      My wife and I ordered a fridge at the end of March, 2023. I paid for the order. Customer service then called a couple of days later to say that they did not have the fridge in stock and that the supplier said that the fridge would not be available until a month later. My wife and I were not happy but decided to wait.
      We waited until the beginning of May to hear back from them, but no one called. I then called them back and was now told that the fridge would not be ready until the end of May. I asked to talk with a manager to cancel my order and was told that I could not talk to a manager or cancel my order. When I repeated my request, I was told not to repeat myself as she had heard what I said the first time. I was so frustrated I hung up.
      I have 8 children to feed and this fridge is essential to our home. I have already paid for the fridge and am not able to get another instead because they will not let me cancel the order. This is the worst kind of customer service I have ever experienced.

      I have been trying to get my money back on a freezer that was not in stock over a year ago, I have called atleast 50 times.       On January 8 2023 I purchased a replacement ** washing machine with extended 50 month warranty from the Kennedy Road location and still have not received it. It has been 4 months and still no machine.I am frustrated with Badboy and I will not buy anymore merchandise from this ********* merchant.       I want to warn everyone here about Bad Boys Furniture in the hopes of saving other people the frustration I’ve just gone through.

      We purchased a 3K couch in December with the promise of a protection/cleaning kit. It never showed up. After calling half a dozen times, they tell us there were kits available (someone was suppose to call when they showed up but they didn’t) and now there are no more.
      It is now May, and when we called customer service, we were told to go to the location we purchased the couch and they would have one. Nope. Nothing there. We were then told to drive to WHITBY to get one. I’m sorry? We don’t have time. That is hours away I have to get to work.
      When I asked to just have it delivered from that location to us, we were told there is nothing they can do. Too bad. My mom and I told told them that was unsatisfactory and we were told, “well that’s too bad.” The woman then dismissed us **** *** ****** ******** when we tried to find a solution and walked away.
      I have never been so upset with the way I’ve been treated. Will never spend a CENT there again. I would return the couch if I can, but unfortunately we’ve waited to long. ******* ** ******** * ******* ***** **** ***** ******** *****

      ** * ***** ****** * ***** ***** * ****** **** ******* ***** ** ** ************* Enough is enough, all of these reviews seem to relate to the same common problem. Money taken and promised deliveries not followed through. I purchased my furniture in December. They set up delivery for me April 6th, I took the day off of work to be home for the delivery and the furniture did not come. I called and was told they didn’t know know what happened but it was not on the truck, I asked for a manger and was told they don’t have one, one would have to call me back, I never received a call back. A few days later I called to see when furniture was coming and they set up another delivery date and promised it would be on the truck, the new delivery date was May 4th, I arranged for someone to sit at my house all day so someone could be there for the delivery, once again no furniture. I went on the online chat and was told they saw it was scheduled but wasn’t on the truck. They said they needed a minute to look into it and they took so long that it disconnected. I then called and spoke with Jermaine, who said he didn’t have a manger. Everyone has a manager, he said I am hanging up and hung up. Two promised deliveries 2 months in a row and no phone call back. I sent an email and asked for a response, it has been days past that now. ** ** **** **** ******** **** ************ *** **** ******** ******** They have collected my money on purchase in December and have not delivered the promised product twice. **** ** ***** ** *** ** * ** **********

      Purchased a $2,200 order in December 2022 - received zero updates. Had to proactively call in 6 times to hear that the ETA was continuously pushed out (currently in May / ~5 months).

      **** ******* ** * ****** Ordered washer and dryer in November 2022. It is now May 7th and I have yet to receive it. If your lucky to actually speak with someone they just give you the runaround. I asked if i can get similar product they told me they will look into it and NOTHING. They will NEVER respond to your emails. They take your money and don’t deliver the product. They state all sales are final. *** ** **** ******* ***** ** ******** ***** *** ****** *** **** **** * ******** ** * ****** ******* ******* ********** Customer service is absolutely hopeless. $2000 gone. I will dispute this charge. They have an article of the bad services on ***. I’m so upset i seen it after the fact. **** ******* *** **** ** *** ****** From customer service *** ******** ****** **** ***** ***** and not delivering products. What’s worst is that i see the same washer and dryer on the site. **** ******* ** *************

      It has now been over one year! We bought a sectional couch and it arrived damaged. Every time I called I was told I would be taken care of.., months would go by and then I would get the same response. I have sent multiple calls and emails and no responses. * ***** ******* **** ********** ** ******** ** * **** **** ** **** ******* They do not back there products or services. If your product is delivered damaged you are stuck with it!!

      I will never shop at Lastman’s Bad Boy again. I ordered a refrigerator and was told I could expect it to be delivered in approximately 12-14 days from the date that I purchased it. This refrigerator was advertised on their website under the ‘In Stock and Express Shipping’ section. 42 days later, I finally received the refrigerator. It took multiple phone calls to the store to follow up with my order and find out why there was a delay. Each time I called, the response I got was that there was a delay and they would know more the following week. There was never any follow up with me about when I could expect the fridge to arrive. The delivery date went from 12-14 days to an undetermined amount of time. I asked for a refund since they were not able to give me a new date of arrival and was told that all sales are final. ***** ****** ****** ** ******* ** *** ** **** **** ***** ** ********* *** *** *** ********** ******** ** ***** * ******* ***** ********* ******** ********** ****  After calling again and mentioning that u**** *** ******** ********** **** I have a right to ask for a refund if a product has not been delivered in 30 days since the date of purchase, I then ended up receiving a delivery date for 4 days later from that phone call. I had called earlier that day and was told I was still looking at up to a few more weeks for delivery. I am glad that I finally received the refrigerator but not sure why it had to take that many phone calls to make it happen. The refrigerator was delivered with a dent along the side. I have sent emails to ask for a follow up on this and have yet to have anyone respond. It has been 3 weeks since I sent the first email.

      Waiting now for over 30 days for our fridge.
      Just got hung up on by the Barrie store.
      This is the worst customer service and buying experience I’ve ever had. *** **** **** ******* **** **** **** *** ******** **** ***** **** ***** ********
      They refuse to give you a refund for something I don’t even have yet?!
      I want my money back!!!!
