      I purchased a bed for over $1000.00 from Bad Boy Furniture (Kennedy location)in November and in January it started to fall apart. I have reached out to Bad Boy and they are willing to replace the parts. I would not have an issue having the parts replaced, but this is a health and safety concern.
      The slabs and legs of the bed are cheap and does not hold in place. The pieces have broken, they legs are split and do not stay in place.
      Recently, I have spoken to some friends of mine about what was happening and they have commented that they have the same issue.
      I am literally afraid to sleep on the bed for fear of falling to the ground. I have never had such anxiety about a furniture. Several times my husband has tried to fix this bed and to no avail.
      I have requested my money back for this product and I have not received a response.
      Please help me and others to get what we are owed as a consumer, peace of mind along with a 100% refund.
      I do understand that there are protocols that must be followed, but the health and safety of my family and I is important.

      Bought a leather sectional on line. Less than one week after my purchase, it went on sale for almost $1,000 less. When I called to see if they would price match, their own price, I was told by the young gentleman that his manager was in a meeting and that he would talk to him and “get back to me.” Of course, I didn’t hear back from him! Numerous emails sent, no resolution. Then, less than 3 weeks after my purchase, the right hand facing recliner arm practically separated from the recliner. I took pictures and sent MORE emails to have the same result, NOTHING. I decided to go into the Ottawa store to talk to someone face to face and get my situation resolved. The sales manager greeted me with a smile and was so amazing until I told him why I was really there. He took me to a computer, looked up my purchase on line and said “ well, there aren’t any notes on your file.” WHY WOULD THERE BE??? Nobody responded to my emails!!! Well, here is our “store” email, please send us an EMAIL with all of the particulars and we will get back to you??? WHAT? I maintained my composure, which was relatively easy because I was in total SHOCK…….I took down the email information and walked out of there in a daze. I will NEVER shop at Bad boys again.       Absolutely terrible company. They delivered a very damaged fridge (didn't see damage until it was out of the box). They give you three days to report it. Called numerous times, nobody picking up. Only open 9-5pm. No email contact or online form to report the damage. Finally get through to someone on day 5 and they tell me they will not do anything about it. What a terrible experience, the absolute worst company I have ever purchased from in my life.

      Bad Boy has False Advertising! I bought a dining set in November 25, 2022, it was a Black Thursday Sale. When I finished paying, the salesperson named Susan told me they do not have it in stock. I questioned why they advertise the product since they do not have it available and she let me paid for it before she told me the product is not in stock. Therefore this is a misleading advertisement. I was told it will be delivered on January 15, 2023. January 15, I called Bad Boy because the product did not get delivered. When I called they told me January 31 is the new date. I went to the store on February 1 and spoke to one of the managers named Paul who *** **** **** ** ** *** ** told me that the product is not coming until end of February. I want my money back. I already paid for this product for almost 3 months and I still do not have it. I do not want to wait anymore. Because Bad Boy are selling something they do not have, and hold on to my money without even guarantee when I can have the product that I paid for 3 months ago. Better Business Bureau please help me refund my money and stop Bad Boy from fooling *** ******** the people who work hard for their money. They are False Advertising and their Ads are misleading!

      Order placed on Nov-Black Friday sale.Indeed ? black.
      The electric range not received yet after 2 months and not sure when I do get it.
      Absolutely ridiculous and nobody to talk with.
      Very sad that in Canada 2022 nobody is looking into all complaints posted and still let them operate.

      I purchased several items. I have purchased extended warranty on everything. I sent a complaint of 3 items purchased that are falling apart in Early 2020. I am still waiting for them to send someone, it’s now January 26, 2023.
      I just keep getting an email saying they will resolve this. They are retraining staff, they are just behind etc etc They just keep stalling me.
      I have been more than patient.

      I ordered an end table online. They charged my account that same day. It was to be delivered to a store closer to me where I would pick it up. I was given no time as to expected delivery. After 2 months I tried calling several times to be put on caller wait time. The final try was over an hour so I gave up and called the store closer to me. They looked into it and told me it was no longer available. It took 2 months to determine it wasn’t available??? They asked if I wished to look for a replacement. After that experience I said definitely not.

      recalls on fridges not registered, but they keep selling them. customer sends it back, store fixes them, then sells as floor model for full price. Ancaster Ontario store manager and sales people *** ****** **** they tried to sell warranty for the replacement fridge knowing there are already needs to be a recall on the top model ,silver ********** products. Then they try to blame the ***** truck delivery for exposing ***** *****. Nice try, ******* ********, Ya, left the repair sticker on the back of the first fridge. * *** *** **** ***** ***** ******** *** **** ******* ***** ** **** ********** *******. I'm taking them to court. ** **** *** ** * ******* ********** ***** *******

      We ordered a dishwasher from Lastman’s Bad Boy as part of an appliance package that we needed as our kitchen was being extensively renovated. It was delivered in July and remained in its packaging until it was to be plumbed in mid August. Obviously it could not be unpacked because of the work being done.
      Upon opening, the dishwasher was found to be considerably damaged with significant dents on both sides. It looked as if it had been dropped from a helicopter.
      We phoned to ask for a replacement only to discover that Bad Boy chose to hide behind a condition under which they only consider returns within three days of delivery. In the circumstances we felt that this was totally unreasonable and remonstrated with the person who took our call.
      When he stubbornly refused to acknowledge the unfairness of his position, we asked to speak to his manager. His response was that “our managers don’t take phone calls”.
      Our only recourse then was to contact the manufacturer whom we found to be both sympathetic and helpful in stark contrast to the treatment that we received from Bad Boy.
      It is glaringly obvious to me that they have no interest whatsoever in providing even a modicum of customer service.
      After months of phoning, chasing, and harrying Lastman’s Bad Boy we finally received a replacement in late December. We can understand difficulties in supply chains. We cannot accept appalling customer service.
      There is so much more we could add. This is a mere summary of our dealings with this company.
      Not surprisingly we shall not spend a cent with them again.
