      Worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a dishwasher that was in stock as our current one is leaking and I need it asap. Called the next day to get an estimate on delivery to be told it isnt in stock and will take at least a couple months. Their solution was to try to give me another discontinued dishwasher in its place. When I refused as I wanted the specific dishwasher I ordered and asked for a refund as it had been less than 24 hours since I placed my order they told me theyll only give me store credit. Absolutely ridiculous. **** *** **********. Do not believe that anything listed as in stock is actually in stock. We only ordered from them because of the free delivery. I guess they can offer free delivery since they dont actually deliver anything you order.

      I wish I had checked here before buying my dresser. Bought a floor model, told "no exchanges or refunds", did a full check and noted any damage on it before I bought it, very minor. Then it arrived with the top front corner having been obviously rammed into something solid, all mashed in, definitely happened after I bought it. Guy at "service" centre *** ********** ***** ** ** **** * *** ******* *** **** said he opened a service claim but he wasn't promising anything, waiting for a response from the delivery company.       My father bought a washing machine made by ********* from Badboy back in oct 2019 with warranty and in January 2023 it started violently shaking so bad it would turn 180 degrees every load so he contacted the service department and they sent a repair man over and he replaced the motherboard,, and the lid lock and said it was fixed when we went to use it again it was the exact same problem. Called again and they sent another repair man this man had a handheld device and said the machine was out of balance when it was level. The handheld device made the machine work great right through all the cycles in front of him, he told us it was fixed and left. We were thankful until the very next load and it was worse then it ever was. Call the numerous times since were the promise of a call back within 24 hours and every time never received a phone call back He had to continue calling. Still right now we are without a washing machine with no word on if it’s
      going to be fixed or our warranty is going to get us a new one and they are not giving us any answers at all. The machine has violently shaking so bad that it has broken the pipe on the sink. ** ** *** ********* ** *** ********** ******** **** ******

      After fighting with them for 3 months to get a 2 peice sofa set .When it finally arrived I noticed really bad and musty smell coming out of it. We tried wiping down with mild soap and water several times and letting air out for a couple of days but the smell did not ease. Finally flipped it over and stuck my phone inside through an opening. Took a couple pics inside and was shocked to find mold and rotted wood. I wrote several emails and pics demanding a refund. Still awaiting some sort of communication from them.

      Ordered a couch in October 22. Store said if we paid in full plus delivery charge we would get our couch in January 2023.
      It is now March 18th, no communication unless I called. Last conversation they stated the delivery at the end of April. Asked for a refund and was told NO REFUNDS! Absolutely, terrible customer service, zero communication, and holding my money since October 2022 is totally unacceptable!

      Bought a power reclining sofa set from Bad Boy Furniture that came with missing power adapter. Notified customer service immediately. Adapter was expected end of February 2023. Still have not received item or unable to get on to customer service. Never again will I purchase from them.

      We haven't bought furniture in decades. As for service, Mario from the Bad Boy store in Mississauga was wonderful. He helped us and was very fair. Thank you, Mario, we are excited and just waiting to hear when our sofa is to be delivered! Should be in the next week or so. ** ** ******* **** *** ****** **** **** ***

      Unbelievable horrible experience. I do not understand how a business can operate in this manner and the authorities or better business bureau do not step in. **** ** ****** *******. I've ordered over $5000.00 in furniture 3+ months ago. I have not heard from them regarding a shipping date so I called after a month and a half. They told me it was not in stock although their website showed that it was. I waited another month to call back and be told the same. It has now been almost 4 months, last week a representative told me my order was in stock and would be shipping Monday. I called today to get the shippnig details and the representative on the phone tells me that my items are not all in stock. I've asked numerous times for a refund, with the response "All sales are final". Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, customers have a right to cancel their sale agreement at any time before delivery if 30 days have passed since the purchase and no delivery date was specified in the sales agreement. If the item is not delivered, it *does not matter* that it's a final sale, the consumer is entitled to their refund!
      If you are in a similar situation as me, contact your banking institution and begin a dispute, if this company rejects the dispute take it to your credit card provider directly (****, **********, etc) and have them investigate. You should definitely contact the Better Business Bureau as well. Media outlets in your area will also take your testimony and run articles whether in the telegram/social media which will help your case if not help others not make the same mistake.
      I will fight this ***** to get my money back at every possible avenue, but I still cannot imagine the amount of people who are most likely at a loss from ***** ****** ** this business!

      ** *** *** **** *** ****  *** ******* ***** ** ** ************ ** *** **** ***** ***** **********  We ordered a fridge in November an it is the end of February and we still have no fridge. They attempted to deliver twice and both times the fridges were damaged. The last time they refused to take the damaged fridge away. They keep telling us that it will be delivered next week…they couldn’t care less that we have no fridge and have been using coolers for months. We bought from Kennedy location in Scarborough.Terrible service.

      Bought furniture on line. The order was accepted, did not say anything is out of stock. After almost 2 months, I still have no furniture and the many calls to their customer service (each time I call I am on hold for approx. 25 minutes) no one can help me. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and I am told someone will call back. I wait for a whole week and no calls. I call back to ask what is going on and I am told, they will have someone call me back. I ask to cancel the order and they tell me that all sales are final and I can't cancel the order. But I haven't received any furniture and they don't even have a date for availability. ***** ******* *****
