      We did not purchase the extended warranty through Bad Boy on our $5K ****** Furniture purchase. Out of the purchase of a loveseat and single recliner, 7 months into receiving the furniture, 1/2 of the lovseat has discolored and is showing premature wear. Bad Boy rep, Juan, was more interested in the fact that we did not purchase their extended warranty rather than helping us with our issue. ***** ** ********* ****** ** ***** ****** *** ******** ***** ** ******  We will NEVER purchase from Lastman's Bad Bod in Ottawa, or anywhere, ever again. We stress the same for all of you!

      We purchased funiture with a verbal guarantee it wouldn’t be longer than 8 weeks from our sales person. We’ll it’s now been going on 5 months. And Lastmans Bad Boy won’t provide a refund, other options, or a solution. All they provide is excuses. They will lie to you for a sale. ** *** *** **** **** **** **** * **** **** ******** ***** *** ** *** **** *** ***** *********. If you do have no choice but to go with them get a firm date of delivery on your contract or don’t buy. Unless your fine with never knowing when you will get your product. This place should be shut down.

      ** ****** We ordered a fridge. First we checked around and as far as we could tell it was discontinued. But Bad Boy, on line, still showed as selling it. We went there and most of the time was saying we wanted this particular fridge. They checked the "manufacturer" which was ***** and assured us they could get the fridge. We even emphasized that the fridge we wanted, if you did a search another one would come up (probably the replacement) we did not want. Again assured that they could get it. Great. It would take 6 to 8 weeks. Again No problem. At the end of the 8 week mark, we get a call, fridge is discontinued and they could replace it with this particular one and gave us a sku #. Checked, no such sku #. Went in and showed us the replacement fridge. The very one we told them we did not want. So we said ok, lets try a different colour. Not available. Asked about a refund. They said they don't normally do that and it would be done through head office and a 25% restocking charge. Guess what, nothing to restock, in fact we wouldn't be having this conversation other wise. I did call their head office and was told no refunds and it is dealt with through the store. And on top of all this, it is still offered on their web site. I guess we will see how this plays out.

      Ordered a sofa on Dec 29 2022. After 8 weeks or so, we were told that sofa could not be delivered and were offered a different sofa. This different sofa was delivered on February 25th and it was broken and damaged. Not sure if it was damaged before deliver, but the delivery people were so forceful, they actually broke the back of the sofa. Sent pictures to Bad Boy. They said they would replace it. Here were are on April 21, 2023 and they are now saying it will be mid May? 5 months for a sofa? Bad Boy also states that they will not refund, only exchange??? Please refund the money taken on December 29, 2022 for a product that I have never received so that I can purchase it from a reputable company.

      Worst experience of my life I have been waiting on a recliner that was ordered on January 4, 2023 every month I’m told it’ll be here next month next month next month when I asked for a refund I was told nope we do not give refunds ******* *********** They’ve had my money for almost 5 months now And I still don’t have my chair ****** ** **** ****** **** **** *******

      Bad boy delivery service area gave me very bad experience, I ordered the washer and dryer in December and have no idea when to deliver the products. Contacted them many times so far, and the agents were not helpful.       Horrible customer service!!! We ordered a dining set on clearance, the salesman said 2-3 weeks before delivery. Annoying but we waited and waited… after a month we called them, they said they couldn’t find our chairs. Then said they only deliver on Tuesday and Thursday… so we have to take time of work to receive out $1800 table set. So finally the next week they have our chairs… it comes, the corner of the table is smashed, like it was dropped. So we call and they say email a pick… we do again and again they say they’re not getting the email… so again? They send a test email for me to reply too, they never called us again… it’s been a week I give up…. Will never ever shop here again!

      Hello
      This is first and last time we dealing with Bad Boy store. We moved to new house and purchase appliances from this store,
      TREE WEEKS we are waiting to install this appliances, they sitting in the middle of my kitchen , and even GM of this store, cant provide us help.

      **** ******* ** ********** ************ They sent me to collections and I have spent 2 years showing them proof that **** charged my card and therefore they received the money. *** *********** ****** **** *** ** **** ************ It all started because they *** *** say on their website that items are in stock when they aren’t. After I purchased they just didn’t deliver. So after two months and multiple calls ignored I called **** to dispute the charge. **** right away reversed the charge on my card. Two days after this happened surprise surprise Bad Boy calls to apologize and set up delivery. Once my item was delivered I then called **** back and they re-charged me for the item, meaning Bad Boy was then paid! I thought nothing more of this as I had paid for my item. Six months later they send me to collections. I then send all the proof to the agency that I had paid. I hear nothing. Fast forward another 1-1/2 and the collections agency and Bad Boy still haven’t sorted this out and I am once again being ******** *** inconvenienced. Under NO circumstance would I ever deal with this company *** ********* ****** ** ** *** ******
