      Originally Rogers used to be **** which had wonderful service. Now they are a corrupt monopoly. I just went to cancel my internet service and give back my modem. They refused to help me. Gave me a ***** number and said I would have to pay to ship my modem to the other side of ****** with Canada post which costs over ******************* SHIPPING ALONE! THIS IS CRIMINAL. You have a rogers location in every city JUST TAKE THE MODEMS BACK!!!!!!

Prices fluctuate after promising not to. 'No contract" when you're actually legally contracted. ******* ****** *** **** *** ************

      Rogers technicians and the Customer Service do not talk between them.
      They keep showing up without the piece of equient they need, to install my internet. Over more than a month time, I was assured MULTIPLE TIMES by different Customer Service representatives that the techinician KNOWS what to bring, and this morning he showed up without one.

      I repeatedly receive a bill of 27 cents .... absolutely every month, even though I have not used Rogers for years! I left my account with a Zero balance, yet they bill me for this ridiculous amount every month!

      ** ***** ***** last year we had experienced for weeks disruptions to our service. ** ******* requested service multiple times. We had at leat 4 technitions in my house changing routers telling us signal is ok. Finally we agreed to switch to *****. Not only ** ******* negotiated release from contract due to do poor service, we have been charged and charged ... * **** **** ** **** ******** I dont care if you just instslled someting in the area. * **** **** *** *** ** *** ** * *** ** **** ** **** ** ****** ** **** **** *** ******* ****** ******** stop knocking on my door.

      Just a terrible experience with them , I switched to them so I had a cheaper phone bill and I even stated that when I was looking at these plans , I was under the understanding that my bill would be 65-75 bucks a month but first month got charged 173 bucks and the next month 90 bucks , ***** **** *** **** ******* * *** **** ********** ******* *** ****** ***** * *** ****

      I initially signed up with Rogers to compare their service to ****. I was promised a two-year fixed price, but my monthly bill quietly increased from under $100 to over $170. It turned out they added ******+ without my consent. After waiting two hours in chat, I was given false information about my contract and ******+ charges. When I decided to cancel on April 5, I was told I would receive instructions to return the modem — but as of April 27, I still haven't received anything, and they keep billing me.       Had internet set up Dec 26th 2024 and switched to **** march 3rd 2025. Was charged $570.02 for those 68 days of service. The service was awful. The internet barely worked. It was cutting out constantly throughout the day. I couldn't even get access to my security cameras. **** **** **** ******

      I just called rogers customer service for a problem with my phone any the lady *** ***** **** *** *** was amazing * ****** ** ***** *** helped me and went the extra mile this woman needs a promotion
