      Purchased a sectional and recieved a USED chaise on one side and a defective leg. I contacted immediately and provided photos. They said I needed the shipping label and a "PI # from paper". I said I had recycled all paper and cardboard to make room to assemble the sectional in my apt. I sent pictures of the part and they continued to say they couldn't help me without this PI #. I didn't get a response ** * *** **** ** ****** ***** *** all of a sudden he sends me a photo of where the PI# is found. Now I know. At this time, a supervisor that I requested called me *** *** **** **** *** *************. She continued to talk over me and I asked her not to. *** ******** *** **** *** ** *** ****** *** * **** **** **** If you don't send this information we won't help you." I told her that I only JUST got the example of what a PI# is and I'm happy to send that. She said they don't sell used furniture, that it comes from a distributor and they don't check the furniture before they resell it. I told her that I purchased from MDG, they have my money and they sold me the used piece of furniture that is also defective. She reiterated they won't help me. I told her I can send the PI# but if they refuse to help me then I will contact my bank *** **** ******** **** **** **** ********** *** **** ***** ***** ** ***** ***** ** **** **** ** ***** ***********

      No one ever addressed the extremely **** and ************* so called "supervisor" that I have a recoded conversation of. She, more so than the used furniture I received has made it impossible to ever return as a customer. No you didn't make anything right nor address the root cause.

      I've been working with mdg for over two years now. I ordered a tv package worth 2000 dollars and they are saying I still owe them over a thousand dollars because they did not give me the no interest rate after a year as they promised in the agreement! I've paid almost double the amount agreed upon. **** *** **** ******* ****** * ******* *** ******** *** **** ***** *** ****** ** ***** ****** *** ******** ** ******* ********* I make my payments monthly and would have continued my business with them. But they **** *** *** *** don't stick to the agreements they made.

      No nothing was resolved! The lady I spoke with told me I was supposed to be getting tax free payments after a year! I was never given that option. And of course it's apparently to late to have that opportunity to pay off the purchase. In reality the purchase was paid off in full long ago. But the interest is so ****** high I still have almost the full cost to pay off. Even though I made a large downpayment beforehand. It's a complete scam. I can't even send the item back because they charge to put it back online. Even though it was never opened or touched and was just shipped!

      I have been a customer with MDG since 2013 and have purchased about 13 items from you and have never ever missed a payment I was very happy with the service until my last purchase I got a new **** laptop and had no problem until I turned it on and it didn't work BIOS was corrupt it said I called my personal helper to see if we could send it back and receive another one but I've been told that I have to use the warranty with the manufacturer rather than the store I got it from I'm am not impressed hopefully I will get it fixed but I am not very happy I thought they might treat loyal customers much better than I have been treated

      *** ***** **** ** ****** ** ****** My order ID was *******. MDG is one of the most ********* *** unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. The so called 'customer care representatives' in my case ****** ********* **** **** **** ** **** ** *** **** ***** are unhelpful and do everything possible not to help customers. In my case I ordered a TV and *** bundle. I received the TV and five games but apparently the *** was 'lost' during transit. I was told by both MDG and **** (the shipping company MDG uses) that my parcel had been 'misplaced'. Tracking information shows it had been scanned in Chicago but never made it to Minneapolis. My parcel (*** console) has been 'lost' for almost a week now. MDG refuses to ship me a replacement ***. I was told **** needs to confirm the original parcel was 'lost'. Are you kidding me? It has been a week (almost longer). **** lost the package. MDG still refuses to ship me a new ***. Even worse, the so-called customer care rep named ******* ********** told me my first payment won't be reduced even though I never received the *** console. I was told MDG would deduct 50 dollars from my total 'owed balance'. ********. You lost the parcel. Can't find it. If you aren't going to ship me a new ***. You shouldn't be charging me for something I never received. Why ** *** **** is my monthly payment not being reduced? *** ** ********** *********. All this could be fixed if you just sent me a replacement *** console ASAP instead of purposely doing nothing while at the same refusing to lower my first payment. You couldn't be anymore ********** ********** *** unprofessional. ** ** ****** I saved every email. * **** ****** **** ***** Like I said. All this could be fixed easily. Just send me my damn replacement *** console. Expediate shipping. Use another shipping company. ****** **** * ***** ***** Just make sure it arrives. Terrible experience with MDG. I do not recommend them at all. **** *** *****

      I have had an MDG account for many years and was always happy with the service. However, a couple of years ago, they just stopped taking my payments. The money has ALWAYS been there ahead of the payments and that isn't even their excuse. I chased them down and they fixed it, now four times, for no reason. Just one day, they stop taking the payments and trying to get them to resume is like prying teeth! I have a job and having to do chase someone else to do theirs is not part of it. Looking into legal action

      ** *** *** **** ******** THEY DENY YOU IF ANYONE EVEN PREVIOUSLY BEFORE YOU HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AT THE SAME ADDRESS NO MATTER THE TIME FRAME. Got approved they even took money out of my bank account didn’t even call me to tell me it was cancelled I had to call them and I called because I was suppose to receive a call and no one called and I got no tracking number to be told that because some one else at this address had a account I’m not allowed to be approved because of company policy. I live with my 5 year old in a basement suite. So unless my 5 year old has an account why am I being denied for some one else’s problem. Also so far have not received said refund from this company yet either. So just a warning if anyone has had an account previously at your address or even a family member which I have stated in a email they will deny you.

      Even with me giving u proof that person doesn’t reside here you guys still told me I was approved and then with out a phone call or even a email denied me because of some one elses mistakes who don’t even live here and never lived in the same suite as me. Again if some one lived in an apartment building and some one in that building faulted would it be the fault of the person applying? Would u not lend to them too?
