** ** ******* *** * **** **** ***** * **** *** ** *** *** ****** ** *** ******* *** ***** ** ** ******* ** ****** **** ** ***** *** **** ***** **** **** ** **** *** *** ** *** ****** ** ***** ***** ** ******* ******* *** ***** *** *** ** **** ** it isn't some weird hard to get washer but I am stuck at Bad Boy due to my warranty.       We bought $10000 worth of appliances just over a year ago with extended warranty. Our refrigerator stoped working. It’s been a month since our first of many phone calls and we are still without a working refrigerator. No one had even tried to fix it yet. This is what we payed extra for. A refrigerator that doesn’t work and a company that takes your money and doesn’t care. Very frustrated as summer is here and I have a family of 5. No fridge is not an option.

      We purchased dining room chairs from Bad Boy in Burlington, Ontario on Fairview St. On May 5 2023 and we were told from the salesman that the chairs would have to be ordered from their warehouse and that we should receive them by June 1st or earlier. On June 7th, we went to the store and asked them about our purchase and they pointed out that the ETA on the receipt shows end of June, we were told that they would be arriving by June 1 or earlier, we were not happy with that and requested a refund, and they replied with "this is a final sale item "meaning that there is no refund on final sale items they said, that we were not aware of nor it was not written on the bill either. No signage in the store stating that everything was final sale. Bad boys would only offer us a credit which we refused and insisted on our refund. The manager then decided to call about our chairs and she came back to us telling us that now they are not available until September 2023 which was not acceptable by us and we insisted on getting a refund on the late delivery, again they would only offer us a credit, which we refused. So Please help us get our money back on this purchase

      When purchasing furniture from this store they keep telling you to buy a warranty! They say damaged items will be fixed or replaced. People often purchase these warranty so for peace of mind . Instead when it comes to claiming the rights of your warranty they deny your request and **** **** ******* ** not cover your furniture. You pay extra money for these warranty that are of no use ******* *** *** ******* ** * ******* *** ***** ****** I bought furniture from here a whole bedroom set it’s broken sent pictures now they clearly are denying to fix or replace it. * ***** ***** ***** ****** ** **** ******** As I have spent over 10,000 dollars here and wish I never trusted this company:(

      "Solid Gold" Warranty Extension is Solid ***** I foolishly, as it turned out, purchased the BadBoy "Solid Gold" Extended Warranty on a group of appliances I purchased. I was told it was 'all-inclusive' as the name implied. When a plastic roller bearing on a refridgerator crisper broke as a result of poor design, the warranty claim was rejected since 'plastic' was excluded, which on modern appliances pretty much excludes everything that breaks. Indeed, the long list of other warranty exclusions makes the warranty worthless. *** *** ********* ***** ******** ********* ** **** *** * ***** ********* *** ***** ****** ** *** ***** ** ***** ******** ******* ***** *** ******** I won't be going back.

      "Unbelievable, horrible experience. They lost my order number. I went to the store, and they couldn't even find my order number. I have never had such a bad experience with anyone before. They told me the same answer, 'final sale.'       *** ******** * ***** the extended warranty was Sold to us under false pretenses claiming hassle free warranty etc and when you go to utilize the warranty it is NOTHING but a HASSLE. After I have tried to utilize my warranty that I paid for I was told by a supervisor that it is customer neglect if children or guest stain sofa and will not cover under warranty and manager of store advised as per notes on my file they denied my claim. I also Was advised by supervisor warranty only covers seat cushion area not back cushions and only one stain not multiple, multiple is considered neglect. NO ONE on same page just took my money, give you the run around since April 2023 and now it’s May 30th and will not refund me for warranty I paid for as they will not remove all stains and clean sofa plus they need to look at chaise as makes noise when any weight applied. ***** *** * ********* ******* *** **** ********* ********** ***** *********  Staff I spoke with just passed the buck. warranty that I have had by competitor removed as many stains that are seen and clean sofa at same time and if can’t clean replace or give back value. Hassle
      Free ….so when we purchased furniture in store that is how it was sold to us, which we had no reason not to believe them as other competitors warranty had same concept but when we go to use warranty different story WORST COSTUMER SERVICE ever experienced in my Life. Only had the 2 sofas with chaise for 1 year and go to utilize warranty that paid over 500$ for gets denied.

Not in stock..shipping problems or no answer or call back. We paid in full and now from the day we bought Jan 26th to today May 30th nothing!!!       **** *********** Dishwasher ordered online. Said 5 in stock. Called (each call.on hold 45 minutes) told on stock supervisor would call. After 2 days of not hearing back told not.in stock no refunds no replacements.

      We purchased an L shaped leather couch, kitchen table and four chairs in November 2022. We also purchased the gold warranty for the couch.
      The couch did not include the clip to attach the two sides of the couch together so it slides constantly. The couch also has major wear on one cushion. We have called at least fifteen times, emailed, driven to Ancaster (we live in Niagara) and sent a message via *******. Someone named Cathy was supposed to solve our issues, she has since been let go. Now someone named “Aisha” (sp) is supposed to be resolving our issues. But still has not. In Feb 2023 we were told that they could order us a clip and we can drill holes in the leather couch ourselves and install it. We absolutely will NOT do that since the couch was new, paid in full and we are not going to puncture holes and try to align them with the other side of the couch. If we fail while attempting this, we could damage the couch further.
      I just can’t believe that this issue has been ongoing for so long and not resolved. I don’t know who else to contact or what to do to fix our brand new couch. We have taken photos at their request and emailed them last year.
