      I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY BILLS MONTHLY AS I RECEIVED THEM FROM ROGERS AND NOW I HAVE BEEN ************ CHARGES A BILL OF $792???? THIS IS TOTALLY INFLATED AND ERRONEOUS. DEALING WITH ROGERS STAFF IS VERY STRESSFUL *** ***** * ****** * ** **** ** **** *** **** *****. HOW CAN I EVEN TRUST THE STAFF. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED THAT ROGERS HAS INFLATED THE BILL TO REFLECT THIS AMOUNT. I AM AT MY WHITS END JUST DEALING WITH THEM FROM 10 AM TO NOW. I BELIEVE THAT THOUSANDS HAVE LEFT ROGERS ARE THE 5 DAYS OF BLACKOUT AND THIS IS HOW THEY ARE OVER CHARGING THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS!! **** ** *** ******* *** *******

      I have mobile plan with Fido. When traveling to US i always turn the roaming off to avoid charges. However, a phone call I did not answer went to voice mail. With no notification - Fido stared a day of US roaming charges that cost me $12.00. I think this is aggressive tactic **** ******** ***** I should be one to decide to activate pid service - not provider without a notification. Can this be warning to others. I am definitely dumping Fido.

      Absolutely one of the worse if not the worst customer service! Where does Rogers recruit people in customer service? Is there even a training provided? I doubt it! Cannot understand what they say most of the time they take you for stupid they don't even know their own services they cannot explain a simple matter so that the customer can follow and understand *** **** *** ******** *** ***** *****! Rogers needs to review their processes and start stepping up their customer faced because it simply is the worst!

      I have been a Rogers customer for over 25 years. On July 8th, my small business lost over $1000 due to Rogers not being able to provide the services that we pay for. Yet they only felt that they needed to credit me $14.52. This is partly the customers' fault because we have allowed Rogers to have the monopoly in the telecommunications world. So rather than sit back and take it, it is time to demand better choices when it comes to our telecommunication needs.

      Ordered a new internet router only and when technician arrived they also had ignite TV with them. When informed technician that we did not request the TV technician informed me that this was not his first residence of the day to have the same issue. Why are products and services being forced onto customers who have already told the company NO?

      * ***** **** **** * ***** ****** *****. I called them that I had no Wi-Fi their agent told me to call my computer tech and have my computers checked. My computer guy came and checked my computers and found no problem. I paid $50. I called **** got a better rate and faster internet. They came in less than a day and installed. **** internet and everything worked. After all I'm glad I got the problem because now I have better internet for a lot less. Rogers even charged me a late fee for no reason but they would not remove it. Many of their support agents don't even speak English very well.

      ****** THEY USE THE PROMOTIONAL VALUE TO HOOK YOU! In last few years, my bill went up many times then the initial price I got from them, and there was no advance notice/letter/email, nothing. Plus, they quietly change my plan again and again without any alert. The very last experience was pretty awful. On July.16, a new plan was posted under my account for my selection, which is including Talk/Voicemail/4 GB Data, so I selected it and get my account updated. And then I went to vacation and didn't use my phone for quite a few days until this long weekend, I realized Fido changed my plan to "Data Only" and suspended the talk/voicemail/Text function. I called them on Tuesday and spent two hours and talked with 3~4 Fido staffs, eventually the supervisor told me there is no such a plan which I selected from Fido website. I told him I did have a screen shot and I can email him as a backup to show him what I got from Fido system. He refused. Yes he said he had no email address, so nothing I can send over to, he doesn't even give me a chance to prove the plan I received. WORST SERVICE EVER! They used the promotional value to hook you, and then give you something else. ***** **** ******** *******

      Complete lack of customer care. Beware if you have a problem. Their aim is to sell you services, not fix a problem. ***** ****** ** ****** ** *** **** * **** *****. You will have to plug the phone into the box, or run wires. It does not use the existing telephone wiring in your home. Changing your mind about Ignite is not on with Rogers, even if it won't work in your home. Gave up on Rogers after months of trying to get results. Rogers is not for people with a life, outside of sitting on hold on the phone for hours at a time. ** * ***** **** **** * ****** * ******

      When i bought 2 sim cards through the call center of FIDO I was informed by the call center that they are waiving the setup fees. when i received the first bill i was shocked that they are putting 50 CAD setup fees and when I called them they said nothing they can do about it. **** ** ******* *** ***** *********
