      On March 26, 2024 I signed up for a ***** **** **** 5G Gateway wireless router from Rogers for my place in ******** Ontario, but for some reason I couldn't get a strong enough signal so the download speed wasn't adequate, so I thought I'd try it at the cottage but ran into the same problem there, not close enough to a tower.
      Unfortunately the unit was unable to perform for me so I called Rogers to inform them it wouldn't work and that it needed to be returned.
      So they said the payments would stop and they didn't and they would also refund me as per their policy for the period that it didn't work and they didn't.
      So even after I returned the router they kept charging me. I placed another call to Rogers to clear this issue up and they said the unit hasn't been returned so I gave them the ********* number to look into it.
      I didn't want them charging me again so I froze my visa to stop any more payment. On the next bill I was charge again for the router and an extra $50 for non payment. To date the total amount owing is $204.31 and It's currently in collection.

      I paid my internet bill and my service was revoked. I asked for cable I got stuck with cell phones I didn’t want or activate I told them take them off and just leave and reactivate my internet I never asked for cell service. To this day still waiting and my kids can’t do their homework now. ROGERS should be held ********** responsible for ******** people’s money and not holding up their end, not to mention the bills just keep coming! For what service!?!

      Rogers/fido, I was a loyal customer then they said they were cancelling Fido,Feb.20. * ** * ******** **** ***** ****** *** I couldn't get to the mall to switch over. They called me from the president's office and assured me they would give me a *** gift card for the balance I had on fido, which was almost $200.00 Well I still haven't received anything so I guess they are ******** my money. ***** ** ******** **** Rogers ******* they don't keep their word!

      I have been with **** for years. My contract expired with ****/Rogers. I renewed with ****/ Rogers for 2 years for the TV package. It hasn't been 1 year and my bill has increased 3 times. ***** ***** **** ********* ********* *****

      I spent a total of 10 hours over 3 calls and 6 agents on the phone with Rogers to fix a very simple issue.
      The issue takes 2 seconds to be explained and fully understood. But no one knows how to fix it.
      At the store level they can't do anything. Why the hell can't I just go in person and get any issue fixed?
      Also when a customer spends 10 hours and it's determined it was a Rogers internal issue, you should automatically pay the customer a sorry fee.

      I have been with Rogers for years. **** ***** ***** ********* ********* The bills get more and more expensive. The people on the phone from Rogers are **** and ***********. I started by paying 185 a month for tv internet and phone.The bill increased to 225 over a year an a half. My service was never disconnected and I had a disconnecting charge on my bill.I called Rogers on the phone for a hour and the Rogers represent could not take the charge off.Allways playing games with bills.* ***** ***** this company *********** *** **** **** wasting my time.

      I returned my Rogers box for TV that did not work via ****** ****, as I was told end of December 2024. My tracking said it was delivered where is was supposed to go Jan 2 2025. My February bill was charging me over $110 for said equipment, that rogers had not supposedly received. I called gave them my ****** **** tracking number, they put a ticket in to investigate. I received an email beginning of March, saying the issue was resolved and the payment would be removed and not show on my next bill. Just received my next bill, charge still on there. Called and spoke to manager said there is nothing she can do, it will be off my April bill. All the while almost 4 months, my credit is being seriously affected, as this is showing as a missed payment. Cancelling my services. * **** **** **** ** *** * **** **** ****** *** ********* ********

      *** Very poor service by Rogers/****. Issues with ****** plus app. Took an hour to get through to IT to only be told they could not help me claiming it was a third party issue. Called the next day waited 40 mins.for Customer Service and they hung up on me. * *** *** ******** ******* ** ** * ** **** *** ** ****** Tried to resolve my complaint and received what I considered a generic response which most likely was penned by a Legal expert. Called again today and informed to end my contract it will cost me 600 dollars. What ? I am a patient person to a fault but the manner in which I have been treated is unacceptable. I will look at filing a complaint with the C.R.T.C ***** *** *****

      Terrible customer service. Of course, to contact them puts you in a round-a-bout loop to find the number which just brings you back to the "contact us" page. Mind boggling that this is allowed.

      Rogers communications are sub standard but when it comes to charging bills they are AAA rated ******* **** *** ****** ** *** ****** **** They tried to charge us early cancelation fee with no exceptions. We were a Rogers customer for 20 years plus. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS? we finally have fiber optics through ***** now and we are extremely happy. No more internet drops.
